Okeeeeey, i don't want to waste time. "The shareholders of the fund “Smidge.Com A” will hold 765,000.00 shares, while Smidge.Com shareholders will hold 135,000.00 shares." - I'm reading you plan on issuing a few of these com a, com b, com c, etc. But i want more skin in the game, so its better to have shares in smidge.com overall yes? So are you selling shares in smidge.com now or just com.a fund etc.
Hi BitHub, Good question, thanks. You can think of Smidge.Com as a holding company that operates the funds and owns a minority share in each of them. When a second or third fund is launched, there will be another discounted pre-IPO offering of shares for existing shareholders only (like we are doing now for the first one, publicly) as a reward for early trust. After that, they will be publicly available. I cannot tell you at this point if we are going to IPO the holding company. It could be a long term option tough, when we reach very broad diversification. Why not IPO now? It's easier to manage from sites like havelock or bitfunder than to use email as a transfer process.

Still haven't gotten a reply - is my signature plus inputs.io username for double-payment ok like this? And yet another try - TradeFortress, can you please confirm whether my signature is ok including the double payment? Yes, yours is OK. Payouts made. thanks. I got the payment.

Incase the announcement on our side was overlooked, we now have Google Authenticator build in.
We'll also be releasing additional OHLC graphs in the coming days.

I assumed it needed to run with a laptop plugged in.
There are plenty of devices you can mine from with much lower power figures than a laptop. True. I saw this site selling : MineNinja V2 Bitcoin Mining Host and they go for 1.5 BTC a piece.

Holy SoB. That is expensive. I have that much cash, but if I ever wanted to mine 24/7, I would have built a mining rig already. Still, it's cheaper than the official price by KNC... here's some pointers: 1. get in touch with Derek from http://sgminingconsortium.wordpress.com/2. I'm selling a BFL 5 Gh/s jalapeno (in-hand today Friday or next Monday. The postman is slow. PM me for the price.

I pretty much had issues sending bitcoins to people, so I saw that reseting my blockchain and transactions would fix it. Now thought, this is what it shows me http://puu.sh/3BPfp.pngI had half that and am REALLY worried right now. is it on Windoz? try to do a reset of the blockchain.

Such as now we have: 1.00894652 BTC - 25.500% APR. Starts 2013-07-03, ends 2013-08-02 (1.01884403) 1.00733857 BTC - 26.050% APR. Starts 2013-07-06, ends 2013-10-04 (1.05874504) 1.00706212 BTC - 25.500% APR. Starts 2013-07-06, ends 2013-08-05 (1.01884403) 1.00733857 BTC - 26.050% APR. Starts 2013-07-06, ends 2013-10-04 (1.05874504) I would add: 4.03068578 BTC Total (4.15517814) That total line is also nice. I normally have to copy the figure and paste it in Excel.

Great idea: Pyramining pool.
Maybe it would be more difficult for the operator, but if accomplished could get us an extra percentage of earnings and reduce our variance. Isn´t it?
Good idea. I would love to do this once my BFL 60Gh/s unit arrives.
