Your bets weren't placed within the ToS you have consent to follow to.
Your funds were returned to you, and the winnings were returned to the bookmaker. If you have a proof of these funds being taken without a reason - please share it. Until then we won't be replying to this question, the answer was provided dozens times already.

Sincerely,
1xBit team

Can you share how that player actually broke the TOS? Everyone can make such excuses without sharing any kind of information, if you present the mistakes of this user in front of everyone, it will be clear to everyone. We want you to work honestly and return the funds to all users.

But sadly you don't want to change yourself and try to deceive the users in different ways. It remains to be seen how long your activities will last.
2222  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: 1xbit SCAM! Scamming people and steal your money on: September 08, 2021, 06:02:15 PM
There have been so many reports against 1xbit but they are continuing their activities as before without any difficulty. Why don't these players research about that platform before depositing money in 1xbit. You are going through a bad situation which is really sad.

If you were to spend a little time learning about this website, you probably wouldn't have to deal with this situation. 1xbit's profile has already been red tagged by community members. They are not interested in improving their reputation, which is why the amount of unresolved issues is increasing day by day.
2223  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Only good coins survive the dip on: September 08, 2021, 03:42:45 PM
~~~
People don't notice these things, they just run after different projects for profit. If a project has a strong community and a large user base, then that project can have an impact on the market. They do not try to know the details of the project before investing in a coin / token. During a dump in the recent market, I saw which coins / tokens were trying to recover.
Already many coins / tokens are trying hard to recover, this is not possible without a strong community. Therefore, instead of running after random projects, the projects that are fundamentally strong should be given priority.
^ I hate a casino like this, you can able to read the TOS as a guess and you are right, upon visiting the site I did not found the TOS there so you need to register before you will the TOS.
They should work on this thing. Because, if a user doesn't know any information and rules about that casino before creating an account, then it must be a bad system. Almost all casinos have a TOS account that can be read before it is created, so why have they kept it different? If I had to register to read the TOS of a casino, I would definitely ignore that casino and turn my attention to the other side. This is my personal opinion, others may agree with me.
2225  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Table] Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos on: September 08, 2021, 08:49:42 AM
The casino might not be active on the forum but still doing good in the market without any scam accusations but yes the casinos who have high reputation on the forum are easily trusted by the users and can have a detailed information from the @OP list.He can add it in the future if he find them suitable but at this time the casinos listed are all good and the list is long even this time.
It would not be right to trust outside sources. OP has already made a very nice list, the number of platforms in this list is enough for the players.And the BitcoinTalk community knows about those platforms, and those platforms are continuing their activities.
I think you have an idea of how review websites work, they will give any casino a good rating if they get paid. So it is not right to add them based on reviews only. If they have a good platform and run their campaign on Bitcointalk, they will definitely be added to the list soon.
2226  Economy / Gambling / Re: [Table] Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos on: September 07, 2021, 06:22:42 PM
Are you going to add btc casinos that has no active representative in this forum but the casino is being mentioned in almost review site?
For example 7bitcasino, it has no active rep here but I can find this casino in almost all review site including btcgosu.
I think he is not interested in adding those websites. Because after looking at the list of casinos that he has made and will do, many players will go to those casinos to play. When the players face any kind of problem and the support team does not give a proper solution then the user will have nowhere else to go. And if there is a representative of that casino in this forum then pressure can be created against it and an appropriate solution can be found. So I don't think it's a good idea to list any casinos without a representative here.
If my ip was restricted, I would not be able to access the website today. This was probably another issue from my side.
^ Probably you are not IP restricted because if it was, you can't even able to access the main page.
This is a problem of the gambling site that does not have TOS and AQ on the first, did you know those wise gamblers will always looking at the TOS before they will proceed using on the site? I think this gambling site is not yet ready for lunch, there is a lot to fix about their website. There should be a clarication.
There’s a lot of work still needed here to be fixed, and since they are offering a beyond gambling services, this may requires more professionals to handle the site. Restrictions will always be there on the TOS and you can also know if VPN is legal or not to avoid any future problem. We have to understand the rules always, its just a 10minutes of read and it can save you a lot.
After trying many times I was able to visit their website and I know they need more time to fix all the issues. I hope they will do their development properly and do it with speed. And you are saying to read TOS in this website before create the account. If you have visited their website, you should know that you will not get any information without registering on this website. So if you want to read TOS, you have to register first!
2228  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [SCAM] Fake Elon Musk Giveaway Scheme on: September 06, 2021, 06:53:35 PM
I'm no stranger to seeing scam images like this and there are always many who spread it on telegram channels with fake accounts, so don't ever write this url in your browser because obviously they will offer a doubler that is 2x higher than what you deposited, and This trick has been reported before, but they always appear with the new url name.
I hope no one ever writes or clicks on this url on purpose.
Scammers have been using telegrams extensively to promote these scams, but now they are using different ways to promote these scams. One of them is Twitter, which creates Twitter accounts using the names of many well-known people. They then use those accounts to give various fake replies to the tweets of big exchanges, CEOs, influencers, and scammers share the links with various tempting offers. So they will continue to do so in the future, so the crypto community needs to be more aware of this trap.
2229  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Crypto Casino with a built in MIXER and token bridges!!! on: September 04, 2021, 05:47:23 PM
This may be because of country restrictions or IP.
I tried again today and successfully accessed the website. I had a problem on the internet so I was getting error message even after trying to visit. I first suspected my internet, I am getting this error message because maybe there is a problem with my internet.
If my ip was restricted, I would not be able to access the website today. This was probably another issue from my side.
I tried to visit your website and it didn't let me in at first. I may have been trying to visit this website from a restricted country, or I may not be able to access it due to network problems. I still can't figure out what's behind it.
The casino is online and working. There has been no downtime.
I have tried yet but sadly the experience has been the same as before. I can still see the error message from my side, it may be due to my internet problem. Again, it may be that your website is blocked from my country! If no one else is facing this kind of problem then I will take it only as my problem, but if someone else like me is talking about the same problem then I hope you will take appropriate steps to solve it.
2232  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Investors their mind on: September 02, 2021, 07:06:47 PM
When a trader comes to the market to trade, he should keep in mind that just as there is profit to be made by trading, there is also loss. It is normal for a trader to feel a sense of stress when a trade goes into loss. The pressure of the trader remains until he leaves the trade. So if he thinks that nothing good can be expected from that trade then it would be a good decision to close that trade and accept the loss.
This means that if you want to trade in the market, you have to have the mentality of accepting losses. Because it is often seen that taking a small loss can save you from a big loss.
2233  Economy / Reputation / Re: bounty manager, Become a bounty hunter?? on: September 02, 2021, 06:53:11 PM
The problem is that the manager can participate in his managed campaign. But if he participates using multiple accounts, he must have broken the rules. The purpose of those who do such activities is to try to take as many bounty payments in their pockets as possible using multiple accounts.
And managers who engage in such activities should be tagged if there is sufficient evidence against them.
2234  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Bitconnect likely to be a ponzi on: September 02, 2021, 06:21:26 PM
A little update on this scam: The US SEC has sued the founder of the BitConnect crypto pyramid on charges of unregistered and fraudulent placement of securities worth $2 billion. The SEC is seeking a jury trial for BitConnect, its founder Satish Kumbhani, promoter Glen Arcaro and Future Money Ltd.  https://www.sec.gov/news/press-release/2021-172
It is good to hear that at least they have been sued. Now it remains to be seen when those involved in this bitconnect scam will be arrested. There are many people I know who are having a bad time now because of this scam. If these scammers at least went inside the jail, then those victims would get a little relief. I think the punishment for those who promoted this scam should be more, because they promoted it in such a way that ordinary people are easily trapped.
We have a new update on chips.gg for the 1 year anniversary !
I participated in Chips.gg's signature campaign last year when they launched the signature campaign on Bitcointalk. One year has passed, I understood after seeing this post of yours. How fast time passes can be understood when something like this happens. Anyway, I hope the players will participate in the Chips.gg anniversary campaign and they will win big. And best of luck to Chips.gg, I hope they can move forward with success in the years to come.
Congrats and Happy anniversary.
2236  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Is www.iexwls.com scam?? on: September 02, 2021, 04:54:07 PM
Not i mean i have invest there 600usd.
as hard and as regrettable as it is, it is better to just take the loss. anyway, it's good you came here first before you gave them your personal information.
a lot of people get their information stolen through scams like this. they either use the information or sell it.
Scammers always use different methods to steal personal information. Most of the time they use tempting offers to attract their prey. And it is easy to assume that personal information goes to scammers who sell it or use it for various illegal purposes. Maybe in the future you will have to face a bad situation for this. So sharing personal information on such websites is a red flag. I want to give more priority to personal information than money.
2237  Economy / Gambling / Re: [CLOSED] ★BetBTC★ Sportsbook | Bitcoin Sports Betting | Since 2014 on: September 02, 2021, 12:44:12 PM
well the BetBTC team have done well by publicizing all the steps towards the exit from the gambling space, there were few complaints on withdraw in the last few days I believe there take actions to withdraw they found before the website goes offline.
According to their announcement, they have officially closed on September 1. Already all the players have been able to withdraw all their funds without any problem. Yes, there will be complaints in some cases, but if those complaints are properly resolved then it must have been a good thing. Many gambling websites come online every day but most of them do not have this attitude. They had a large amount of funds in their hands, they returned it to their customers. So I want to take it as a positive attitude.
Ann thread creator has been offline for a long time. So they haven't been able to give you an update on your problem so far, and it's still hard to say whether they'll ever give you an update. So everyone should be careful about this website, no representative of this gambling website is active in this forum, gambling on their website will be very risky.
2240  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many project SCAMS - PLEASE CAREFUL on: September 01, 2021, 08:51:59 PM
I have resolved to stop buying stupid IDO and preslaes. I lost over 20+ ETH to useless projects. People just wake-up and create a copy cat tokens without any use case only imitation. Where are all the Y family series? BSC now has huge scamming projects that where able to win the people's heart, all of a sudden is a flash loan attack and that ends the project.
You realized after the expensive loss. Most of the projects that are coming in the market now are aimed at fleeing with the money of the investors. Which is why they want to create hype about that project in different ways. Since you are a victim of these projects you may have seen how these projects fool people.
Most investors do not have the ability to stay in the market after gaining such a valuable experience like yours. So they should spend time doing market research which will bring good results in future.
