European clubs have been dominant in this competition for the past 10 years or more because the difference in quality between the top European and South American clubs is too great.
South American clubs simply cannot keep up with European clubs financially and organizationally, and their best players leave early to play in the best European clubs.
Honestly, I don't know how strong Flamengo is right now, but I'm sure that Real will be the favorite in their final match.
It seems to me that in the last few years we have even had cases where South American clubs were eliminated before the finals?

Pretty hard to beat Europeans, and in my opinion it's not fair to start at semi-finals.
But talking about south americans, the last champion was Corinthians in 2012 against Chelsea, it's 10 years without any title for South America

The format gives too much of an advantage to the European teams as there is almost no competition and they only have to win two games to be crowned champions, now I am not denying their quality is many times above their competitors due to the huge amount of money paid by European clubs, but I think this is something FIFA should actually look to improve, and personally I hope that at some point in the future the FIFA world cup for clubs get the same format as the regular world cup, the European clubs will still dominate but at least the tournament will be way more exciting.

I tried to find the odds for the championship, but there's nothing yet, of course Real Madrid is favorite, followed by Flamengo.
If there is a final between Flamengo and Real, I'll probably bet on Flamengo, depending on the odds.

Among all the teams listed in the OP , I only know about Real Madrid, the other names are all strange to me, Maybe this is because i am not actually that much into football games that are outside the normal world cup, like the one that just ended in Qatar last year..

Real Madrid being a popular team and one I've watched several of their matches, I would definitely agree that the cup might be an easy win for them, this is personal opinion though, like I said, I've never watched other teams on the list play, except for Real Madrid, I do have limited knowledge and also limited view to predict accurately .

But since arranging schedule for clubs is much harder and more complicated than for national teams, I think FIFA will need longer time to arrange it properly. In 2000 and 2012 - (in 2000 Corinthians played against Real Madrid and the match ended in a draw 2x2)
It's the only south american to win twice.

European clubs usually don't like to play the Club World Cup, they give more value to UCL than World Cup, they prefer and focus all on national championship and UCL, while south americans like to dispute all championships available.
Some years ago in Brazil, clubs disputed something like 6 championships in a year. Now it's 4.
Like I said above, Fifa is trying to sync the calendar.

Well I dont think it will get more attention by changing the format, because the winner will always be from europe. Beside that, it will impact the players themselves, which their risk to get injured would be much higher. I think FIFA only trying to get more monies from sponsorship, after seeing UEFA able to create Nations League and Conference League.

Yeah but 2 years is still not enough I suppose lol. They still need to think about the qualification and playoff system for the teams besides the tournament itself, which it would take another schedule for teams to play that. The shortest way is to take 4 teams that played in the semifinal of their main competition in each confederation. But it will be unfair to UEFA that have many high quality teams if they are allowed to send 4 clubs only. Uhm there is a lot things to do for FIFA and I dont think 2 years is enough

Sure, Real Madrid is formidable, and they probably will win another Club World Cup. The last nine tournaments have all been won by European teams.
