Masalah tahu atau tidaknya berapa yang dihasilkan, saya kira si joki kemungkinan besar tidak sampai diserahi ke wallet dan cara aksesnya juga om. Saya pribadi kalau urusan wallet/seed phrase malah diberitahukan ke keluarga terdekat dimana saja menyimpannya, sementara kalau untuk urusan forum tentu tidak.
Kalau sudah jadi joki post, setidaknya cukup familiar dengan forum BTT. Tidak perlu sampai ke akses wallet, joki bisa lihat dari campaign signature apa yang diikuti akun tersebut. Selanjutnya tinggal dia lihat sendiri ke thread campaign signaturenya di board Service. Sebetulnya bukannya suudzon, tapi ini akun bisa menghasilkan uang, sedangkan kalau sudah urusan uang bisa sangat sensitif meskipun masih terbilang saudara. Saya pribadi, tidak akan memberikan akun ke Joki yang sekalipun masih satu keluarga, kecuali anak atau istri. Menyerahkan akun pada joki harap-harap cemas juga sih, apalagi dikasih akses ke wallet, Joki tentu tau hasil dari signature yang diikuti. Pada dasarnya joki tidak pernah peduli dengan kualitas posting, dia hanya fokus pada target post mingguan saja, Jika sudah begini sangat beresiko pada akun. Akun bisa saja di tag Netral sebagai bagian dari daftar hitam Spammer yang membuat posting tidak memenuhi standar forum, masalah lainnya mungkin akunnya dapat dibawa kabur karena si joki sudah tau hasil yang didapat dari akun tersebut. |

Ane sebenarnya juga merasa sulit untuk mengatur waktu dengan konsisten untuk bisa aktif di forum. Tetapi sejauh ini ane selalu menyempatkan diri untuk bisa aktif minimal 2 jam sehari di forum untuk menyelesaikan semua postingan. Di akhir pekan biasanya waktunya akan lebih banyak, jadi ane akan memaksimalkan ini untuk membuat lebih banyak postingan.
Aktivitas forum (pekerjaan sampingan) diluar pekerjaan Utama juga banyak dilakukan orang lain, dengan alasan memenuhi kebutuhan dan juga sebagai pendapatan tambahan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pribadi dan keluarga. Tidak mudah menekuni dua pekerjaan sekaligus, apalagi jika pekerjaan utama dan pekerjaan sampingan memiliki tingkat kesibukan yang tinggi. Namun jika kita pintar mengatur waktu, kita dapat menjalankan keduanya dengan seimbang dan dapat menyelesaikan keduanya tanpa harus meninggalkan atau mengganggu salah satunya. Kadang pendapatan forum lebih besar dari gaji pekerjaan utama (yang digaji sesuai UMR), dengan meluangkan waktu minimun 2 jam perhari, sudah dapat menyelesaikan semua postingan (katakanlah 5 postingan) yang menjadi target perhari, dalam seminggu hanya 10 jam waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan 25 postingan. Disini ane ambil contoh seperti Om @BITCOIN4X yang nerima bayaran perminggu $80 atau setara dengan Rp1.120k dalam kurs 14k. Dalam sebulan bisa menghasilkan Rp4.480 juta (jika konsisten perminggu), jumlah ini terbilang besar jika dibandingkan dengan upah minimum yang didapat buruh atau gaji pokok yang didapat PNS golongan 2a. Sesibuk apapun pekerjaan utama meski sangat lelah akibat banyak tenaga yang terkuras, selalu konsisten untuk aktif di forum minimal 2 jam saja. I don't think Barcelona really need lewandowski right now, cause of their recent financial problem. I don't think Barcelona can offer lewandowski a huge amount of salary, though he is a world-class striker but bringing him to Barcelona is not necessary at the moment, he is 33 now and he is getting weaker. Playing in Barcelona will be a big challenge for lewandowski currently, cause he can't easily adapt to their kind of play. Beruntungnya, saya bekerja secara remote, jadi kalau mau disempet-sempetin siang sih bisa, namun kembali pada masalah pekerjaan utama, jadi saya sangat jarang nyuri waktu untuk forum walaupun seharusnya saya bisa. Kembali pada rasa tanggung jawab kita atas pekerjaan utama. Meluangkan waktu senggang setelah bekerja seharian apalagi harus bekerja di lapangan seperti Mas @Blue Snow bukanlah barang mudah. Untuk menyelesaikan aktivitas forum setelah seharian menguras keringat serta tenaga, Mas @Blue Snow harus rela mengurangi waktu istirahat atau bersantai di malam hari. Agar selalu disiplin mengerjakan aktivitas forum, komitmen sangat penting. Ketika sampai dirumah alangkah baiknya membiasakan diri menyisakan waktu 1 sampai 2 jam untuk mengerjakan aktivitas forum, 1 sampai 2 jam sudah cukup untuk menyelesaikan 4 atau 5 posting untuk memenuhi kuota harian. Se-lelah apapun di siang hari, jangan pernah menunda aktivitas forum, karena ditakutkan akan dapat menganggu pekerjaan utama akibat kepikiran takut kuota mingguan gak tercapai. Bagi yang belum terbiasa mengatur waktu dengan baik, mungkin agak sulit melakukannya. Jika dilakukan dengan perlahan, siapa pun akan terbiasa dengan kedisiplinan, yang terpenting tahu betul mana waktu yang digunakan untuk pekerjaan utama dan mana waktu yang digunakan untuk mengerjakan aktivitas forum. |

Jadi waktu paling enak buat morum ya saat kita sudah rehat dari pekerjaan (sambil ditemani dengan rokok dan kopi  ). Ya pastinya lah om.  Kebiasaannya saya lihat kebanyakan poster Lokal Board Indonesia aktifnya di malam hari, termasuk saya mungkin. Untuk jam malam jauh lebih fokus postingannya karena tidak lagi bising dengan gangguan dunia luar dan bagusnya jam malam biasanya poster luar juga kebanyakan aktif dan kita dapat berinteraksi lebih mudah dengan mereka. Untuk pekerjaan tertentu yang pergi pagi pulang sore tanpa kerja lapangan sepertinya enaknya aktif di forum itu pada jam 20.00 - 24.00. Untuk 4 jam aktif sepertinya sudah lumayan banyak posting yang bisa diselesaikan. Jika hanya 4-5 postingan per hari maka saya yakin kualitasnya lebih terjaga dan berpotensi mendapatkan merit juga. Benar, poster Lokal BI banyak yang aktif malam hari, karena kebanyakan dari penghuni Lokal Board punya kesibukan pribadi di siang hari. Aktifitas forum lebih nyaman dikerjakan malam hari (bagi yang punya kesibukan di siang hari), daripada harus nyuri-nyuri waktu saat jam kerja. Saat santai dirumah tanpa harus memikirkan aktivitas luar dapat berkreasi dengan ide-ide cemerlang untuk menghasilkan posting berkualitas. Nyuri-nyuri waktu di sela-sela jam kerja juga dapat menyelesaikan beberapa posting, namun kualitanya jangan ditanya, karena waktunya sangat terbatas. |

Hasilnya hunter, investor, dan developer rugi karena harga merosot tajam akibat banyak bounty hunter sell berjamaah. Jauh lebih aman pakai stable coin, tidak akan mengganggu harga koin/token proyek tersebut di market.
Saya rasa justru menguntungkan jika dibayar dengan altcoin langaung dibandingkan dengan stable koin seperti BUSD atau USDT, dengan satu syarat reward dikirim sebelum altcoin yang bersangkutan listing di market. Mungkin untuk pemain baru akhir - akhir ini jarang mendapatkan jackpot dari bounty dengan bayaran altcoin. Namun justru pembayaran altcoin jauh lebih menguntungkan seperti bounty terakhir yang didapatkan seperti Sovryn dan juga bountu Vulcan bahkan bountu Citizen juga bayarannya jauh lebih besar jika dibayar full. pembayaran altcoin jauh lebih menguntungkan jika harganya meningkat tinggi setelah Listing di market, tapi kalau nilai tukar token kecil atau tidak memiliki harga sama sekali setelah listing apa masih dapat dikatakan menguntungkan.? Dua contoh yang agan sebutkan benar adanya, reward yang didapat dari Vulcan dan Citizen mengalahkan pendapatan dari pekerjaan utama. Bounty yang membayar dengan stable koin seperti BUSD/USDT bayarannya tidak sebesar yang didapat seperti Vulcan dan Citizen, tapi hasilnya lebih jelas dan tidak ada keraguan setelah bounty selesai. |
