2201  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to avoid crippling losses when trading? on: June 09, 2022, 08:14:19 PM
This is one of the things that is easier to be said than to actually do it! Especially if you are dealing with new projects on the market!

If you don't wish to have crippling losses simply stick with top coins! I mean we all saw Bitcoin, Ethereum, and some other coins crippled in some moments (with a drop of over 80%) but they managed to recover and break old records! What happened 2-3 times (and more) will happen again! Many projects (I guess the number is pretty high) were scams and pump and dump schemes! You can't hold to those projects and believe in a profitable future!

People who are afraid to stick with Bitcoin even when it's hard should choose gold as pair in trading! Or some other asset that is less volatile than any cryptocurrency! For example, USD/Gold pair... chances to experience crippling loses with this pair is close to zero!

2202  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake and primedice are the worst gambling sites on: June 09, 2022, 06:42:46 PM
Anyways I can not personally see any accuracy in what you are saying and no evidence hist written comments which do not serve as evidence so your case is hard to believe, come up with something better that can convince us that stake and prime dice have scammed you so that we can have a case to work on.

Accusations should be back up by pieces of evidence and screenshots if that is your opinion then it's hearsay and it will not stand
we are in a gambling industry where reputation is the name of the game, you cannot say bad words about casinos and accuse them without giving real proof that the casinos are not legit, we have seen how some accusations are busted by casinos because they are giving false pieces of evidence and bad alibis.
Some gamblers cannot accept defeat and cheating that is why they resort to this.

I don't see this thread as an accusation, it's more like OP is sharing his personal feelings about these two casinos! Every casino has its own way of doing business, how they treat VIPs, is there a loss and cash back, wheels, or any other feature we can see in various casinos!

Well, I guess Saisher is on to something with his last sentence! Some people can't accept defeat, and we all know it's easier to blame others than to accept it and move on! Simply if someone is not satisfied with some casino should look for some other, at least that is an easy thing to do, there are a lot of them, with different features... each of us should be free to play in the casino we truly like! Nobody forcing anyone to play on Stake or Primedice!

2203  Economy / Economics / Re: Taking loan during high inflation? on: June 09, 2022, 03:20:47 PM

The good news is bitcoin is on bearish mode now, you can buy more with the money you will borrow.

Borrow you said huh.... Lol. At any point it is not a wise decision to borrow money for cryptocurrency investment. Bitcoin being a bear and you can't say if it is at the bottom yet and it may keep sliding down  It Is not a very good advise to use another person's money to invest in bitcoin. This should be a disclaimer for newbies and people thinking this way also.

In this stadium, we can say that people who took loans to invest in crypto are in profit! More specifically people who did that before 2020! It's a risky investment, I agree with that part, but if you believe in something if you plan to invest in the long run then it's a different story! Now it's a bearish period, and the price can drop more, who knows, to take advantage of "buy the deep" you will have to have money at the specific moment, if you don't have it I guess it's ok to take one that you will repay from your salary in a year or two, and you will have your investment for the future!
2204  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The UEFA Nations League 2020/2021 Discussion Thread on: June 09, 2022, 12:25:28 PM
I wonder how Portugal and the Czech Republic and Austria and Spain will play tonight... Last time the Czechs showed a good game against Spain, can the Portuguese beat them today? And I wonder how Switzerland will play after the big defeat against Portugal... I think there could be surprises today! Grin

Well, Portugal played 1:1 with Spain, Czech 2:2! Pretty even, and both of them have a win against the Swiss team! Just x1.3 on Portugal to win, I think they are a stronger team, but this is football, and the Czech team played very well in the first two games, so if we can count on some surprise it will be in this game because I doubt that Switzerland can make a surprise against Spain!

I have a little bet on Portugal vs Czech both teams to score & over 3 goals (both teams play well and score goals in the last games), and Spain to win (for me that is pretty clear)!
2205  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the market rise in June on: June 08, 2022, 09:07:32 PM
Which coin will be ready to buy. It is time to dump the all coin. Can you expect the market to do something good in June. What do you say.
maybe you have seen how the crypto market reacted this June, the current state of the market is difficult to predict. but you don't have to worry about the current crypto market conditions, maybe this is the right time to invest in various types of Altcoins. the market will heal itself and will provide benefits for all its users

Who is for the long run shouldn't worry at all, just buy dips if you can and stack your favorite coins & tokens! The market is going up and down all the time, and maybe we can see some rise this month, but my opinion is that the next two years will be rough, which means we will probably see the market red more than green! I think we are far from the bottom, it will be a lot crazier before it gets better!

2206  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet on: June 08, 2022, 07:46:17 PM
...
Well, it will always be TS's decision if he wants to take a loan for gambling then get one, but it will always be his responsibility to pay up the loan in due time, even if he wins or lost in betting soccer it is always good to pay up your loan because that could get ugly in his part, his credibility is at stake he can never get a loan in some other platform if he could have a record if he will be needing money for an emergency,

But yes it is stupidity to make loans for a gambling match that has a huge risk involved, I think there could be some people that are very lucky to make loans and win a bet but that is by an actual chance only, so yes my advise is do not take loans for gambling,

It's the thing, some people are not responsible! Some people are taking loans without thinking about how to return them eventually! What these people don't understand is that it's not just their "credibility" at stake, family and close people can suffer a lot more! So when it comes to OP and his words I think he is very irresponsible when he says how he plans a 50k-100k loan for a bet on a soccer game?! I think he doesn't understand the consequences if he loses a bet! And as I said, even if he wins it will be just postponing a disaster, he will probably think about the easy money and he will try to do the same with more money maybe! So the hole will just get deeper and deeper...

It's stupid to borrow money for gambling in any possible way! People should have fun with gambling if they have some money to spare, playing with borrowed money is just a burden, and people should never do it!
2207  Economy / Economics / Re: Who will Replace Russian Gas Supplies to Europe? on: June 08, 2022, 06:25:17 PM
I saw news on CNN and CNBC that in this world gas reserves are very few and controlled by only a few countries including Russia, the process of making gas pipelines takes a long time especially now that many places have become residential so it is more difficult to meet gas, something that the most likely is the import of liquefied gas and of course a longer process is required.

Basically, I read the same things... infrastructure is a problem, it's a long process before gas starts coming! It's also expensive, very expensive... some countries don't have money for that, they will have to really on EU funds and loans probably!

Anyway, winter is coming! Like in Game of Thrones! Hot days started, so I guess we will not see much in the next few months... but when winter starts I expect some crazy things to happen! I don't see the end of this conflict, strong words are coming from all sides, diplomacy is not working, or we can say that some big countries decided to close diplomatic channels! I am not sure what will happen, this is something new for all of us and I just hope that this will not grow into some world war with nukes flying above our heads! Knowing governments and politicians (and my opinion about them is not nice) they are capable to shit on everything and everyone at any moment just because they can do it, and they have their own stupid arguments for that, so bigger conflict is a real possibility!

2209  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the golden rule of investment? on: June 07, 2022, 01:07:16 PM
After reading what OP wrote the first thing that fell to my mind is "never invest everything you have in one thing, especially not in some unknown project!"! I mean Luna?! For real?! And I guess it's perfectly fine if someone wishes to throw away a few bucks just in case it's a real deal, even with 50-100 dollars investment can bring a huge profit if it goes over x100, to not mention if it goes x10k one day! But what is crazy is to invest everything you have in some "Luna"! I am not sure what those guys were thinking... I wouldn't advise anyone to do something like this even with Bitcoin!

This thread is like a lesson for all of us! Never chase for quick profits! If you wish to have some fun and try something, it's ok, but with 1-2 percent of your capital!

2211  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: taking out a loan for a sports bet on: June 07, 2022, 06:20:24 AM
recently I've come across some information for an upcoming soccer match and I'd like to place a big bet of 50-100k, how easy would it be for me to take out a loan and how long would it take? has anyone else done something like this?

A recipe for disaster! Take a $50k to $100k loan to bet on a soccer match! I guess even if you win that bet and make some money, the next time you will go for over a $100k loan, just because you think it's so easy to make money...

As always, don't take loans for stupid things! And taking a huge loan to bet on soccer is more than stupid in my opinion! Taking loans for gambling will just get you in trouble, sooner or later!

2212  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you using trading indicators? on: June 06, 2022, 07:43:50 PM
In general, I heard that these indicators really help many. I can’t say yet that this option is convenient for me to work with. Although, sometimes I still use this option.

Indicators help short and mid-term traders, without them, I am not sure they can't make any profit! But to be able to follow all the indicators on daily basis requires time, something I don't have! So I am more focused on big cycles and long-term trades, and it's not so hard to roll with it if you have patience!

People should be free to try everything they can! I tried many things and I had many losses before I found what works for me! We are so different, with different thinking and possibilities/opportunities, so each of us should try things around and find what works best for us! I found myself, and the road to this wasn't easy!
2213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Everything stop on: June 06, 2022, 06:56:58 PM
Todays current situation for Luna all my works just stop and cant belive whats going on with this scenario!!  Lost too much in my life savings!! Now thinking about invest on btc at least there is no chance like 98% dump at least stable coin looking to more risky!!

You are going crazy! I am not sure what did you think when you invested your life-saving in Luna?! And now you are crying and you are looking for recovery! Most likely you will sink even more if you continue jumping from one investment to another without thinking!

Crypto didn't stop! Maybe you experienced some losses, but this is crypto... each one of us here experienced the same! It's how we build experience, how we learn to make difference between potentially great and useful projects from totally shit projects!

Believe me, things are looking a lot better than 5-6 years ago! Nothing stopped, things are better than ever and this is still just a scratch of what crypto can really do!
2214  Economy / Gambling / Re: Gambling Brand Name Vs Site Functionality? Or Both? on: June 06, 2022, 05:56:11 PM
Good service is paramount. As long as the betting site offers good service, it grows like a snowball. Positive comments and friend referrals are the most effective advertising.
A good name is hard to find. Because all domains are already taken. Deriving a name like xxxbets will suffice.

Well, all factors play some role! There are a bunch of crypto casinos here on the forum with great service, and attractive names, so what makes the difference where we will play?! Top casinos need to keep the high level from all angles... site functionality, name, promotions, marketing, VIP level, support speed, etc... if one of these is bad it will drag down others, and the complete feeling about the casino will be mostly negative for players who experience something bad in any way!
2215  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Something Like This Happen To You on: June 05, 2022, 11:40:43 PM
We experienced unexpected events or moments in gambling like this one, you are calling it off a day in a session then you're suddenly on a winning streak thinking that it's your time to get back what you've lost will you go or will you stop and come back the next day.

I'm sometimes tempted to continue but I know you cannot beat the house, so most of the time I just call it a day and just wished that tomorrow or next time it's my lucky day. What about you what's your take.

Well, being able to call it a day comes with experience! And in many cases, that's the best decision we can make! Winning streaks happen, especially the ones that trick us to think it's our moment to win! I was in many similar situations when I empty all my wallets in chasing some big wins that will bring some profit, tempted by some nice streaks!

It's gambling! I gamble for +20 years! I experienced almost everything in gambling (except some really really huge jackpots Smiley), gambling life is full of ups and downs! If we don't place bets we don't have a chance to win anything! I had some crazy nice wins with my last big bets, I was brave to push it all the way and I got lucky to recover my losses and to make huge profits! Many times I simply got busted! It's why responsible gambling is important, never gamble with money you can't afford to lose! We can get lucky in gambling the same as we can lose infinite amounts of money in minutes! Spending money you can't afford to lose will just create a bunch of problems, real-life problems!
2216  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🌴Summer Hangout event for $500 000🌴|🎨 Branded TofuNFT Giveaway on: June 05, 2022, 10:59:15 PM
I don't know how Betfury feels about using a VPN, but I would be careful with that. Have you read the terms and conditions carefully what it says there regarding the use of a VPN? Using a VPN usually means that your internet connection is being refused by the server. With a VPN you avoid that problem, but you can also run into other problems. And the last thing you want is for your account to be blocked.

The use of a VPN has been discussed many times in this thread, and the Betfury manager also confirmed that the use of a VPN is not prohibited. In addition, if you check the ToS page on the Betfury site, you will see that there is no mention of a VPN. Honestly, I do not even remember that they have banned at least one user due to the use of a VPN. So you don't need to worry about it.

Dwyane36 is right, that has been discussed and the manager confirmed in this thread that it's ok to use VPN, just don't violate any other rules from ToS! I used some free VPN extensions until a few months ago... they were working nice, but in one moment they became so laggy, so I just removed all of them! I am thinking to buy one, but I don't have time to play slots like I use to... so it's on hold! I only want it so I can play some providers, and to be honest, with the little time I have for playing I simply play providers available for me! Pragmatic is great, but there are other good providers as well!
2217  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If Bitcoin drops to $8k on: June 05, 2022, 08:47:14 AM
Are you really believing this dumb person? not any single his prediction is correct lol.

December 2020
Minerd said bitcoin "should be worth around $400,000."
    Bitcoin's price: about $20,000.

February 2021
Minerd said bitcoin could go to $400,000 to $600,000
    Bitcoin's price: about $40,000.

June 2021
Minerd told CNBC that bitcoin could bottom out at $10,000 to $15,000 in its latest swoon.
    Bitcoin's price: about $35,500.

October 2021
Minerd said he was no longer invested in bitcoin.
    Bitcoin's price: around $63,000.

May 23, 2022
Minerd told CNBC bitcoin could fall to $8,000.
    Bitcoin's price: around $29,000.
This was from your article, the reason why he predict Bitcoin will fall to $8K is because he's no longer invest in Bitcoin anymore and want to create stupid prediction to make a panic on the market, obviously this can be his advantages to buy Bitcoin since he may likely sold around $30K-$40K. Look at his prediction on June 2021, why Bitcoin price was increase and not dump? answer this question.

He is just another "crypto expert"! There's no answer to your question, what he is doing is making some blind predictions based on his feeling only! He is loud so he got some followers, but if they really followed his signs I guess they are at loss for sure!

At least he predicted $8k, he didn't say Bitcoin will die like many others did, so many times... that is probably his next prediction! Anyway, I doubt that will happen, and people should try to choose whom to follow more carefully!

Or may be you can take a little risk and play the multiply btc game and get more sats.
But ofcourse we have the risk to lose it all as well, it all depends on your luck though.
I was lucky enough today to win a decent bet.  Tongue

Inspired by your bet I decided to try something similar:

It's nice when we win a nice amount of sats! I hope that luck will stay with us!

I spined +200 WoF spins, but I didn't win anything big! I decided to go for thousands! I will not spin WoF before I get at least 3k spins! Of course, I don't count the promotional spins we get every day! Currently at 77!

2220  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Most undervalued cryptocurrencies in 2022 - your opinions? on: June 04, 2022, 08:53:41 PM
I find it difficult to give an option to the OP who wants to get advice on coins with long term gains other than Bitcoin, ETH and BNB.
Maybe based on what I'm monitoring, the OP tries to pay attention to coins with active use such as coins that do have their own DEX network and platform.

It's not difficult to answer the OP question, at least not from "our crypto perspective"! I don't know any crypto enthusiasts that think that this is the top! We all think that Bitcoin, BNB, Cardano, Litecoin, and many others are undervalued! We see the crypto future and some coins can really do a lot more!

Cryptocurrencies in general are young, just a little over 10 years for Bitcoin and some others, and for many others under that! And look how much Bitcoin accomplished in that time?! Does anyone think it's the end? We are far from the cap... it's how I feel it! Cryptocurrencies are becoming more and more popular, so I would say that the crypto era is around the corner! What we are seeing now it will get a lot bigger in the upcoming years!
