22501  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why they run away with customer's money in hand on: March 10, 2015, 05:17:03 AM
people are going to steal. this will never change. they set up a website, do some advertising and after they attract some customers (victims) they run away with their money and set up another website.

22504  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Any Faucet that pays directly to XAPO wallet... on: March 09, 2015, 11:48:25 AM
there are a couple of faucets that pay to XAPO or you can change the payment to XAPO check this one http://motherfaucet.com/ the payment is high!

Thanks for the link . THat does look promising and perfect for having the faucet set to send directly to XAPO.
But doesn't that require you to create a new XAPO account ? Or does it allow to deposit to existing ones as well ?
no, you don't need to create a new Xapo wallet. you just have to enter your Email address which you used when creating your Xapo wallet.

22506  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why would Satoshi not be dumping? on: March 09, 2015, 06:24:37 AM
it is hard to believe but not all humans are greedy. i don't think he created bitcoin to get rich (unlike altcoin devs).

i think the best way would be posting in off-topic section. but be careful since spamming can get you banned.
here are the ranks: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=178608.0
i think you can get maximum of 14 ranks per 2 weeks.
22508  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bitcoin Surfer - Free Bitcoin Everyday on: March 09, 2015, 06:13:07 AM
just curious.. is it legit / paid if you reach 0.04 btc ??
in my experience if a faucet or any other service's withdrawal limit is that high, there is a very high chance that they are trying to scam people. the common withdrawal limit is ~0.00005500 BTC
22509  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: INVEST BITCOIN!!! on: March 09, 2015, 06:02:15 AM
i suggest you do some research about trading altcoins with your bitcoin. BUT if you want to jump in without enough information and knowledge you will surely lose more money than you earn. but if learn the ways, the earning is good.

EVen the "pros" that claim to "Beat" the altcoin markets either only do it by manipulating the market or the flat out lie about their results. The problem is that there is so much variance and people are really bad in distingushing results into skill and variance.
while i agree whit what you are saying. i think it is not impossible to gain profit from altcoin market. i have been learning in past 2 months and i gotta say it is possible to take at least 30-50% from every trade

22511  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best operative system? on: March 09, 2015, 05:52:30 AM
What about Win XP? I hear that many people use xp
you are wrong my friend:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Usage_share_of_operating_systems#Desktop_and_laptop_computers
besides windows XP is no longer supported by microsoft and also the newer versions are not just a new version, they have eliminated many security issues.
22512  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Bought my first 0.18 bitcoin! on: March 09, 2015, 05:47:15 AM
CEX.io has an option to buy with credit card, so they say I haven't tried it. I can't recommend it but you can also look into it if your still interested in this approach.

If it is just a question of getting coins with CC, then circle and amazon4btc might be options too.
i have never used CEX.IO to buy bitcoin with money but i have read some negative comments on the confirmation time which is long, if you want to use their services do a little search first
22513  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is the best Cloud mining Site? on: March 09, 2015, 05:40:26 AM
Must be legit too, I need to buy Cloudmining but give me advice guys !:)

Thanks Smiley

-Sammal-

Believe me, there are far better ways to earn money than buying a share on cloud mining. It will only waste your money as maintenance fees --> profits.
i totally agree. at least right now there is no cloudmining services that are profitable enough to be worth spending time on.
22514  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: INVEST BITCOIN!!! on: March 08, 2015, 05:19:11 AM
to current mining investment and the cloud is not recommended, if you are smart play better analyze trading.
Ya really most mining r scam at the present not including one or two.
Ya i think trading will not be bad idea to go for.
Thankd !!:)
mining is never a good idea, if you know how to trade especially if you can gain good profits from trading you can earn much more money this way that you can earn mining.

But if everyone is told mining a bad idea and miners keep leaving because no profit, who will do the mining?
the big companies that are mining right now will continue to mine, don't worry about that.
but for someone who wants to invest in something 100%, as the case of the OP, it is not a good idea to invest in mining. besides everytime mining is mentioned people usually go towards "cloudmining" which we all know how it is.
22515  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: 777Bitco.in faucet turned scam - Notice on: March 05, 2015, 04:28:53 PM
i think you would better change the topic of this thread to "777bitco.in faucet does not pay" or "you can not cash out" to prevent the confusion.

22518  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining - Please help a newbie on: March 05, 2015, 04:13:35 PM
basically in cloudmining you are "giving away" your hard earned money to someone else, most of them shady services, to pay you back little by little. and not even gain any profit!
22519  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to get the Bitcoin off my USB stick? on: March 05, 2015, 04:11:13 PM
Was this ever solved?
i had the same problem with my flash drive. whatever i did windows could not recognise the device. after so many tries i found out that the problem was from my USB port not the flash itself!
22520  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Hello all, newbie post :) on: March 05, 2015, 04:07:02 PM
i have only one super important advice for you:
whatever you do, whichever wallet you choose, before doing anything else; first learn how to secure it.
