2201  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Greedy crypto developers on: December 06, 2020, 05:14:37 PM
Developers should stop taking investors as fools, you cooked your project up to your taste and everything seem fine enough but because you are too greedy and can't take your eye off DeFi success you decide to switch your project to DeFi. Seriously are investors stupid enough to go along with your obvious trick? To all developers who are doing this, it's a complete slap to your faces, you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

You know, to some extent, I agree with you. The fact that the developers change their shoes and change direction in the direction of the trend raises many questions, especially when they have nothing to do with DeFi. This is very bad and puts their work in question. I would like to believe that most of these developers are doing it for good purposes. On the other hand, if you are working in one direction, then suddenly changing it is wrong. I am always for transparency and correctness of work. If we bring our business to a logical result, then we will get success, but if we change plans and vision, we will not get far.
2202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts? on: December 06, 2020, 04:06:01 PM
In the next bull run, Do you also believe that XRP will reach this high or do you think that this is impossible?
Are you one of those crypto investors that dislike XRP because it is centralized and most prefered to invest in other cryptos like bitcoin and ethereum?

As the article said:
"It is believed that crypto investors dislike XRP because it is arguably more centralized than Bitcoin or Ethereum."

Source: XRP Price Could Reach $14 Breaking Out from Two-Year Bear Market

Personally, I did not consider XRP as a store of value as I work more with ETH. But after several years of working in the crypto industry, I realized that there is a cyclical development of the crypto market and if we are talking about the future peak of a particular cryptocurrency, we must look back and see how the previous cycles went. Having studied XRP from this side, I saw that the peak of this cryptocurrency occurred at the end of 2017 and amounted to more than $ 3 for 1 XRP. If now we are talking about the fact that the price can reach a new peak of $ 14 for 1 XRP, then this turns out to be an increase of almost 5 times from the previous value. Could this be? I think it can, since the crypto market knows how to present surprises and show both big growth and fall. However, it should be understood that with each new cycle the opportunities for growth become smaller, since even more new funds are now needed to get X and fly to the moon.

I haven't thought about creating my own token yet, but for a general understanding of this process, your proposal looks very interesting. I went to your site and in principle I did not see anything complicated. Everything is clear and simply this is what is appreciated, since no one needs complex processes. Perhaps in the future I will use your proposal, since while studying it I got an idea. In any case, it is very good that such proposals as yours appear on the market. This allows the community to get more opportunities and suggestions for realizing their goals and ideas.
2204  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency? on: December 05, 2020, 03:19:22 PM
I always think when is the right time to buy cryptocurrency and I've thought of several methods for choosing the right time to buy cryptocurrency, that is :
1. buy coin during ICO, IEO or STO;
2. buy when the price down (dump);
3. buy when the project has a good news;
4. buy when the price starts to increase (pump);
5. buy when coin from the project listed on big exchange;
6. buy when the project already has a product.
Then from the methods I have mentioned, which method is the most appropriate to buy cryptocurrency or is there another method that you can suggest to buy cryptocurrency at the right time?

I believe that different events can be used to choose the right time to buy cryptocurrencies. Your suggested list is fine and can be used. However, if you choose one way, then I think that the best time is the moment when the price of a crypto asset is at the bottom and it can be bought at the lowest price. Personally, I try to stick to this point. In any case, you should have several ways and remember that any investment carries a risk.
2205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Altcoins will reach all time high on 2021 on: December 05, 2020, 02:47:17 PM
It so happened that I witnessed the flight to the moon of cryptocurrency prices in 2017, as well as witnessed their next fall. This prompted me to study the market throughout its existence and identify some interesting points. The main factor was that the cyclicality of the market was traced every 4 years. In other ways, every fourth year, cryptocurrencies reached their peak prices and grew several times higher. It was then that I realized that the next flight to the moon is expected in 2021. So the numbers show. It turns out that it is in 2021 that we should see new peak prices for altcoins. So it will be or not, we will very soon find out. The main thing is not to be greedy and fix your profit in time.
2206  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Legit Airdrops, don't waste time with others on: December 05, 2020, 02:40:06 PM
I once tried to take part in airdrops, but unfortunately all of them to some extent did not give the expected result. Some did not pay at all, others paid but their token was worth nothing, and only a few made it possible to earn a couple of dollars. After that I decided not to participate in airdrops and not waste my time, maximum participation in contests where 100% someone will win money or a crypt that is really traded and in demand. However, if you choose airdrops, then from a large number you can find those that can bring profit, but even this does not solve the problem that it will be a penny. If you want to make good money on airdrops, you need good airdrops themselves, as well as people who will follow you into airdrops and you will receive referral credits. Then it will be more beneficial.
2207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: GRAYLL [IEO] Simple Automated Investment App Driven by AI & ML on: December 04, 2020, 12:23:46 PM
Studying the offer and possibilities of GRAYLL, I was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that the system offers the opportunity to make money on fluctuations in cryptocurrency prices without having any experience. This, of course, sounds very interesting, especially since most do not want to spend time on training, but immediately have success. Perhaps it is GRAYLL and its algorithms that will help such people in the first place, and also attract the attention of professionals. In any case, GRAYLL offers the right tools and they may well be in demand and get success.
2208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't be Emotional, Don't be Greedy on: December 04, 2020, 12:10:38 PM
The current crypto market is exciting as everyone is happy that new funds are being pumped into the space, investors are making profits and people are aiming for new ATH for bigger profits. I  remind us all not to forget to take profits, cut your greed and find new opportunities. Never be emotional about any project, buy when it's right, sell when it's right.

It is very good that you decided to remind the crypto community of important things, namely, taking your profit. Many are so passionate about the process of investing in cryptocurrencies that sometimes they see only huge future profits, but reality very often dictates their vision and this leads to losses, not profits. I myself have personally found myself in this situation several times. And I learned this lesson and now I regularly take profit, even if it is not even what I expected.
2209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is investing in crypto a good idea? on: December 04, 2020, 11:57:21 AM
Hello! I'm a newbie trader, and I want to know if investing in crypto is a good idea. Now it became very easy, for example, you can buy crypto with a bot or your credit card using such services as changelly or shapeshift. However, does easy means good? Should I buy crypto now or it's too late?

If you are considering the possibility of making money on cryptocurrency, then you definitely need to study the crypto market before making a purchase. Take BTC for example. Judging by the development of the crypto market, we can see that BTC is preparing for a new flight to the moon, but we do not know exactly when this will happen. If you see this picture, then you understand that if you buy now, then when the price is higher, you can sell BTC and make money on it. That is, you have to study a particular crypto asset in order to know its history and see the real situation and then predict its future. Yes, this is not 100%, but any investment cannot give you a 100% guarantee of success, but if you are lucky, you can earn.

2211  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: DeFi project beginning to sounds ridiculous on: December 03, 2020, 03:57:37 PM
With projects like Hotdog coin and the likes doing the rounds, the whole DeFi craze is beginning to look and smell a lot like the ICO bubble a few years ago. Although, i feel that their own acceptance of how ridiculous and scammy it all is is ironically adding to their appeal.
Why do you think this is happening?

I believe the answer is obvious. DeFi is a continuation of the development of the crypto industry. We were all waiting for a new direction and now DeFi is just that. The fact that a lot of crypto projects have been released for DeFi lately and, as you noted with ridiculous names, suggests that DeFi really managed to attract a lot of attention from the crypto community and, accordingly, money. Of course, all this is done mainly for the sake of profit and there is no getting away from it. In any case, this makes it possible to develop the crypto industry, even if not as quickly as you want.
2212  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [BTC2] Bitcoin 2, BTC Fork 1:1, PoS 🔥 Anonymous ⚡️Instant TX on: December 03, 2020, 03:51:34 PM
Surprisingly, Bitcoin 2 solves a number of problems and looks very attractive. I have studied the capabilities of Bitcoin 2 and I see that they are significantly superior to BTC itself and other top cryptocurrencies. If this is a fork of BTC, then the question arises: how will BTC itself and BTC 2 continue to exist? Will this make BTC 2 the leader? In fact, this should happen, because the transition to POS will first of all increase the transfer speed, which in turn will reduce the time of transactions and their cost, and also make it possible to use BTC 2 to pay for goods and services. I definitely like it and I will follow the information.
2213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: (Yes or NO) The 2020s belong to DEXs on: December 03, 2020, 03:39:31 PM
When up-and-coming DEXs become more convenient than Binance...

Projects like:

Stakenet
Komodo Atomic DEX
Nash
Blocknet
Bisq
Switcheo
Loopring
IDEX
WAVES
Bithumb
...And many more...

Why would anyone ever want to keep using centralized exchanges, especially when their volume becomes irrelevant?

Why would anyone voluntarily send their funds to a wallet on a vulnerable exchange where they don't own the keys and their funds could be frozen at the drop of a hat?

I think the days of centralized figureheads acting as gatekeepers are numbered.

You have raised an interesting and necessary question, but is everything the way you write? If we talk about centralized exchanges, then we cannot say that they are all not reliable or work somehow incorrectly, because it all started with them and not all centralized crypto exchanges are reliable or scammers. As for decentralized exchanges, they are certainly based on decentralized processes, but this does not prevent fraudsters from deceiving users. Moreover, the word DEX itself has recently been used by many as a bait for investment and it is far from the fact that there is anything at all connected with decentralization. I have personally seen many different platforms, both CEX and DEX, and I cannot say that someone is better and someone is worse. I can say one thing that some and others have a number of problems that need to be addressed.
2214  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in your ability to earn more. on: December 02, 2020, 12:35:39 PM
With your skills you can earn. You can earn without any hard work. For that you need to be a crypto investor. You have to keep in mind that you will benefit if you invest in a coin or token by constantly monitoring the market. No experience is required for this. You just have to understand the market signal. Again you can invest in exchanger on any new token.
I want to be a good investor.
Do you want to be a good investor? Do you agree with me?

Of course, you can make money by investing in cryptocurrencies, I agree with this, but that this is simple earnings and you don’t need to do anything, I don’t really agree with this. In terms of investment, you are right, you invested and expect profit, but this is not always the case. As far as I know, before choosing a cryptocurrency for investment, you need to analyze the market and make the right choice. Moreover, all this is not so easy to do, since there is a lot of information, and it is difficult to make the right choice. Of course, these are not bags to carry, but nevertheless this work also has its own characteristics and very often it is annoying but morally. If you want to invest and make a profit, you have to put in a lot of effort.
2215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty and airdrops at the end of 2020 on: December 01, 2020, 04:30:31 PM
Hello experienced and respected Bitcointalk users! The bottom line is that I am a poor student with a small dream that requires an investment of money and time. And it is very difficult to earn money during a pandemic and with living conditions in the village-like city. So I have a question. Is it realistic to make money on bounties and airdrops at the moment? How long will it take me, with my current status on forum, the lack of a three-digit number of subscribers on social networks and other experience. If possible, I would be very grateful for any advice, because I have no experience other than participating in airdrops in 2017.
 P.S. I apologize to the moderators if I broke any rules in creating a topic etc.

I also started my career in bounty and partly in airdrops in 2017. Then it was easier to do and the work was evaluated better, but now you can also earn money. Since you are a student, this is a relevant direction for you and an excellent opportunity to earn your first capital. Of course, it will be difficult for you to start and most projects will not be available for you due to the small number of friends on social networks, as well as status on bitcointalk, but this should not stop you. The main thing is to believe in yourself and in your business and move forward.
2216  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] LYRA Block Lattice on: November 30, 2020, 02:39:55 PM
Earlier I saw this proposal, but for some reason I passed LYRA. Now I see that the platform is moving forward and already has a number of achievements. This is very good, as it shows that the LYRA administration is working on the development of their platform. Now I understand that I wasted time and did not study the offer well, because the platform was developed for an important segment of the market, namely, sellers of goods and services. I also plan to study further the proposal from LYRA in order to get more information and make the right decision.
2217  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty rewards on: November 30, 2020, 02:24:06 PM
Since bounty hunters are being blamed for the projects price drop,
Why not ask the projects owner to pay the bounty reward in BTC or whatever the investors used to invest in their project?
They've promised their hunters a reward that has a total of $ value on their token/coin but they couldn't deliver it.
Wouldn't this kind of payment would solve both the investors and hunters problem?
The project price wouldn't dump after the reward has been given to the hunters and the hunters would get what has been promised to them.
I think the BM's could try and convince their clients for this kind of payment if they give it a try.

You have voiced the correct and necessary idea, but this is not beneficial to those who launch crypto projects. To be honest, you have to tell the truth, most of these creators of crypto projects just don't want to pay. And the point here is not whether they have collected money or not, they simply do not want to pay and will find many reasons not to do so. I must admit that many are simply deceiving the bounty participants. Moreover, recently even successful crypto projects, in which the token is traded and in demand, will also fail to fulfill their payment conditions. Moreover, these payments are minimal. Yes, there are those who still pay, for example, in USDT, but there are only a few such admins and the payment there is also minimal. In general, the situation on the bounty market is very bad.

2220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Im planning to invest in Ethereum. Is this a good plan? on: November 29, 2020, 08:01:14 PM
I am new to the crypto world. Im planning to invest in Eth because i have an instinct that this will rise up in the future. Any thoughts? Help .

I believe that where to invest is up to you and only you to make a choice, but for this you need to have information that will help you make the right decision. As for ETH, I cannot say that this is a bad crypto asset, on the contrary, it has a number of advantages and is already actively in demand among the crypto community. Personally, I keep some ETH and others in crypto assets in the hope of future growth. But what to do for you, only you can decide. And remember, any investment is a risk, and if you decide to invest, then do it only with those funds that you can not lose if something happens.
