That's a huge amount of money with that huge amount it's really worth their time, effort, and money no wonder these scammers are not stopping because there are still many newbies in the industry majority of these newbies are not members of this forum, they believe on the hype and these scammers have good marketing skills, who would not fall to a channel with thousands of followers and many giving positive reviews of the airdrop.
We can only warn people the authorities should do their job to stop these scammers, they are growing and a real menace to the community.

Just wondering on why there are people easily believe on such things knowing how shady the giveaway is and we can use google or the search bar of twitter if we want to verify the real Elon twitter handle but unfortunaly many newbie got mistake to do this since most of their victims always think that they can earn big in  return. As you said we really need to be aware and don't send our Crypto to anyone especially those who open up a giveaway then offer to give a huge return if we deposit some amount unto their wallet since its a big scam.

This is the same in real world, police and prisons exist, but why is there still robbery, theft etc.

Sometimes people who are smart and have extensive knowledge can be deceived, with this mode, they are fraud perpetrators who assemble in such a way with the original owner, the victim feels sure, is really genuine, even denies it's fake.

In cases like this, most people are hypnotized without thinking long in depositing money with the lure of big profits, when they realize that the site is a scam, they just regret it, that all this time what has been talked about is a lie, for that before doing something you must think about it, don't look for shortcuts, generally you can fall into the abyss.
