Markets seem to have stabilized above 38000 dollars which gives me the sense of confidence that we ready to go bullish again as it's gone above $40k after being bearish for a while but if I want to buy coins..I would wait for another retest of 39,000 which will certainly come before going up up and away..
Even though the market is well over the tested support of 38,000$ but there is a key resistance at 43,000$ and bitcoin has been rejected at that level a few times now. Bitcoin needs a lot of volumes to surpass this resistance and stay above it for a few days or a week for more confirmation. If this does not happen, we may again dump to 38,000$ and test the support again. Remember, if the support is tested again and again it also becomes weak and the same goes for the resistance. |
