not a chance. what is dead leave it RIP. dont try to revive a dead man Smiley

Anything possible  Smiley

After all Ixcoin was premined, i0coin wasn't.
All that ultimately needs to be done, is the issues need to be fixed.
2243  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / i0coin Word on: May 04, 2013, 10:35:41 AM
One thing I don't get was Ixcoin was Premined. Couldn't i0coin still in theory be revived?
After all i0coin isn't premined?

What are the main problems?

Here's the main site: http://i0coin.bitparking.com
Here's the file: http://i0coin.bitparking.com/i0coin-win32-bin-v32509.zip

The designs of i0coin

Is it still possible?
2244  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Ixcoin fork -> I0coin on: May 04, 2013, 09:12:58 AM
Its strange that ixcoin itself is a premined currency and valued, though i0coin isn't and it dies?
Community based effort and work? Makes no sense.

Is it at all possible to have it fixed? Any time in the future, and potentially see a i0coin future?
2245  Bitcoin / Mining / Rig & Wiring Set up Question on: April 20, 2013, 02:13:13 PM
I have in Total 6X7950, 4X6870(Special Edition 2 cores per board), 2X7970.

My question is, I like to run all the rigs into one room, but that would blow
the 1500 Watt limit circuit of that particular room. So is it possible
to split the heater 240 V, into 2X120 V lines? And use that to power my rigs?
With wiring? Is there any instructions online on a way to do this?

Best regards
Lightlord

2247  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS two Gigabyte 7970 on: April 20, 2013, 09:26:32 AM
I'd return them for a refund.

I think the ~$300 7950s are more appealing to miners.  I hear they outperform 7970s at Scrypt.

This is true I have 2X7970 and 6X7950, HD 7950s get slightly more like 10-15 KH over HD 7970
2248  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: PowerColor 7950 Temp Spikes to 100C on: April 17, 2013, 05:51:11 AM
I have 6X7950 Cards. They do in fact reach 100 degrees or above at stock settings.
One reaching 110 Degrees, and powering off the machine.

HD 7950 cards can be undervolted a huge amount. Same cards but with a board laser cutted of
a HD 7970, and a HD 7970 is 1174 vs 1250 of a HD 7950 makes no sense.

My cards run stable at 950 CC/800 Memory at 1037 MV from 1250 MV.
Dropping it to 81 C & 74 C Degrees in one of my rigs.
Also I undervolt the Memorly voltage from 1.6 to 1.5, running perfectly.

You need to do this, or it will over heat. I made the mistake of forgetting once.
and it went to 110, powering off, opps.

This is a must. Get MSI after burner 3.0 BETA, apply unoffical, unlock
settings, and disable ULPS. Then apply the above settings.

950 CC, 800 Memory.
Voltage 1037 MV From 1250 MV
Memory Voltage 1500 from 1600

I asked this whilst I was only allowed to post in the newbie forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=177430.0, but I'm hoping to have more visibility posting it here in the correct place.

I have the PowerColor 7950 http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/components/amdradeongraphicscards/amdhd7950series/ax79503gbd5-2dhv5e.html and I'd like to give it a go at Bitcoin mining when I'm not using my PC (Litecoin possibly but would like to get my head around bitcoin first as there is a lot more information at the moment)

I'm running CGMiner 2.11.3 with intensity of 13 although this also happens if I don't set an intensity, along with the Catalyst 13.1. As soon as I start CGMiner the temps spike up to 100C and the fan is going at 100% which obviously isn't a good thing Sad

I've tried using Afterburner to lower Memory clock to 625 from 1250, however I get the same high temps. From reading this section for the last few hours a lot of people seem to talk about tweaking the voltage settings, would this help me and should I be tweaking up or down?

Gaming with this card is fine, it just appears to be when mining this happens

Any help much appreciated
2249  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTB] BFL Little Single SC 50GH or 60GH on: April 15, 2013, 11:49:51 PM
He properly means, that he is looking for anyone that is about to cancel, and get a refund, is instead to sell to him.

*which suggests he potentially offering a up-mark of BFL refund.

77.6  BEST BID SO FAR

this bid does not count, please ready the OP again.

No wonder why he didn't bid in increment of 0.5 BTC.
He didn't understand your instructions  Roll Eyes

Do you mean "This bid does not count. Please read the OP again.

But seriously, a lot of people seem to not read the instructions, and just do things without reading first.
Very annoying.
2251  Economy / Lending / Re: Looking for loan of 120 BTC + reward on: April 08, 2013, 04:06:42 AM
Statically speaking i'm better off throwing 120 BTC on satoshi-dice 50%.
If your interest is lets say 15%, the odds of you paying back based on a month sign up profile.
Is like 0.01% Chance.

I'd rather take a 85% chance of betting 120 BTC and getting back 132 BTC
Then throwing 120 BTC to you as a investment, and taking a 0.01% chance of winning.

So please explain why investing with you is better then the alternative of
throwing it on Satoshi-dice?
2252  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Need help with reaper settings for mining LTC with a 5770 on: April 08, 2013, 03:58:40 AM
Thank you for telling me! What card would you suggest for litecoin mining on a budget?

You can look for a second hand card on bitcointalk.org.
Depending on your budget.

Some good cards:

Very Tight Budget: HD 6850 & HD 5870
Tight Budget: HD 6870, 6950, 7850, 7870
Avg Budget: HD 7950, HD 5970, HD 6990.
HD 7950 gets the same hashrate as HD 7970,
for scrypt mining, I own both, and its the same.
2253  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: i0coin UPDATES on: April 05, 2013, 04:52:18 PM
Bumping this month old thread because I got a reply from someone that wants to offer a bounty.
Seems more interest is pouring into i0coin. Perhaps its a non-premined currency.
More worthy over ixcoin, as ixcoin is premined.

It should be i0coins that are worth more then ixcoin.

Lets get this problem fixed. Even though its been hogging around for a year.
It can be brought back up, its possible. As people we can make a community
based currency, made from many different ones. Anyone can contribute.

2255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / The result is confusing, whats wrong? [0.1 BTC Bounty to Fix that works] on: April 05, 2013, 04:40:28 AM
I am not sure what is wrong.

I have a motherboard that supports 3X7950 Cards, PSU with enough cables.
If I put in one of the HD 7950 cards and boot into OS, it runs and mines bitcoins perfectly fine.
Any of the HD 7950 but one in any slot works.

But as soon as I put two HD 7950 into the motherboard, putting one more. It reports 99% usage
on the second card in MSI after burner. And all mining programs crash instancely upon opening.
Cgminer says not responding, reaper says not responding, etc. No mining program works.
But everything else, like browsing the web, and stuff seems fine.

I tried reinstalling the drivers 13.1, and both reported 0% usage in msi after burner, a change.
But no mining programs work. I tried crossfire, I tried 12.8,13.3 beta, doesn't work.
I tried putting in a 3rd card nothing works.

As soon as I take out the cards, and leave in one. It works and mines perfectly.
And I tried the single card on slot 1,2,3 and still works fine.

I don't understand the problem  Huh

I tried everything.

Hello With the settings below my computer mines for 15 minutes or so, then the whole system crashes, and I have to hold the power button to force shut-down.

You ARE DAMAGING YOUR CARD

If that gets my point across. It is over heating hence the shut down.
You need to check msi after burner. As HD 5770 Over heats insanely.
At above 105 degrees it will burn out quite quickly.
These cards over heat insanely, I had one, and it has insanely high Temps.
And several others as well. Not a good card for litecoin mining. Or bitcoin mining.
Runs too hot.
2258  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: WTS 4x Radeon 5850 - Used Excellent on: April 01, 2013, 08:33:15 AM
Offer is $425 for 4 cards?

For entire rig + 4 cards, new price would be $700?
Would you accept free shipping?
I would be interested in buying the entire thing.
I'd assume going by the picture, all 4 GPU fits into one rig?
So when I receive it, I can immediately start mining litecoin
with all of them?

Any heating issues?

I would ask for receiving first, before payment.
Unless you can provide me a good reputable source.
I have a long list in my signature.

Best regards
Lightlord

Do you even know what empathy is?

Freakin sociopaths...

Unfortunately they can't understand empathy Because there is a structure damage in the brain, maybe in 100 years when brain science advances far enough to fix these damage.

Wire between Amygdala and PFC Is physically damaged, or cut, meaning they two don't
communicate, in theory any induced head trauma, or some genetic disorders, or any
can cause this. Its like missing a leg.
