Uff another top-order collapse, so frustrating to see this Indian top order.

Once again these guys are putting pressure on lower order and expecting them to bail out!! 263 looks like a mammoth total atm.

Need a masterclass inning from Kohli and I hope no Pikachu face when he gets out.

 

Top order have collapsed. Pujara same as the previous match hadn't fulfilled the expectation. Shreyas Iyer into the squad and going to the pavilion with 4 runs is a big disappointment. Virat Kohli and Jadeja on the crease need to build good partnership. If not 263 doesn't looks reachable as the score is 77/4. As said India bottom order is given pressure as the top order collapse. If the top order have performed good, now the bottom order might perform even better.

Indian batsmen are not able to stand in front of Nathan Lyon's excellent bowling. Nathan Lyon managed to pick up 5 wickets. India scored only 150 runs. They are still behind by 113 runs. Axar Patel and Aswin are good enough batsmen. But will this pair be able to collect big? I don't think so. The batsman is not able to take advantage of this pitch. I guess India will lose the remaining three wickets between 185-190. If India finishes their innings before 200 then it will be very difficult for India to win this match.

If we look at the past matches the tail always rescues the team, the troubled batsman always get a breather when they win, now Axar and Ashwin is in the crease and even i am hopeful they will rescue the team from this situation, once there is a match when they are humiliated there will be changes in the team.

Usually, in a low scoring match and on a turning wicket, the upper-order batsmen fails but the lower batsmen tend to perform well and it is very frustrating for the bowling team to bowl out all the top order batsmen but the lower order stuck on the crease and lowering the lead of the first innings.

India is now 159 for 7 wickets down and the last wicket falls at 139. So these two batsmen have now added 20 runs and if this partnership grows it will be frustrating for the Australian team who have played so well since this morning making things difficult for the Indian team.

True. It's happening way too often with India across all formats these days. Rahul and Pujara don't deserve any more chances in the test and ODI formats if you ask me. Ashwin and Jadeja are legendary all-rounders while Axar is on his way to becoming one.

Australia started off well in the 2nd innings and I am excited to see who ends up winning this match filled with a plethora of twists.
