I always hope to see a team outside Europe to win, but it will be hard, maybe Flamengo can play in a high level to try.

I believe that it is not so easy to convince most high level players to play in the Saudi league. The country is very different from the West and the league is not as desirable if the player is thinking about his national team and world cup.

Real Madrid can have both, maybe not playing together most of matches, but I see Benzema still playing well but with risk of injuries with his age, and in the end of La Liga and finals of UCL, two strikers can be awesome, they can spare one or another and always have a top striker.

Tenho um amigo que foi pra Portugal para morar um tempo e conseguir a cidadania ( ele já morou lá alguns anos atrás mais foi embora pouco antes de conseguir ).
O que ele me contou (Joker pode corrigir se eu falar besteira haha) é que a situação está pior do que anos atrás (10-15 anos), o salário não é muito bom, mas conseguem o suficiente para viver, e lá o padrão de vida ainda é muito melhor que no Brasil, tem o padrão Europeu, ganha-se menos, porém gasta-se menos também.
O complicado está sendo a moradia, parece que subiu muito o aluguel e é um pouco difícil arrumar um local bom e barato.
Ele conseguiu um trabalho em uma semana.

In my opinion 29 years is not old yet, Harry Kane is playing at a high level, he's in shape and he can still play for some years.
This is the best opportunity for him to evolve and try La Liga and Champions League. I doubt Tottenham can offer him the same chances, Liverpool, Arsenal and City are better in this season and I don't see Tottenham fighting for national title or at least the finals of UCL.

In Real Madrid he'll have strong support to play with players like Vinicius JR and Rodrygo to assist him and score more goals in La Liga.

And I don't think he's going to retire soon.
He's only 29, he can play another World Cup easily. I don't think he should go to smaller clubs, there's 3 clubs looking for him: Manchester, Bayern and Real Madrid.
Look at Benzema and Modric, both older and look what they did last year in Real Madrid.
