There is a contact form on their website. https://apwg.org/contact-us/
I have reported it there but usually, it takes a lot of people to report the same thing before these types of services take any notice. If anyone who has experienced being blocked would inform them that it's a false positive that might help.

As I glanced through the Opera forum on the topic of false positives and unnecessarily flagged sites, it seems that even Bing.com was blocked at some point during the last year. That's hilarious!

I couldn't find the form to report a false positive on the sucuri.net site, it keeps redirecting me to a subscription for their services "to protect my site". That could be the one you were talking about.
2242  Economy / Reputation / Re: Does He evade Ban? Is It Sufficient Proof? on: September 06, 2022, 02:05:55 PM
@Crypt0S0ul, I think you might be on to something here, but, as I replied to _BlackStar in a similar case, there is no doubt that these accounts are related in some way. However, blockchain transactions alone may not be sufficient to prove ownership of the accounts by the same person. In order to prove this, you will need additional evidence, even circumstantial.

I didn't go through all the transactions because there are a lot of them, but the addresses you posted are definitely connected, not just by sending coins to the same exchange addresses, but also with some direct transactions between them. For example, here is a transaction linking crzy (add:bc1q94fzl2e920xe8eepq3m2m7qx4khszt0ahshhy7) to Johnyz (add:bc1q2d0nu5dya2x963mzn3l4hqurhkmtl4wv4fqcek):
https://www.walletexplorer.com/txid/6da5e456116edfdaaed1fe1e7ffb5cb606c097f5f1ad0602a544a23295e027be

In a funny ''coincidence'', both crzy and Johnyz won the Winz.io Cheetah Mascot Competition, winning first and second place, respectively. If it is proven that they are indeed alt accounts, they cheated in the contest and thus unfairly won the prize in the total amount of $4,500 to the detriment of other participants.

What are the odds that both of them are such talented artists. Maybe they took art classes together?  Wink

Did anyone tried to access Freebitco.in on Opera browser? I'm getting this message today:
https://i.imgur.com/56Oi19D.png
Before asking additional questions, yeah, I'm sure that's correct link, I don't have any addons turned on and I don't use VPN. Everything works fine on Mozilla and Chrome.
Could be a false flag since other browsers are doing just fine. Might need further investigation, especially on Opera browser. Mine shows the same as well.

I see this other detail

This is a very difficult one.... because Freebitco.in's competition or malicious people might erroneously report Freebitco.in as a Phishing site.  Roll Eyes  Their browser might be hijacked by malicious software and it will then re-direct them to phishing sites, when Freebitco.in is accessed.

Do you get a "report" option when you sign up for the https://apwg.org site, because I do not see this as a non-registered user? (Sites like this unlock that feature for members, because it can be misused or spammed)

I also get a warning message from my anti-virus software when I access Freebitco.in, but I simply ignore it.  Wink

Freebitco.in domain is blacklisted by Seclookup and Sucuri Labs:
https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/freebitco.in

As a result, Opera and some antivirus software may block the site. Admins should file a complaint with Seclookup and Sucuri Labs to resolve this issue.

Living the Dream!

But he didn't ask you where and why you spend your bitcoins.
No, he asked.

Again, he didn't ask you where and why you spend your bitcoins, and you don't have to refer me to his question, as it was already quoted in my previous reply.

don't complain when someone else validates their suspicion by the blockchain evidence linking your accounts together and leaves a neutral tag on your account based on that.
This is not making sense. If this community enforces KYC or similar like we need to furnish where we are spending bitcoins then I will bind to all the practices of this community and based on that you may suspect me on my blockchain footprints. But, nothing is breached as per current official/unofficial rules and practices of this community, what you have to suspect? So, simply this is an attempt to ruin someone's reputation (and wasting time and resources) then why should not I complain?

Don't push it. No one is enforcing any KYC here. All blockchain data is public information anyway, so that cat is already out of the bag. If you are really concerned about your privacy I suggest you stop posting your bitcoin addresses publicly. Besides, I think you are over-dramatizing the situation. A simple neutral tag on your account can't ruin your reputation here in any way.

2247  Economy / Reputation / Re: Crypt0S0ul is spamming... on: September 06, 2022, 09:25:41 AM
However, a lot of people are doing this, hiding behind alt when exposing someone's alt (when they are high ranked). Because they fear to get neg tagged or maybe they don't want to make enemies.
I've also exposed some high ranking users instead of newbie. Some of them have been proven guilty and legally tag. There's no reason to be afraid and hide behind alt if what you're trying to convey is true, even if proven guilty users are against the tag then I'm sure they won't have the power to stand against you.

It takes courage and enough reason to tag and accuse someone, if we are wrong then this will damage the reputation of other users. In the real world the police won't jail you for no reason and they won't make arbitrary accusations without being backed up by solid evidence, so they have to understand that the system works for the wrong things.

I'm not trying to say that you shouldn't expose scammers and cheaters at all, but there's a right way and a wrong way to go about it. It's easy to accuse, of course, just posting something without valid and credible evidence. I doubt that much harm would be done by such an accusation, if it's not impartial, fair and correct then people are going to see right through it. But if you present things correctly then people will more likely accept your argument for what it's worth instead of dismissing it as biased. Regardless of whether you use your main account or your alt account for it.

If you feel the need to expose someone, at least make sure that you have valid evidence and they're actually guilty of doing something wrong first!

Would you mind explaining what connection you have with FanEagle and Captain Corporate? According to the blockchain, You have made some transactions with them. Based on that, I suspect something.
Don't you feel awkward on asking me where and why I spend my bitcoins? You are not my government legal/tax entity to ask such questions.

But he didn't ask you where and why you spend your bitcoins. If you are not comfortable answering such questions, you don't have to. No one has the right to force you to do it, but then don't complain when someone else validates their suspicion by the blockchain evidence linking your accounts together and leaves a neutral tag on your account based on that.
2248  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 03, 2022, 11:10:00 AM
I disagree. It's possible to withdraw amounts from many crypto gambling sites(Licensed ones) without submitting any form of KYC unless the team finds something shady which I already mentioned in my earlier posts.
I agree with you and you are right at the first stage but all time you will be right that is not true. I use a gambling site (bitsler) from several years and  they never asked me any kyc and they provided me telegram support. But while I have win few days ago they asked me to verify kyc and after verification they reduced my bet limit on cricket. So, those site which you are using obviously will do the same if you win any big amount. Also they may decrease your bet limit.

How is that obvious? You generalize and draw a conclusion based on your experience at one casino that the same rules apply at all casinos. That doesn't have to be true. What has been obvious so far is that each gambling provider has its own approach to AML regulations and implements its own KYC procedures. While some allow withdrawal without in-depth KYC verification up to certain amounts, others will request the same on the first withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Also, there are those who claim to conduct KYC verification by random selection (although I personally don't think this is true).

We dont know how else to get this money back from rollbit, or if we ( or I ) were in the wrong and broke TOC for sending from my wallet?

would love some help if possible

@ligz, I'm not saying the story you shared isn't true, but from Rollbit's point of view, it may appear that you are circumventing the restrictions placed on your first account by creating your second account from the same device/network and depositing funds with the same wallet. So, you basically violated their terms of service there.

Have you read their terms of service? I'm surprised that you, as an experienced user, did not seek clarification with customer support before taking any actions that could cause problems in the future.

Spot on. This should be the end.
But my question is since rollbit knew it from the beginning (from the response with OP it was giving a hint) then they should have stop him and refund his deposits. I would still like to hear from rollbit and ask them to refund OPs deposit and close the case.

I agree. I am not trying to represent the casino in this case, nor do I claim to know the reasons for his account getting banned, as I can only speculate on that. I just wanted to point out that the OP is not being honest with the whole story and clearly has something to hide. If I could see these transactions, so could the casino staff, presumably, much more quickly and easily.

Does rollbit has a representative here is the forum?

As far as I know, they have two accounts here: Rollbitcom and Rollbit Razer. Although not overly active, but Rollbit Razer has responded to similar situations in the past. @Hhampuz might give them a nudge if he thinks this is something worth their attention.

<cut>

the only account.
no, it was the first deposit and the first withdrawal attempt

Well, it looks like the blockchain doesn't agree with you.

According to your transaction, this is your ETH address: 0x6d43df23405323f7f70d598bb25f20762fd78a4f
And this is the address where all deposits go, so it must be a Rollbit hot wallet: 0xCBD6832Ebc203e49E2B771897067fce3c58575ac / Let's call it [rollbit] from now on.

Two days ago you funded your address with this transaction:

(Aug-31-2022 08:00:41 PM +UTC) 0.19117023 Ether from: 0xEFa0c97AbEc7cCa7038B047225f74ABe3f0da866 ---> 0x6d43df23405323f7f70d598bb25f20762fd78a4f [tx]

And just a few minutes before that:

(Aug-31-2022 07:57:36 PM +UTC) 0.191727 Ether from: [rollbit] ---> 0xEFa0c97AbEc7cCa7038B047225f74ABe3f0da866 [tx]

(Aug-31-2022 07:49:34 PM +UTC) 0.11958228 Ether from: 0xEFa0c97AbEc7cCa7038B047225f74ABe3f0da866 ---> 0x1591655c39bD982426168dfcef81b0E30242B40D [tx] ---> [rollbit]
(Aug-30-2022 06:57:54 PM +UTC) 0.13105942 Ether from: 0xEFa0c97AbEc7cCa7038B047225f74ABe3f0da866 ---> 0x1591655c39bD982426168dfcef81b0E30242B40D [tx] ---> [rollbit]

As you can see, your story does not hold up. The blockchain clearly shows that you deposited to Rollbit from one address, gambled a bit, withdrew funds, transferred to a new address, and then deposited to Rollbit again. And this is just a short sample of transactions from the last few days.

I guess now is the time for the: "It wasn't me, it was my brother / sister / father / mother / cousin / roommate / lover / neighbor / mentor ... (pick one)" story.

this is my new account, i used vpn
it seems to me they thought that I was laundering money, because I made a deposit of $330 and bet only 10 at 1.01, after which there was a withdrawal, but I already explained why I did it (the maximum bet on the top match was $1.5)

But that wasn't your only account with them, right?
Did you have other deposits/withdrawals on the platform before the transaction you showed?

I am not a troll. Nor I am a kid.

By the looks of it, you're most likely both.

I am an experienced Digitsl Monk.

This is very hard to believe.

Exhibit #1:
When you generate a new BTC address it automatically generate a private key and store it in the local blockchain private key dataxtorage. If you connect your computer you cannot be sure that if a pink back spy wares is present in your computer it will ultimately Transport to the hacker.

I do not have too much free times to collect codes from gitbub and do it myself.

Not to mention a lack of basic understanding of the Bitcoin or blockchain technology, or any expertise whatsoever. I can't even imagine the demands you would make of a developer who would be crazy enough to work with you.
2254  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you play online/offline without your wife or family knowing it? on: September 02, 2022, 03:30:36 PM
I'm one of those who really feel that I should share everything with my partner, so I don't think hiding your gambling habits from your significant other is necessarily the best way to deal with it.
I mean, what if he / she finds out, and can't deal with it? What if your partner thinks you're a lying, cheating scum-bag for keeping it a secret? What if it were the other way around, and he / she were keeping the secret from you? Wouldn't you feel betrayed?

No. It's not a good thing having secrets in a serious relationship, period. Especially when you are already married. You need to put the relationship first. So the best thing for both of you to do is to come clean, for both of your sakes. It's all about trust, and that's an all-important ingredient in any relationship.
2255  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: New to it. on: September 02, 2022, 03:04:57 PM
Simple question where do I start with Bitcoins?

The amazing thing about Bitcoins is that it’s a currency, or a medium of exchange, it can be exchanged for goods and services, and it has an exchange rate, like any other currency.
So, "to start" with Bitcoin , you'll want to either buy some bitcoins, or, more likely, accept Bitcoin as a form of payment for your goods and/or services.

This topic has some suggestions on how to earn bitcoins: [General] How to earn Bitcoins
The rest is up to you and depends on your abilities and what you're good at.

hello, I registered yesterday, made a deposit through Ethereum in the amount of $ 330...

Since they asked you for KYC, you were probably suspected of multiaccounting. According to their terms of service, you are not allowed to have more than one account on the platform.

Actually, Rollbit mentions in their FAQ section that they will disable alt accounts if they are used to abuse the system:
We reserve the right to disable accounts that have been created with the intention to abuse our bonus, coupon and chat features.

Considering the amount involved, it is hard to believe a casino with their reputation would decide to scam you. I can only guess, but it is likely that they noticed something fundamentally wrong with your account.

Are you new to this platform or do you have multiple accounts?
Did you use a VPN to access the site from a restricted country?
Have you taken advantage of any bonuses or promotions?
Have you made any previous deposits and/or withdrawals?

Lastly I hardly jump into newly casino site not all legitimate.

We can hardly call mBit Casino a "newly casino site". Their first forum thread dates back to 2014, and the domain "MbitCasino.com" was registered at the end of 2013, making them probably one of the oldest casino sites here.

Of course, that doesn't mean this thread is legit or that the OP is actually an official representative of the casino, as he claims.

A newbie member, gamstan, has recently opened a new thread for MBit Crypto Casino. He claims to be a new mBit representative and part of the casino's marketing team. However, it has not yet been confirmed that he is telling the truth and I suggest caution in dealing with him until he verifies his status as an official representative for the casino, especially if he offers to mediate your disputes with the casino.

The level of distrust when they have to go all out. Imagine showing them your bank account before withdrawing just to prove you're not linked to some criminal activity.
What the freaking heck? Street selfie for KYC? This is the first time that I am hearing about something like this. What's next? Prove that you're from planet Earth? Absolute morons. Sites asking for such stuff need to be trolled vigorously.

I definitely agree. When I first read about that CloudBet case, I was in disbelief too. But it seems to be true. It's a shame when some casinos take advantage of players by asking for extremely complicated KYC procedures. This can be interpreted as deliberate delay or even an intention to deny withdrawing money from the casino.
