Ideally, they should refund it, but because you're also at fault here I doubt they will cooperate that much (it's Yobit we're talking about here). How much you've deposited here? If it's not that much, maybe letting it go is a better option. Use your time wisely, Yobit is famous for its lack of support for some users.
I was making a large deposit in parts, the one that wasn't credited was 18 ETH, unfortunately. If it was a small amount, I would have moved on. Thanks for the comments, everyone. It's been 2 weeks now, and I'm in contact with them on and off. I can say that at least they are communicating, but progress is very slow. There's some hope they'll refund, but not counting on anything. Lesson learned - I'll stick to the established, customer friendly crypto exchanges. I don't mind much, because this is the first time in 5 years of crypto trading I've lost any tokens, and I'm motivated to make it the last. By the way, they absolutely should refund. Legally, you are obliged to refund payments if you are unable to tender services. It's not like the ETH is lost. It was clearly diverted to their ETH wallet, and they clearly have access to it. I'm more than happy to pay a fee / fine of course because I fully accept it was my fault. Sadly, with these overseas crypto exchanges, legal recourse is basically out of the question. If anyone has any suggestions otherwise, I'd greatly appreciate it. If that's the last resort that you can do, better to give them or allow them to take the fees from you, but they are obliged to bring your money back, as what I understand you successfully send your ETH to their wallet and there's no issue about it, so refunding should not be an issue but delaying tactics I guess, keep trying as it is yobit obligation to pay you back. |

Of a truth as we are growing in this cryptocurrencies development made factors has started to change and listing a project in the exchange don't affect the price much this day. I think we are not going to have good pumping in price by just list a project in a new exchange but people are now looking at the development and other factors about a coins before investing.
They are no longer being move by certain news which nothing that will affect the progress of the project, unlike before where investors are really excited when hearing rumors that the coins that they holding will be added to another exchange, traders will begin to accumulate and try to hold as many as they can before the time comes and the actual listing will happen. |

I thought everyone already knew Yobit it was scam exchange. Half of the listed coins there are in maintenance mode, people just do not look at it, only after unsuccessful attempt deposit/withdraw that we have complaints. after countless scam accusation, we have new people appear with the same problem.
It should open the eyes of those who are still eyeing to use this exchange, they need to read and review every details regarding to any trading site that they will use to avoid such incidents to happen to them, if you can avoid to use the service better not but if you have coins which only can be traded inside yobit, check everything first before making any deposits and be sure to use small amount first, take extra precautions to protect your investment. |

Agree with this thread and postings that bitcoin will always remain the number one coin. However, some other coin could overtake it for a few minutes in a big price spike or pump but that won't mean much.
I don't see that coming, it will need a huge money before any coins to takeover and bring down bitcoin from that spot, though given the benefits of the doubt since we are inside crypto, there can be a big issue or collapse coming from the team behind bitcoin if in case that takeover will take place but still bitcoin will continue to be number one without that problem to happen. |

there are some good points also being there when I was seeing that page it need to be shared through most of the area because people will struggle with there starting stage without any good guidance this type of points and strategies will helpful for them to easy understanding. Westbrook with 10 triple doubles in a row! And PG also had a triple double which makes 10th time a team had 2 players with td in the same game. They are playing defense amazingly this year and their offense flows much better with PG on the team.
I don't know how viable this team will be in playoffs since they only have 2 great scorers and unless some other player has a career night it will be just defending Westbrook and pg for the other team. Westbrook broke Wilts record of consecutive td in a row with his 10th game, anytime any player breaks Wilts any record it is a huge accomplishment, he has so many that we talk about the second place most of the time.
I think there are just couple more records left that could potentially be impossible to break, stocktons assist and steals are number one because it took him 19 years of little to no injury to reach there, players do not play that much anymore and they sit out constantly. The other one is pretty obvious, 48.5 minutes a game by Wilt, dude played all games and all overtimes all the time, the game is 48 minute long so there is no chance anyone plays 48.5 minute a game.
Westbrook and George can be enough if their teammates will play accordingly, this two superstars can both shot and pass the ball so we'll, the supporting cast needs to step up and play well together, if OKC eyeing for a good position from the West they need to jibe together and not to completely relied with PG and WB, there's a lots of twist when playoff is coming near. |

If bounty hunters will support scam projects, it will never stop. Before joining campaign check very well who is behind the project!

Many of us prefer to hold multiple kind of coins. What do you prefer: holding it in a sigle kind of wallet or have it on a different kind of wallet?
Personally, I prefer to store in an opensource multi wallet that support all my preferred coin and even ERC20 token, its the only opensource multiwallet available called Hodler and so far I find it good. Do you think, this is really good idea?

of course its better to hold multiple cryptocurrencies in one wallet,, but, personally i never use that wallet called Hodler just like you said above  i use a hardware walled called ledger nano S to store my cryptoccurrencies my friend If you do care for your investment and you have huge money inside, it's preferred to use much safer wallets with good reputations, its common practice that multiple alts have it's own time to rise so while waiting keeping it inside a wallet that more secured will give you peace of mind. |
