Having that double red flag which it shouldn't have been, made the race hard for the teams. There are a lot of drama and happenings. I'm really saddened with the Alpine with what happened to them. It could've been just a yellow flag or something but they had to and that made it really hard. I just can't seem to fathom what happened.

Congrats to Lewis for having his podium. It has been a while for sure. Maybe this could be a game changer for Mercedes? The push that they needed? Sad for George though. He was doing good in the race.

Like i said in another thread, unnaceptable behavior by race directors again. You cant put a red flag with only two laps remaining. You put more risk doing that than make the race end behind safety car.

Plus the race was over nothing more it gonna change in that last two laps. So no excuse for that shit red flag.
They put the drivers in a lot of risk with that restart.

Each circuit has several trap corners that are made on purpose to give drivers a bit of difficulty and also test the skills of each racer.
The point of the circuit trial practice session before the main session is also to make the racers know the circuit and adapt to several corners or tracks that exist on a circuit.
Yes, I heard the news that Max Verstappen found gravel that caused damage to his tires during the practice session and this kind of thing should not happen because it can endanger the racers. Every circuit should have a team whose job is to prepare the track and clean the track before using it even if it's only in session exercise.

Yup! I am aware of that but the thing with the turn 11 to 12 post drivers were getting caught on that turn even Max Verstappen that has a huge experience with that kind of turn was getting caught by it, but yeah overtime driving in this Circuit will surely make them get used to this kind of turns and yeah practice was really that important they tend to adjust to the changes of a Circuit with that renovation some turn will also change a bit or change for the worst,

Well, I think that was on the 1st practice because of the renovation Max Verstappen was not aware of that turn to be grievous but that was just 1 time that he get caught on the next practice he was already aware, and got the Circuit anatomy in his mind it was crazy how Verstappen does that,

Well the Australia GP was already finished and as a result, because Max Verstappen was in the 1st position he doesn't give chance for the other driver to get past him, while Sergio Perez was in the last position he was not really seen in the action so at the end of the Australia GP Max Verstappen win this Circuit while Sergio Perez landed on the 5th position,

Interestingly everybody seems to overlook the fact that Lewis has pushed again people out of the track and - yet again - was not punished for that.

I feel like having that type of quick turn from a fast pace is always a trick place where people crash to each other or go out themselves. Austria has that too, third turn, that is a very well designed one, you can be two people racing each other and crash, or you can be all alone and still go to outside because you fail to turn with that much speed, or one can turn very well until getting DRS from someone and then fail to turn because they miscalculate the drs extra speed.

All these matters when in fact we are talking about the most talented drivers in the world. So all in all I hope that the next races are better, but it's not going to be too much of a trouble like this all the time, this rarely happens.

I would add this race to the very top of the the controversial race list of F1, and someone needs to answer for this chaotic mess that we saw today. Furthermore this was definitely not a fable story more like a nightmare in every way for the fans and the driver’s, and I hope that in the next race we don’t witness events like these as it kinda kills the fun at least for me.

Lewis was bullying other drivers and usually it is Verstappen who is directing the others around the track. But he was well ahead of all the others before the red flag(s) which the third one wasn't needed. They could of just put out a yellow flag and grabbed Mag's tire off the track.

I was out and busy with some other things so I really missed round 3 for F1 Rolex Australian Grand Prix 2023, it was really a surprising turn of events, and Sergio Perez was what I liked about him from the bottom he gained momentum and passing on to many drivers, but before that he surely have a difficult time in the practice session where he can not control his machine but in the particular race, he did a great job in picking the pace, here is the video on it

Yesterday, Sainz confirmed that Ferrari finally made an official appeal regarding FIA and Alonso and they are against the penalty issued on Sainz and they want that to be erased. Can that be made ? Well , if FIA made a bad call from start , I'm sure they can undo that penalty but why did Ferrari took so long to make the appeal ? They should have done it immediately after the race.

No doubt and it continues a week after with the sudden news Ferrari disputing the decision of an incident with Alonso.
Think this long break inbetween races caused this to be triggered by Vasseur the team's principal.

I think at this point both parties are right. Riccardio may have wanted a lot more than most others and yes Haas can't afford him, after all he has so many wins but also if you look at the years he had in Mclaren by getting lapped by Lando Norris at some point (but also got a win too) I would guess that we could see a drop in his talents.

I mean not everyone who got a good result back in the day would be good today, then lets tell Webber to suit up again, that is not how it works. The older you get, the worse you may get if you do not take care of yourself. Looking at the end result, Daniel is third driver at Red Bull team, I would guess he would have taken ANY deal to accept a Haas situation just so he can race instead of just watching others.

Personally I feel bad for Ricciardo decision to actually leave the F1 grid and be a reserve driver for Redbull and the rumors are that he kinda lost the passion and touch on the wheel. However,  we might see him on the grid in the next 2 years or maybe the friendly duo from RedBull will have a split and that will auto push Ricciardo into that seat. Also , maybe 2026 with Audi could provide him with a seat ? For now , Mick is the favorite to have 1 seat there if Hamilton won't retire until then and Mick will take his place. Overall , F1 will surely deliver some great incoming years on both drivers lineup but also constructors line up.

I know we don't have any races right now and next is the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, and waiting for all the racers is the Baku City Circuit, which consists of 20 turns and is 13 meters, I am pretty much excited about this upcoming circuit because I was really curious right now Max Verstappen got 2 wins and Sergio Perez got 1, pretty much red bull will surely going to get another win for sure, but anyway let's get on with the news that I have seen

Ricciardo was on at the Red Bull station along side with Christian Horner last time I saw him at the track while a race was taking place so he has to put in the work I guess.
Also I am certain he has an F1 custom seat at the ready incase the primary drivers can not go on with the race.
And yes it was Albon that I recall being the reserve driver in replacing one of the primary drivers last season.

WOW! love the design Mercedes AMG One currently is the fastest car legally on the road, for sure which is why many will be highly glued their eyes on this Machine sure many would love to test this sports car-like driving an F1 car, experience, but for sure this is surely got a large amount on it just like the sports car of the past the Ferrari for me it surely got the slick design that I love and owning one would surely be a delight great chance that I myself will be riding an F1 machine aswell,
