And that's a wrap for these two battle cats, or in Israel case a dawg! Cool
Conor McGregor tweets: "Quadrilogy are fun!"

Post fight videos of the celebrations in Miami for the Stylebender and well deserved after a knockout for the ages!

So these two are 1-1. Most definitely another one is in the works but doubt for this year.

Here are my full picks for the upcoming UFC 287 Pereira VS Adesanya 2

Alex Pereira VS Israel Adesanya
I will also be expecting and hoping that Israel wins this. He needs the win so much at this critical point in his career, and judging from his interview he knows what he stands to loose which is his recognition as a one time champion. Israel said that he is considered the underdog in this fight, and I think so too. Pereira had defeated him before, will be more confident in his ability, and it will take a lot of wits for Israel to snatch the win from him.

AJ already recorded a win on his way back to the top, Isreal can as well.

Adesanya should stop talking and do the actual talking in the bout; he's been all over the media lately, giving interviews and gaining too much confidence; our brother Usman did the same thing, much talking, no hard work. I just hope he doesn't blow the opportunity again. Ive got Izzy on this one.
"Hammer fist of the gods!" - Israel Adesanya

That guy sure knew how to bring the game to the champion. Played him until he saw the opportunity to let him think he had him cornered with that knee.
Then he unloaded just like in the first fight but this time he had enough until the bell ended for the second round.
It didn't go past that round.
Spectacular fashion as Joe Rogan said after the fight.

Probably fed up of all the merit farming shit posters

I think so. The possibility is unlimited.
There are a bunch of Legendary Shit posters who are trying to jump over people's heads without realizing that they are doing shit.
Writes useless nonsense without any context. He should learn from me. I Ignored a bunch of Shit posters. Let's say he is fine as long as he is not seeing people getting bored at the house and posting shit because they have nothing to do. There is a saying; "A lazy mind is the devil's factory."  Roll Eyes

Wow dude!
You aren't going to make any friends with that kind of attitude. Chill a bit.
The ones you are kind of peeing off have been reading and posting here for years.

I did too, but then got a bit too busy with life and fell off the wall (so to speak). Call me humpty dumbty if you want.
And this so called sh*t you say is being flung around are from friends when bitcoin use to be $1.
They come to the wall to take the piss when life is a bit to much too handle.
So as I said bud, Just chill.
2205  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [UFC] Israel Adesanya vs Alex Pereira 2 on: April 08, 2023, 11:59:57 PM
While checking the different book makers odds for these main card matches, I see the odds have changed but slightly but they have changed over the course of the day.
Adesanya is 1.79x odds on some books and even Gilbert Burns is 1.25x now from when I checked his odds it was 1.22x odds.
So very slight yes but if you bet big like I am on the main card bouts, it does make a difference.
2206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: April 08, 2023, 10:20:33 PM
@YuginKadoya Looks like your betslip won!
So congratulations on that mega-big one for you with a great 4-1 Manchester City win.
I had correct score so that was a blessing in disguise.

And very sorry to hear the very sad news about your circumstances in the past few weeks.
Hope you are somewhat better now and getting on the road to recovery now.

Blessings with you and yours!
2207  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC Fight Night & Main Event: Sportsbet.io Predictions & discussion on: April 08, 2023, 09:39:35 PM
After looking for some insights, I decided to place my bet on Pereira @ 2.07, the odds makes me want to take Idesanya at first but it felt like a trap similar to how Adesanya remained the favorite in their last meeting.

The value on Pereira is pretty solid as he's the defending champ and even though Adesanya got what it takes to even the score I still think the result would be the same as the last match.

Oh ralle14, my friend, I am going the opposite way and seeking an Israel win versus his one nemesis who he just can't seem to defeat in four(?) fights now.
Was rewatching their last fight and the announcer at the end of the fight said this was their fourth time fighting and Adesanya hasn't won one yet.

Anyways, I have my betslip for the entire card including the prelims which are beginning in about 25 minutes from now.
So let's go and get this one done!

Today is the day all Adesanya fans have been waiting for.
The day of vengeance has arrived for Israel so can he regain his reputation and put away the one who he has not been able to beat yet in his entire career outside the MMA and not in it?
He had a shaman stick at the ceremonial face-offs yesterday so to try and scare those demons away that have been haunting him for so long and had made him lose his title to Pereira.
We shall all witness in 17 hours from now.
2209  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: April 08, 2023, 04:25:45 AM
I never expected anything less from a man like Musk, many people are saying he can't manage Twitter and some are saying he had lost a lot since he took over Twitter, where are you guys now? I knew this man is up to something, a single Tweet about Dogecoin yesterday the whole market get into good shape again, I thought the Hype was gone as many said, Dogecoin and Shiba inu will still surprise a lot of people in 2024, but I have a good feeling about this. Elon is coming with the least surprise anyone could ever think about. This move benefits Bitcoin and even Ethereum, if think I am wrong? then you must be blind.

I think this shows how Musk always have a significant influence on cryptocurrencies. Remember when he announced that Tesla will accept cryptocurrency as payment and then the price of Bitcoin rise up? Then when he announced that Tesla would no longer accept Bitcoin as payment, citing concerns about the environmental impact of Bitcoin mining, the price of bitcoin dropped and a wider discussion about the energy consumption of cryptocurrencies became controversial across the world. It seems like whatever he does, his statements and actions have the power to shape public perception towards crypto. People made him so relevant.
The departure of doge as the symbol of the platform ended earlier today:
https://cointelegraph.com/news/crypto-biz-twitter-s-doge-bet-canada-s-new-crypto-conglomerate-uk-banking-news

And the dump began immediately there after:
https://www.coindesk.com/markets/2023/04/06/dogecoin-drops-after-elon-musks-twitter-stops-using-its-logo
Almost back to where it was before the sudden surge due to his "influence" on this memecoin taking over the former logo for a 48 hour period.
https://gizmodo.com/twitter-removes-doge-icon-dogecoin-price-falls-1850311581

I believe his legal team advised against having up for too long since he it got him in legal issues because of it's use in the altcoin markets causing a pump and dump.
Which this did make it look out to be.
Or simply,,
He just got bored of it and moved on like his SpaceX launch of the newly toted Starship:

I was out and busy with some other things so I really missed round 3 for F1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2023, it was really a surprising turn of events...
No doubt and it continues a week after with the sudden news Ferrari disputing the decision of an incident with Alonso.
Think this long break inbetween races caused this to be triggered by Vasseur the team's principal.

Until the big break of F1 is over , we still have the Australian GP drama going on.

Yesterday, Sainz confirmed that Ferrari finally made an official appeal regarding FIA and Alonso and they are against the penalty issued on Sainz and they want that to be erased. Can that be made ? Well , if FIA made a bad call from start , I'm sure they can undo that penalty but why did Ferrari took so long to make the appeal ? They should have done it immediately after the race.
Amazing, truly amazing they want to appeal the outcome of this race.
Meaning that Sainz would be 4th instead of finishing 12th in the race standings.

twitter source: https://twitter.com/F1/status/1642528561197113345

They just might be able to overturn the results of this race long over.
https://racer.com/2023/04/06/ferrari-requests-review-of-sainz-penalty

If it was for a podium place, then I highly doubt they would be able to have it sway in their favor.

Just watching the highlights the last press conference these two had and was it heated!
So you exactly know what to expect to see in this one. About 20 minutes to go until it all comes down to this one match for Israel Adesanaya .

UFC 287 Pre-fight Press Conference:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AN9PCyWfZqM

Israel was saying he was going to turn Alex in Elisa and you know how that went.
Also fighting with the person right behind him schooling him on what hentai was after Strickland was telling him how he gets off at watching anime.
Israel was also commenting on how Alex couldn't speak english.
But this will different since he has learned the language fast with the last video of him speaking english.
So he must understand alot more since becoming champion.

So let's see what unfolds in this The Last Dance for Adesanya vs Pereira.

Congratulations ralle14!
Had Newcastle winning by a score of 3-1 as I just knew they were going to be dominant against a very bad West Ham side even at home.
But 5-1 was just a slaughter of the hammies. I took them over 3.5 goals @3.75x which was a steal but 4.5 goals @7.80x would of even better and a massive win if I knew over 4 goals just for Newcastle was a possibility.
So well done on a solid win.
Also about the betslip looking like that.
Yes, I also noticed when I last shared a betslip it definitely had a more polished look to it and the transition of the screen was more fluid.
So good on Sportsbet.io for constantly improving the site with those little tweaks that are noticeable to the players who are using the site while placing those bets.

2219  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon musk is for crypto or just for attention to boost Tesla, SpaceX? on: April 06, 2023, 01:41:31 AM
I see Musk as a strategist. He only works with something that will be beneficial to him. It's quite uncertain to me whether Musk's public show of interest in cryptocurrencies was/is purely to boost Tesla's value cause now he claims he is interested in AI. In my opinion, it’s still facts that Elon had to do what he did with crypto cause he found it beneficial for him. Also, considering his announcement in 2021 when he chose to drop Bitcoin as a payment option we could see the impact it had on Bitcoin. He may not necessarily be promoting Bitcoin cause he wants to live through that, he only uses things for the benefits and jumps onto the next just as he’s about to do with AI

Still see Elon Musk as a strategist after he trashed the company's logo and the For You timeline and starting arbitrarily revoking people's legacy verified badges?

Because if his goal was to drive advertising revenue away from Twitter, he's doing a really great job at it so far.

he can surely do an AI just like in the Iron Man movies

Yeah, with 1000 employees. Stark pulled it off by himself.
Did he do that before or after his statement about sharing advertising revenue with creators on twitter?
https://decrypt.co/120535/elon-musk-twitter-share-ad-revenue-creators

As a corporation it seems to not be bleeding as much with all those cuts and even Google have just started doing the same taking a chapter out of their playbook.
2220  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 🏁🏎️ Sportsbet.io🏁 FORMULA 1 2023 Season🏁🏎️Prediction Pool Discussion Thread on: April 05, 2023, 11:16:00 PM
it was a great race, pity that ended up with another Max victory
nevertheless, it suggests that we can see competitive Mercedes throughout the season, new car suits them well, and Hamilton showed that he can compete with it, Russell was not that lucky for a car to suit him till the end
Perez could not end up on podium, it was too much to overtake during the race, and LeClerc had another early incident
Verstappen's victory was not really surprising, what surprised me was Mercedes, Alonso and Aston Martin is currently the strongest combination behind RedBull. Really disappointing this season so far is Ferrari and Leclerc, I would have thought Leclerc would get back on track, but it doesn't look like, there is still some time until the next race at the end of April, let's see if Ferrari can make a move in the meantime.
But with Perez winning one race shows just how competitive these teammates are. And everybody seems to forget about their backup driver, Daniel Ricciardo.
Who looked to have the most fun from all the chaos on the track, well because he didn't have take part of all the insanity and getting paid either way.
I don't see a scenario where we'll see him take his place in the cockpit of one of those RB cars this season.
So he has the easiest job of all the drivers of F!. Just at Red Bull control and smiling for the rest of the year.

As for Ferrari, I see Sainz as having the worst luck out of the two. He worked all the way to the last two laps then got slapped with that penalty which shouldn't have occurred since according to the FIA that lap didn't exist to them in this race.
They have the weirdest decisions while the race is happening live of any sport in the world.
