2241  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: January 27, 2017, 02:17:46 PM
In my opinion, anytime soon we can be a best trader. It depend how determine are you to become like that. As far as I know also, for us to become like that, you must have secure bitcoin wallet address, so every time your doing trade in  the  exchange  platform you have the place where you gonna store your bitcoins. Just always remember never ever keep your coins in any exchangers keep that in your mind.
There is no good or bad time to become a good trader. As soon as you know the basics and understanding of Trading.
It is not easy to learn the market but with time you will have the experience to know the rise and fall of the market.
2242  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to know about next pump? on: January 27, 2017, 12:07:28 PM
I am keen to know how to find which coin is going to get pumped next and when.
Is it possible to know for sure?has anyone here predicted accurately about next pump?

It is possible from the technical analysis of the charts. You should identify bottom and accumulation phase. Then buy as much coins as you can and wait for the pump. If the price drops below, just setup the stop order and save your Bitcoins.

Waiting is always an option with Bitcoin. There are some people who had Bitcoins for years and I know for sure that they haven't sold them in this rise also.
On the contrary, we can predict a pump by keeping ourselves updated and by understanding the rise and fall of the market.
2243  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin on: January 27, 2017, 05:25:36 AM
Ok guys. It's time to inform porn industry that we want to pay in Bitcoins. You have any ideas on how to do it? Bitcoin is perfect payment method for p0rn - anonymous and very fast. And they don't care about fluctiation because they profit anyway.
If some major sites will start accepting bitcoins, there will be huge demand for Bitcoins  Cheesy  What do you think?

This will be in favor only to those liberated people, but for me as much as possible let us not tolerate this things. Bitcoin is use for good purpose only, but that was my opinion only, I don't know for the others here. though I heard that some of the porn sites already accepting bitcoins.
Lots of Dark websites use Bitcoin as payment gateway coz it is best for them to take money as well as be anonymous. And if you are updated with the news on daily basis then you will come to know that people are using Bitcoin more for negative purpose than good purpose.  Roll Eyes
2244  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy books accepting bitcoin on: January 26, 2017, 02:41:11 PM
Sound good! It is good to know that the famous MIT's bookstore is accepting Bitcoin for their services. Hopefully this will spark more interest and get more people to join us.

MIT has been one of the strongholds of Bitcoin for long. There is even a Bitcoin club in MIT.

http://bitcoin.mit.edu/about/

And the best thing about MIT is that many of the professors are also active supporters of the Bitcoin technology. For example, Professor Devavrat Shah has given many open lectures about the advantages of Bitcoin. We need such supporters to counter negative propaganda against the crypto-currency.

MIT club is a little off these days but Yes it is true that they are one of the Strongholds of Bitcoin. Bitcoin needs more supporters like MIT guys. Although Nowadays people are recognizing the value of Bitcoin and using it as a payment gateway in the businesses, it needs more customers to use it. Smiley
2245  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How you can Increase the value of Bitcoin on: January 26, 2017, 11:17:11 AM
nothing if one person can incraese bitcoin price
only issue and big news about economic, dollar price
can get incraese bitcoin price
if pumping, only community and big capital money can incraese bitcoin price

For me, you cannot change the value, you cannot do anything for the value of a certain money or bitcoin. You cannot also predict the value whether it can grow high, or rise its own value. We cannot see what will happen for the value of a bitcoin, if it is goes high, next day, or next week it will goes down.

The Topic is about the discussion to try and increase the whole value of the Bitcoin, Not just the present rate. If you the current situations and be updated with the news every day then you can can predict whether the price is going high or getting low.

One of the recent case. There are many more laundering going on as we speak. It is unfortunate that people find one or the other way to misuse Bitcoin every other day.  Sad

2248  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Buying Bitcoin With Paypal on: January 25, 2017, 03:59:49 PM
Virwox is a good option and will try paxfull soon.
But I won't suggest converting from PayPal to Bitcoin or Bitcoin to PayPal. Mainly coz PayPal is not that trustworthy. They will freeze your account if they come to know about the conversions.  Angry
2249  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Why do so many people hate Coinbase? on: January 25, 2017, 03:17:46 PM
Sometimes they have had delays where they don't give you your coins for over 12 days after it already left your bank account.  This happened as recently as at the beginning of this year.
That can happen with anyone while using any exchange site mate. It has happened in past. Even Banks have delayed like anything sometimes.
Apart from saving your coins in not so secured wallet and little high fees, Coinbase is a good exchange site.
2250  Economy / Gambling / Re: New bitcoin game: igar.ga - eat, grow, split, multiply bitcoins on: January 25, 2017, 02:58:14 PM
We understood the logic and gameplay but the site still has lots of problems. First of all not opening properly, {using Firefox} and on Mobile too. And when it got open it was slow like anything, not able to play anything. Huh
2251  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin better or paypal? on: January 25, 2017, 09:32:24 AM
Looking at the current scenario paypal is better than bitcoin.
As all the firms which involve online trading / transaction have an option PayPal in them
But till not only starbucks and Steam have accepted bitcoin as a mean of payment.
But in the near future there is a possibility of bitcoin over coming PayPal.
But we can never predict.

Where are you from.?
PayPal is not at all the preferred payment option in most of the countries. There are some countries who actually hate using PayPal for it's hefty fee structure. Whereas Bitcoin takes negligible fees, Yes, I do agree that Bitcoin is yet to be implemented in many stores across the world but still the priority of the people is shifting towards Bitcoin than PayPal.
2252  Economy / Gambling / Re: 12% loses since joining satoshidice on: January 25, 2017, 06:19:58 AM
gambling always have risk, in the long run, the house edge will win over the players, this is maths, so the best way is to quit gambling  Smiley

Thanks but you might want to check again, I am betting as the house and the advantage is 1.9%, factoring that mathematically I am almost 14% at losses.

That is very suspicious to me. We all know that gambling is a risk but there will be a calculation behind all the gambling so when it is 1.9%, how can you lose 12+%?
I think you should report that to the Admins.

Statisticks works only with very big numbers. If you make hundreds  of millions of bets then you can expect to lose something around the house edge. Otherwise anything can happen. That's why some people are winning with gambling more than they "should" statistically, and some people are  losing more than they expect.

Yes, I agree. But over a period of time and a hundred of millions of bets it should be at least near to what they are showing as house edge.!! I always hear more n more people who lost in this site than gain. So was feeling suspicious.  Roll Eyes

2254  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sell or wait? on: January 24, 2017, 09:07:48 AM
I would say wait for it, i am sure the price going to go up again, the longer you hold the better price it is going to be, i still holding my bitcoin and i am not going to sell my bitcoin at this price, i will observe and see how is the bitcoin price after the chinese new year
yes i am also interested to wait.

Most definitely. You would have sold when the price was $1100, now it's better to wait for the Chinese new year. The market is mostly stable now but it will raise soon. And holding Bitcoins will always make you money. Smiley
tell me your proof and I hadn't called it just a bullshit. This is just an little increase for the Chinese year and the Chinese will try to dump the price. and it will be burning the price of bitcoin until the other lower level.
It is obvious that Chinese will try to dump the value, but they cannot dump lower than the regular price. they will hold back the rise and that will make traders lose interest for sometime at least.
2255  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is Satoshi? Why did he hide his identity? on: January 24, 2017, 08:52:49 AM
it is very simple satoshi is the biggest proof of bitcoin anonymity.

we all know bitcoin is not completely anonymous but this shows us that if you want, you can reach a level to be completely anonymous when using bitcoin.

My point exactly. The major advantage of Bitcoin is Total Anonymity. I think Satoshi or his group of developers want to prove that point. And if everyone knows he is then it is not good for his life as Many governments would want him to shut down or make him do changes in Bitcoin as they want.
2256  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Getting porn sites to accept bitcoin on: January 24, 2017, 04:45:51 AM
in my opinion porn sites who accepting bitcoin is not good for bitcoin reputation indeed people who watching porn very like to anonymous and bitcoin have it but as far as i know that bitcoin is always associated with bad things such as money laundry or something bad else and also porn sites forbidden for several countries so might be porn sites isn't solutions to makes bitcoin growth
And I think that it is a bad thing to do for Bitcoin. It should be used for charities and spread culture and not for such things as porn. It is already used for drugs and weapon, so now we need something really good in which btc should be involved just to keep balance.

Although you make sense in a very good way, but what do you think? The total sum of the amount used for bad things is less than total sum used for good things like charity and all.?
I don't think so. People tend towards bad things more easily compared to good things. So even if it is porn, it will be helpful for Bitcoin to grow. And Bitcoin is perfect for these things. Total Anonymity, low transaction fees and fast transactions are currently holding best features for any currency.
2257  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Markit manipulation in China or ... on: January 23, 2017, 04:26:42 PM
Chinese interference into the Bitcoin market is affecting volatility. And Yes, The exchanges may have taken fees for withdrawal but 0.2% for every transaction is too much burden for small traders. But they have to "appease" the PBOC, there is no other solution for them.  Roll Eyes
2258  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Have you used Bitcoin as Real money to buy Real/physical goods? on: January 23, 2017, 01:50:58 PM
I got some stuff from OpenBazaar, I pay with bitcoin at a local bar, I pay my rent, in Singapore I paid in a coffee shop etc. Here in Asia bitcoin is quite a big thing.
It looks like in the Philippines there are many websites that offer foods, gadget and other stuff that you can pay Bitcoin, It is great that some website use Bitcoin as a payment method, I hope there's still companies that use Bitcoin as a payment method.

Yes. SouthEast Asia is the best market of Bitcoin. Lots of people and merchants know about it as well use it wisely. People here know that Bitcoin has future and it will make the world a better place. Buying digital goods is very easy and now it's getting better for physical goods too.  Smiley
2259  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you like best about bitcoin? on: January 23, 2017, 12:25:15 PM
What is that not likable about Bitcoin. Usability is the best compared to other currencies, Anonymity is at its peak for Bitcoins. Very less transaction charges. Fast transactions. Literally what is that you can't like about Bitcoin.  Smiley
2260  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How is trading *not* gambling? on: January 23, 2017, 12:11:55 PM
This is one of the questions which is in mind of most the people from the start. You can't loose everything if you know the basics or if you have even the slightest bit of experience in Trading. But Gambling is purely based on luck, there is no way you will know that you will gain or loose. So Trading may be similar to Gambling for some people but it is not Gambling actually.

but i think theyre point is trading is like gambling because of the word Risky! we need to take risk to earn or gain profits but i do agree if you know the basics and only small experience in trading you will earn and not loose all of your money unlike gambling you will loose it no matter what. Well as my self trading is not gambling but if talking risk then it is the same

There is a risk in every business. There are risks even if you are doing a job. What matters is the size of Risk. In Gambling, it is too much compared to Trading. That is one of the major difference between these two.
