its up to you. maybe you should wait till the time where you will get some ups from your base money. dont convert it now if you know you will just lose. losing is when you sell your bitcoin in the lower price than you bought it. try watching the graph of the bitcoin. then study the movement of it. if you know that it will increase its value then maybe you should sell it. but if you want to earn more maybe you should just wait for a moment.

Waiting for longer is really a good decision as currently the price looks like it will go more higher in the coming future it is already increasing and once again a time will come when the price of it will boost up in hours and days so waiting for that time is important.

How you can sure that the price will raise again this coming chinese new year?
The best method for safety that you can make a good profit is to dont sell all just sell only partial of your bitcoin and the rest sell it if the price continues .. so that you can be still getting the benefits.. and if the price is decrease you can buy bitcoins again and safe your profit..

At the current stage (nowadays) I think that it it better to hold because the current price of bitcoin is increasing based on the recent changes in the bitcoin price chart, and while it is increasing it's better to buy rather than to sell.

Agree with you. I also think,its the best time for buy bitcoin using local curency. Now the Btc rate are stable . But it will jump anytime into $1000+ . now i am burying bitcoin as i can And holding them.

Bitcoin is such safe haven so do not worry to hold it. I am sure bitcoin will get more mass adoption in the future, so I think the price will rise again. Unlike altcoin's that could be die anytime. We better do stop loss for trading altcoin.

tell me your proof and I hadn't called it just a bullshit. This is just an little increase for the Chinese year and the Chinese will try to dump the price. and it will be burning the price of bitcoin until the other lower level.

That certainly was the time when there were good chances of selling, and then buying at a lower price later. At the moment, I think the risk is too high to sell, since Bitcoin has been rising in value more steadily in recent weeks. This, in my opinion, may be a good sign for the holders.

That certainly was the time when there were good chances of selling, and then buying at a lower price later. At the moment, I think the risk is too high to sell, since Bitcoin has been rising in value more steadily in recent weeks. This, in my opinion, may be a good sign for the holders.

There is no risk when you are selling but there is when you are buying unless you wanted to short.  I think I would wait for sometime before selling my BTC. We just came from a dip so probably the price will get higher than it was before.  And Holding Bitcoin  longer does not hurt us because we do intend to hold it really long time to get the possible maximum return.

Perhaps, you just became impatient in waiting. That's why you quoted the question above in this thread. We cannot predict when will  increase or decrease the value of Bitcoin or altcoins. Because if we just know when will increase, The world "WAIT" or "HOLD" will be unusefull in trading, which means the essense of it will turn into nothing.

Perhaps, you just became impatient in waiting. That's why you quoted the question above in this thread. We cannot predict when will  increase or decrease the value of Bitcoin or altcoins. Because if we just know when will increase, The world "WAIT" or "HOLD" will be unusefull in trading, which means the essense of it will turn into nothing.

Patience is the key here, thus, being inpatient is inexcusable. You have to put only what you can afford to lose so you would not worry much of that money. The price will rise at the right time, you just have to wait for it. What I see in the next 2-3 weeks is there's going to be a good price increase, we are probably gonna hit the $1,000 level again.

For me, just wait for a while because you cannot be on the top in just blink of an eye. You have to work for it if you want to have a higher rank in bitcoin. Then after that if your rank is good enough and you know you can sell it with a high price, then do it. Just wait for the right timing.

For me you should just wait or hold on to those bitcoins as there would be a great chance that the prices will still go up even until $1,100 again. Just ride the waves of its growth right now and once there is a panic selling again sell before that happens then buy back at the bottom price.

i thin the key to success in bitcoin trading is to be patient. although it is a fact that no  one can give 100% correct prediction about bitcoin trading but still we can analyze from the number of people that are joining bitcoin your area. to  me in my area when i stated bitcoin investment i think i was the first person in my area to use bitcoin. but now i can see that the number of bitcoin users are increasing from time to time. and so i can also expect the same situation in other areas. therefore i can expect that the price of bitcoin can increase more and more in future.

Better i will suggest you in different way because first you should be in safe in hands with investment you made in bitcoin, better try to get it fastly with price then hold rest of the investment and sell them at more higher price so in this way you can repeat every time.

Selling it on higher price is going to long with my expectation. As the price did reached $1k as 2017 is entering I think that coming back to it is going to be hard although the price now is good at $900. That's why it is better to wait first if you want to be satisfied by waiting the price to reach again back to $1,000. So just be patient.
