2241  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal on: October 12, 2022, 02:44:45 PM
@Extrarakeback I don't understand what you are talking about, ramanlop0 has never said he was playing from UK or onto stake.co.uk. Moreover his proof of address has been accepted from what he said, so there is no issue with that obviously.

I agree especially since Stake runs a signature campaign and they pay something like $200 a month to people who post with their signature. That's a fair amount of money and they should assume that people can work this way for other businesses and then spend the money gambling on their platform. It would be pure hypocrisy if they started banning people for gambling with money they earn on this forum.

I saw OP's screenshot and feel like it's still an open case. We'd need to see the conclusion and the answer from their legal department to know what's really up because the support doesn't seem to know what their final decision will be.
Yes I don't understand why they enroll so many people for advertising their casino on this forum if they only accept cryptos coming from Mining at the end, as written in the quote of seoincorporation? Why do they advertise their casino in this section by paying bonuses especially for that instead of the Mining section? Why do they directly pay their campaign participants in cryptos onto their Stake accounts?
For me it really looks like a kind of trap to scam crypto users, they should change their signature and their advertisements ASAP and explicitly say that they only accept cryptos from miners in reality.

If it's worth claiming (either fund wise or spite wise) have you checked to see if you can file a tax return and if they'll accept one. From what I've read about proof of earnings for the UK, it looks like the second most document that's used for things like this (the first being letters of proof from a person's employer).
Who said he is from UK ?
Also for UK residents they cannot open account at Stake.com.  they can open at another domain stake.co.uk with different regulations.

However  Stake became more strict since the owners made tons of money now all they care about is the legal
Part and the regulations . Aslo since they added the Fiat for deposit or withdrawals  Stake is no more a crypto casino its just a casino that accept crypto
I'm afraid to think you're a little bit too naive IMO. If it was just a matter of regulation, ramanlop0 would have not been allowed to deposit his money there and to gamble it until reaching the platinum 4 rank that requires $2,500,000 to be wagered according to this page https://help.stake.com/en/articles/4793501-stake-vip-program-overview
The bear market has hit many crypto companies, Stake could be one of them and could encounter difficulties to pay out customers winnings now.

IIrik11's comment is right. And we can also wonder why do they accept deposits without asking anything if some origins of them are not valid for them? Why there are only issues for withdrawing those funds?

i wonder though, the crypto earning that they themselves make from all the crypto deposits, do they consider themselves to be illegal too?

because they're not mining either.
2243  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Watford Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: October 12, 2022, 11:04:48 AM
This time monthly bonus have arrived earlier. Everyone who were waiting to make some wager can start with the bonus. Weekend falls by 15, maybe for that reason to avoid the confusion of monthly and weekly bonus we're receiving it earlier.

For VIP members the link is shared on TG group, for others it is send via email. Let's Stake.
No, you're making a mistake Vaskiy, only Platinum and Diamond VIPs can claim their monthly bonus through the links shared on Telegram, actually. Bronze, Silver and Gold VIPs have to wait for an email from Stake to be able to claim it, and it's usually a bonus divided in small fractions available every hours or every 10 minutes IIRC (for Obsidian VIPs I don't know ).
2244  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [Stake.com] Account Suspended | Proof of funds how to provide? on: October 12, 2022, 10:22:35 AM
Very weird case, they sent you an email saying you are "suspected" to have breach their terms of service without any explanation, after that they've asked you highly private documents without legitimate reasons and once you've provided them they refused them saying they are not valid for them according to your post in the Gambling section.
It's sad and shocking to say that's a common modus operandi from scammy casinos. Shady casinos like 1xbit would do the same thing unfortunately. If they found you cheating why they don't just tell it and cancel your winnings?
2245  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com does not deem crypto earnings as legal on: October 12, 2022, 09:43:02 AM
I just found out about this from you, OP. how come crypto casinos don't recognize crypto income as you do?

it will make you uncomfortable if you do not succeed in verifying your claim. funny if what is considered legitimate is only income from mining.
I know this is Stake's policy. but, even the local exchange I use also accepts crypto income like trading. does not intend to further interfere with the rules established by Stake. but it looks like this certainly needs clarification.
I agree with you, it's totally insane to see a crypto casino, asking highly private documents like that and not recognizing crypto incomes as a proof of funds. If the funds deposited come from that source, I don't understand why this customer would need to lie and to invent something else.
Stunna or anyone from Stake should clarify that here, because it looks like a scam to steal customers funds, like a random poor scammy casino would do.
Ramanlop0 you should open a thread in the Scam accusation section, leave reviews on review gambling sites as you seem to say in your screenshot and report your case to some gambling authorities to let them know what they are doing to their customers.
2246  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io - 🔥 up to 20% cashback🔥up to 20% rakeback 🚨 instant withdrawals on: October 11, 2022, 09:58:26 PM
I don't think he meant to say those ads are for Livecasino.io, he's maybe asking if it's a good idea to advertise live casino games when there is already a specific site for it (this one). Sort of like competing.

I don't think it harms though. If those ads cause users to click on Live Casino games and they like it, they might then realize it's better to play those games here where there's a huge rakeback.

That's what I'd do anyway.
Yes that's precisely what I meant but BitcoinHunt3r misunderstood me. On top of those advertisements there are also promotions (and tournaments) for live casino games not offered on Livecasino. For example you can currently receive $10 of free chips 3 times a week by wagering $200 on Bombay live games. It shows how they seem to be eager to promote casino games on Sportsbet.
2249  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Question to players: what does really drive you crazy in an online casino? on: October 10, 2022, 08:55:53 PM
For me only two which is first is the User interface of the gambling casino because if the gambling casino does not have a good quality user interface there's a chance that the player wont play anymore because they didn't enjoy the environment at the same time is the game itself, next is the withdrawal methods some of the gambling casino telling they don't offer a KYC but at the end of your withdrawal which is the time they make request for KYC for your withdrawal because you just newly created account that's why it is better to check the terms and condition and the Faqs to prevent these issues.
You shouldn't spread fake news that can mislead newbie gamblers. KYC is not requested just because the customer has recently created their account. If you've lost almost all your deposit you are unlikely to be asked for your KYC to withdraw your remaining funds, they will let you continue to spend your money at their casino without any trouble. You're even likely to receive bonuses if you stay too long without visting them again. It's when you will start to win more money than your total deposits that you will encounter troubles, even if your account has been created many months ago.
2250  Economy / Gambling / Re: Livecasino.io - 🔥 up to 20% cashback🔥up to 20% rakeback 🚨 instant withdrawals on: October 10, 2022, 05:43:15 PM
Do you get this kind of advertisement on Sportsbet.io ? It seems to be new. Do you think it's a good thing for Livecasino or not?
IMO it's a good thing, because if sport bettors start to appreciate casino games they will maybe want to try Livecasino.io if they are aware about it. I just hope Sportsbet will send emails about Livecasino to people playing casino games on Sportsbet.

2251  Local / Mining et Hardware / Re: Le hashrate Bitcoin bat de nouveaux records on: October 10, 2022, 08:57:51 AM
As a result, Ethereum no longer supports the use of GPUs for mining operations.

The sudden shift in mining mechanism naturally forced Ethereum miners to sell off or repurpose their equipment toward mining Bitcoin.
... ben oui.

https://www.pcmag.com/news/no-one-is-profitable-gpu-mining-faces-dark-days-after-ethereum-merge

Hash rate relates to the computing power required by Bitcoin miners to mine a block. As a result, a higher hash rate demands stronger mining rigs that could help miners mine a block and earn mining rewards.

2253  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Table tennis is the best sport gambling! (My strategy of winning) on: October 09, 2022, 09:31:44 PM
Not a very good strategy at all. If you want a lil bit of assurance in betting on this sports, at least do a lil bit of research of the players and check their standing. Hard to rely on checking the random odds and bet. Remember, when it comes to sportsbetting, your knowledge with the sports and players are vital factor in winning your bets. Sportsbetting is not relying entirely with your luck but your knowledge with the sports.
But where do you find those informations and those standings? Could you provide us some links? Because usually players are almost totally unknown, that's why odds are usually very low on this sport except for the biggest competitions. You can find many markets with pre-match odds of 1.85 vs 1.85. Bookmakers being obviously unable to evaluate accurately the players and their chances to win the match.
2254  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: I have a question regarding asymmetric cryptography on: October 09, 2022, 09:04:25 PM

I have a question that , If i send BTC to someone on the network. First, encrypt a message with the public key of the recipient and the receiver decrypt the message with the reciepents private key. Is this the way when we send btc to another wallet??? please explain

The second question is all the nodes are not miners and all the miners are nodes. is this statement correct?
This is not the way transactions are created and sent to someone else, transactions are not encrypted, they are signed as explained by some other members above, and they have to be accepted and mined on the blockchain by nodes. You seem to make a confusion with the Encrypt/decrypt message feature from Electrum.
To encrypt a message with it you need to get the public key of one address belonging to the receiver, he will then be able to decrypt your message thanks to the private key of this address, but you can't send BTC through this tool and your message won't be written on the blockchain, you can send it by whatever mean you like anyway.

2256  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Distortion Pattern on: October 09, 2022, 02:14:03 PM
The only pattern I know is when you win and you don't get out, you lose max. If you lose and you don't get out, you lose max.

Since you are gambling in a casino, the probability that you will lose is higher than you will win. And that probability keeps on getting higher the longer you play.

If you are gambling just to unwind, relax and enjoy, then winning or losing should not be a problem. Get in there, play, and enjoy. And in the end, you end up with more money, that is just a bonus.

But if you are gambling to win or get more money, then it is a problem. You should never do that, but if you do, try to win the fastest way and get out. If you linger more, the more chances that you will be swept off your money.
This is a common belief among non-players, but if you are a regular gambler you will participate to tournaments and promotions on top of the loyalty bonuses you will get. In addition to that, in most casino games you can get a better house edge than the average player by playing correctly and not doing mistakes. So if you are not a bad player you can get money in casinos even on the long run, you won't make huge profits since the rewards from tournaments, promotions and loyalty bonuses are not that big but you can play without losing money not so hardly at least.

Top 3 reasons why Bitcoin hash rate continues to attain new all-time highs

https://cointelegraph.com/news/top-3-reasons-why-bitcoin-hash-rate-continues-to-attain-new-all-time-highs
2258  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: October 09, 2022, 08:35:24 AM
Don't forget the bonus on the Multiply BTC game. Freebitcoin regularly offers to the players free coins bonuses to wager on this game. I don't really understand how much you need to wager to get it and how the amount given is calculated but it greatly reduces the house edge when you're gambling it, because you still get RP points and lottery tickets for what you're wagering while the coins you gamble are free.
The bonus you are talking about isn't really free.
If you claim a bonus, an amount equal to the bonus is deducted from your main balance and the deducted amount and the bonus goes to bonus account. For the bonus balance being credited to the main account, you have to wager the bonus balance 25 times. Given the 5% house edge, it's expected that you lose the bonus completely and 25% more.
Yes but you can claim it whenever you want and you can choose the amount of bonus you want to get, you don't have to take it all. So for example, if you planned to wager 0.1BTC in the coming week before getting the bonus, you just need to take 0.002BTC from the bonus offer. At the end you will have wagered the 0.1BTC planned and received 0.002BTC. It means you will theoretically(that is to say if you're commonly lucky) lose  0.1 x 5% - 0.002 = 0.003 instead of 0.005BTC (RPs, lottery tickets, cashback and free rolls bonus not taken into account) at the end.
It's maybe not very interesting for people who don't like to play this game, but if you like that, it increases your RTP.

Edit : BTW you've made a mistake, you are not expected to lose "25% more" than the bonus from the 5% house edge, but 150% more (0.005btc while the bonus was 0.002btc in my example) . You are expected to lose 25% more than your bonus balance actually.
2259  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling Distortion Pattern on: October 08, 2022, 09:59:54 PM
2. Gambling Distortion Pattern II

Based on the second picture, in short, you will understand that when we make an initial deposit, we immediately lose and are never awarded a win. If a gambling pattern like this happens to us, there are 2 outputs that result: first, you give up and don't try again because you realize that gambling will not make you win against the house or you continue to run out.
I disagree with your conclusions about the second pattern. It's a very common pattern in games where the pay out is high, that is to say above 3:1. You necessarily need to lose money before winning a prize. Because 1/4 chances to win, means you have 75% chances to lose, and then you will necessarily encounter losing streaks. You can find for example slot games with a high RTP but a very small hit ratio. In those games, you can lose a huge amount of money at one point but finally make some profits or getting only a small negative PnL at the end.
2260  Economy / Gambling / Re: Twitch is going to ban most crypto gambling streamers. Where will Drake go now? on: October 08, 2022, 09:37:30 PM
Pretty sure it is wasting time activity if we do not like it but there are thousands of people who like to watch it for some reasons.
Some people watch it because there will be giveaway by the streamer and some other watch it because they purely like to watch it.
I myself do not like to watch live stream (any content) but I do like to watch some clips of nice winning from the streamers (I dont care whether they use real money or not).
In this case, Drake is an official ambassador of Stake so if Twitch will ban him then I believe there will be communication between Stake and Drake to find the best alternative streaming platform.
Eddie said today in his stream that Drake will make a new stream soon, in the coming weeks. It will be after the 18th october because if it was in the 10 coming days it would be already scheduled on a specific date. So it will be necessarily outside Twitch. Eddie didn't say where it will be, but we can assume it will be on Dlive, since it seems to be his favorite stream platform.
