There is nothing wrong since they have the rights.
You do realise that several new and popular crypto gambling sites take advantage of these rights in order to try and delay/negate player winnings, don't you? They use the TOS as cover for their dirty tactics.

Yet, they justify the casino requests since they have personally obliged the ToS. So does, if they are also not condoning it.
And this is exactly why some crypto sites take advantage of the TOS as I mentioned above. Think!
2262  Economy / Economics / Re: Anyone here into passive investing (of their time)? on: February 20, 2023, 06:55:13 AM
BTC HODLING is easily one of the biggest examples of great passive investments when luck is on your side. You can earn decent amounts by purchasing BTC when the market is bearish and selling it when the market is bullish.

This logic applies to most cryptocurrencies out there which is why it's actually possible to get rich over time using this strategy. This is what I have been doing and earned decent profits so far.

However, as some of the posters above mentioned, invest only what you are willing to lose.
2263  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 19, 2023, 05:31:34 PM
but believe me it was not a one sided win. India's team really fought back hard in this match at one time, it seems that India batsmen will fall short of the Australian first innings target of 263.
I wasn't referring to the first innings here. I was referring to the second innings where India decimated Australia which was a one sided affair.

I won't say it was a humiliating defeat as the pitch was not up to the standard and India should focus on making better pitches.
Predictable nonsense as usual. Only losers focus on excuses like pitch, toss etc instead of accepting the fact that they lost which is all that matters at the end of the day. Think!
2264  Economy / Gambling / Re: STARTING OWN CRYPTO GAMBLING SITE on: February 19, 2023, 03:33:53 PM
You are clearly dreaming big op. Reality is that you need a solid bankroll if you wish to compete with the big players in the crypto gambling world.

Actually gamblers choose crypto-based online casinos not because they can gamble anonymously but rather because it's easier and there are lots of advantages that gamblers can get from using crypto casinos.
Lol. Nonsense. I am just one among many, many gamblers who detest KYC and submit it only if absolutely necessary. You need to do more research before writing such statements in my opinion.
2265  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: February 19, 2023, 12:01:04 PM
You registered a Roobet account, were able to deposit, and won some petty cash in the end. Why can't you just complete the KYC process to be able to withdraw your money, move on, and never play on the website again, especially if you think it violates your privacy?
Petty cash? That might be a small amount to you, but it could be a big amount for him. You need to understand that many, many crypto gamblers hate submitting KYC unless absolutely necessary which is why his frustrations are justified.

but you should also be aware that once you go through a crypto casino site, they have the right to ask you for some information, whether you like it or not Cry -- everyone knows that.
Wrong. Few crypto casinos don't request KYC whenever they want to. They only request it when the amount involved is huge or for some other legitimate reason.

What the blazing hell! Observed Australia packing up for around 61/1 and woke up sometime earlier and felt shocked to see them score 40 more runs while losing around 6 wickets since then.

It's like Australia gave up completely thanks to the crazy spin duo of Ashwin and Jadeja. Wonder how India will manage without these two in the future.

Edit: They lost their remaining wickets pretty quickly. This game went from an interesting contest to a one-sided affair within a matter of hours. Crazy!
2268  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best crypto casino for Netherlands? on: February 18, 2023, 06:51:48 PM
One of the way out is for gamblers to use VPN for gambling and it must be strict and accurate one that would not lick the the op current region or location. Some casinos are very strict with gamblers from restricted regions so op will need to be careful.
This is a bad idea if I'm being frank with you. Why? Because almost all crypto gambling sites restrict VPN usage for various reasons and can use it as an excuse to block your funds completely.

Op should clarify with the customer support of the site and save proof before deciding to invest there.
2269  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: February 18, 2023, 03:48:37 PM
I believe they detected something suspicious and probably fraudulent activities against their site.
This is probably it. There are 2 possible scenarios here. Firstly, they detected something suspicious and told him about it, but he didn't agree with their assessment and is hiding that part of the truth from forum members.

Secondly, they didn't give him a proper explanation and just told him that they detected something suspicious and requested KYC which would imply that they are definitely in the wrong here.

Time will tell if someone from their team is willing to clarify this case within this forum or not.

How many times? How many times this triplet will save top order's ass?

Freaking unbelievable and mighty impressed with Axar-Ashwin. India was in a dire situation but boy o boy they saved us again.

These guys deserve a big raise or some bonus IMO. Aussies will be disappointed, for obvious reasons and now they have to bat with just 1 run lead. I believe anything over 150 chase would be too tough at this deck.
True. It's happening way too often with India across all formats these days. Rahul and Pujara don't deserve any more chances in the test and ODI formats if you ask me. Ashwin and Jadeja are legendary all-rounders while Axar is on his way to becoming one.

Australia started off well in the 2nd innings and I am excited to see who ends up winning this match filled with a plethora of twists.
2271  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best crypto casino for Netherlands? on: February 18, 2023, 07:31:59 AM
Weird that a country which doesn't ban drugs actually bans gambling. Coming to your query, I checked some sites that I regularly play at and observed that none of them allow gamblers from Netherlands.

Do not submit fake KYC and always clarify all your doubts with customer support in any site before deciding to invest op.
2272  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 17, 2023, 06:57:14 PM
Surprised with the Australian line up with one fast bowler in Pat Cummins and three spinners in their squad which i am seeing for the first time, curious to see how that will help them tackle the Indian batting line up Cheesy .
This isn't surprising at all to me. The Australians realised that the spinners are dominating on these Indian pitches which is why they included several spinners in their squad themselves though it remains to be seen if they can perform as well as the Indian spinners.

If India can get leads of 200 then they will be champions for sure.
Am not expecting India to post a lead of 200. I feel that they might post a small lead this time around because the Australians seem to have learnt from the last match which is why they won't make it easy for the Indians.

My prediction is that India will win this one too albeit by a small margin.
2273  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashscores.com 💥 Realtime Crash Game Statistics on: February 17, 2023, 02:04:44 PM
In that round somebody won 120,000$ with a 5$ bet - He rode it until 24k
That guy had some crazy balls of steel since he actually managed to wait until 24K with a $5 bet. Honestly, I would cashout when it reached 3K since I would be way too nervous to wait any longer.

24K multiplier win is a legendary win and probably life-changing for that gambler who managed to wait that long successfully.
2274  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have always wanted to ask this about bitcoin on: February 17, 2023, 12:32:27 PM
Your question is illogical as some of the posters above mentioned op. When it comes to the volatility factor, I only focus on it when it comes to trading BTC or any other cryptocurrency for that matter.

However, I wouldn't focus on that factor for any other reason and I feel that most investors would feel the same way.
2275  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: February 17, 2023, 06:05:28 AM
Australia are losing it once again. Ashwin is their huge kryptonite these days. He removed the dangerous Smith and Labuschagne just like that piling up a ton of pressure on the Australians.

I don't see Australia winning this one at this rate unless their bowlers bowl extremely well.
2276  Economy / Gambling / Re: Crashscores.com 💥 Realtime Crash Game Statistics on: February 16, 2023, 06:54:18 PM
Do you know what it is interesting?
I checked your website again and I realized that according to it Bcgames is on the top of the biggest moons with a multiplier of 37471.61X.

That is insane, I cannot think of anyone crazy enough to even have cashed out after a X1500 or something like it, even though such high multiplier can be a life changing lucky strike, I can't imagine someone would have anticipated that number...

This is the reason I do not like this game much, you cash out at 100X feeling you are lucky, just to see you lost a x1000 or in this case X30000, so next time you try to go further. Pure adrenaline.   Cry
37.4K? Damn. That wouldn't really be a life-changing amount though if the bet was tiny. Very, very few people would think of wagering a dollar or more while aiming for such humungous multiplier wins based on what I observed.

Also, this game is worth it for the pure adrenaline rush alone though the investment should be something that you are willing to lose.

So it will be difficult to deceive the members of this forum by making false accusations so that one of the accused casinos can just go down.
If the accused is a new casino that is still small, it might happen, but for casinos that are already big and well-established, it seems impossible.
Some gullible newbies actually fall for this crap and end up avoiding the gambling site in question(New or Old) which is why these scam accusations do cause harm as long as evidence/proof(Legit/Fake) is provided.

However, scam accusations without any evidence are completely ignored by everyone in this forum as you mentioned.

England are putting pressure on the Kiwis in their own backyard at the moment. A great first innings score coupled with a flurry of quick wickets thanks to Mr.Anderson put them in a great position.

New Zealand will probably try their best for a draw, but I am expecting the English side to win at this rate.

Though most hackers are not specifically only made chrome-based malware extensions, there is also a malware plugin on Firefox. In general, yes, as you have said, it doesn't mean Chrome has bad security. In fact, Chrome securities concerns are rigorously tested. What chrome lacks is privacy concerns since it doesn't have any addition/tools to maximize user privacy.
Valid reasoning. Chrome definitely has its drawbacks(High RAM usage especially), but I never faced any issues with its security so far. Might switch over to Edge later thanks to their ChatGPT integration though.

No need to argument against this guy, he complains about every gambling website and thinks all are scam. Roobet has a Curacoa license and as you mention they have a mandatory KYC in place.
It's best to ignore such trolls completely instead of providing them unnecessary attention in my opinion.

I understand that they may think they did nothing wrong, because it is not as clear as pointing a gun at someone, but they need to read the rules a lot more clearly before they gamble, so that they would know if they did something wrong or not. I have seen people who had multiple accounts who got banned and honestly didn't know that was wrong, that's funny to me because I read all the rules any casino I play in presents to make sure I never break any of them.
@donza posted a single post complaining about his issue several days back and never provided any proof to try and support his claims. He didn't post anything else apart from that single post.

This makes it seem like he tried to cheat the site and ended up getting caught which is why he resorted to complaining in this manner. Pointless!
