2261  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: July 11, 2018, 07:30:23 PM
money laundering is not meant only for those having black money, sometimes for those who does not want government monitoring their money movement. Except for the anonymity of any transaction, all transaction can be traced. Money laundering is not legal terms in all countries and cant be consider a crime for all bitcoin owners who had converted their money to their willing asset.
2262  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Blackbox Operating System - The Future Of Work on: July 11, 2018, 07:17:24 PM
I dont understand why most project dont put a date of ICO ending, they just make everyone to guess. On the website of this project the ICO extend till December and the campaign will last 6 weeks. Is the 6 weeks for campaign a tie down to be extended also.
2263  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What happens with my crypto when I die? on: July 10, 2018, 08:05:47 PM
It depend on every individual and should be properly planned to ensure a safe transition. Its a big asset that can turn to a great fortune for one's descendant. I believe the private keys can be stored and kept on flash drives or paper in a safe place in the house that fire and water cant reach. I also feel in the seeable future its hard copy will be kept in the bank
2264  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are bounty managers to be blamed? on: July 10, 2018, 07:52:07 PM
We cant put all the blames on the bounty managers because some managers have a greater percentage of ICO success, most sucessful managers also do research into projects. Another way to prevent this is to seek another means of way of payment inform of BTC and ETH.

12.5 ethereum is the amount alotted for the whole campaign. 1 ETH=4,000,000 QUAD at 50,000,000 QUAD for whole campaign. such low value!
2267  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it true that bitcoin prices have ever been manipulated on: July 09, 2018, 06:49:47 PM
We should not lie to ourself, are you hodlers not benefiting from the manipulation? The manipulation is very expensive to build and a good rise like that of last was steady into 5-6 months, so one can imagine alot of strategies and money put into it. though manipulation left a huge amount of money being removed form the space but those who put money to the manipulation must have1 benefited as well.
2268  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Opinions: Best Token/Cryptocurrency Exchange - April 2018 on: July 09, 2018, 06:42:24 PM
In my opinion Bitterex and Binance will be the best for sure. If anybody will be want choose good he should choose one of these two.

I see poloniex is popular but I have not yet burst into it
Because poloniex is not what it used to be. When it was good it was highly ranked and most valuable coin always find its way to be listed. They were good with pumping any coin on it, also aware of the american laws about security token, well paid before listing and good volume for market. I hope even binance can stay at the top of its game for at least 3 years.
2269  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Market tactics on: July 08, 2018, 04:34:53 PM
the idea to hold a coin when it is going down is mostly applicable to bitcoin and probably ethereum alone but for other altcoins it might be more strategic. Get the news around the dump, if it is just a mere reaction to markets you play around it but any other dangerous news might end a coin.
2270  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] Cryptassist - Knowledge is power on: July 08, 2018, 04:11:30 PM
I think I like the idea of keeping people's name on the spreadsheet at least for the time been before the final stakes count. it protects bounty participants from scams and probably reduce repetition of names
2271  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How long will this bear market continue? on: July 07, 2018, 09:16:56 PM
Most predictions expect the coin to go as low as $2000 again before it has a similar bull run like that of last year. If it does not go the same way then it really shows how young the space is to be predictable or analysed. Everyone is just staying positive and am afraid if it goes the same way again and investors take money like in last bull run, the coin may have a turbulence. it will rise towards the end of the year but cant tell to what extent.
2272  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing in Bitcoin? Advantages and Disadvantages on: July 07, 2018, 09:10:53 PM
While browsing the net, I have stumbled on an interesting article were all the advantages and risks related to investing in Bitcoin have been laid down. An excellent, and informative read: http://cryptodetail.com/page/risks-of-investing-in-cryptocurrency
Am struggling to accept the difference between token and currency in crypto base on volatility over other. It is not true.
2273  Economy / Economics / Re: Security issues relating to Private Keys storage on: July 06, 2018, 06:59:15 AM
My advice, keep your private key in various places and do not combine Walled address with private key, separate them to save them.
Save your private key in 3 different places, eg in Email, WhatsApps and print on paper. that's what i do, you can try it if you want Smiley
Whatsapp and email are vulnerable to hack. I also have fear in the discussion thread cause even the hackers on the forum are reading this
2274  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I continue hodl my Bitcoin? on: July 06, 2018, 06:52:56 AM
If it is still profitable at the price you want to sell, then sell. I wont expect anyone who bought at $20k to consider selling now irrespective of his need, It will be unwise doing such. It is guaranteed that the price will climb some day but no one can predict when.

nice I got some update again from vlad if this happen maybe this will become big news

Vlad T:
Yes, lots of steady progress. This was a great week concentrated on writing code, legal / comliance / regulatory discussions with 2 separate law firms, which is enormous pain due to us accepting crypto payments and preparations for next week conference in NJ that is going to be the biggest of all time in crypto space. Submitted speaking opportunity, I'll share details once granted/available. One more person is joining SGG team, and he will go with me to the conference, very bright and social guy, exactly what we need. I hope John McAfee can make it to the conference as well, I want to catch up with him. Already spoke with Jimmy and John himself on a phone briefly, they are no longer promoting any ICO's but with their strategy change I think SGG now will resonate perfectly not as ICO, but as a no-fee international marketplace platform that can be used by unbanked population. Few more very cool things cooking, but I cant talk about it now to avoid speculation, pls stay tuned.
Are u on telegram? maybe u can open a page there in your name not the sgg to get updated. I hope the token will be useful if the promotion breaks through.
2276  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Maybe BTC wont last because NO ONE really profits from it... on: July 04, 2018, 09:28:38 AM
Your idea is still under if, more than 1500 coins on coinmarketcap with their investors still existing behind them with 2 or more years and they are yet to get the volume to surpass btc and even some of their prices had gone so low from competing with btc. They should just stop competing with btc and work on increasing their trade volume.
2277  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: bitcoin future in india on: July 04, 2018, 09:16:26 AM
India restricted impact in bitcoin with other populous countries is having a negative effect on trade volume of some coin.  The funny thing is that this countries have done so well to improve internet facilities and service within their countries, making it accessible to a larger proportion of their community. Crowdfund and innovation will be so impacting in such community.

gobone spreadsheet has not been open/accessible in weeks. OP should please detail the spreadsheet has been available to prevent this annoying vacant page when visited.
2279  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: My advice to bounty hunters About needmoney bounty. on: July 02, 2018, 04:54:22 AM
Same thing with the bountyhive I wasted my 4 months and learned lesson. From than I don't join any bounty campaign blindly, before supporting any bounty campaign I always check team, why Blockchain, what purpose they have, team, token matrix, social media activities and roadmap. You too follow this steps try to join campaigns listed from ICODROPS or ICOratting which have positive and stable rattings.

ICOrating is one of the best websites to find good ICOs to work with. Personally, I haven't worked yet with NeedMoney but I try to avoid campaigns larger than 4 weeks because if the project didn't reach the minimum amount I won't lose that time.

Instead of avoiding managers try to avoid project with a poor concept and poor execution. A mediocre MVP talks a lot of the project. if they don't have the talent why they need to take so much money from investors?

Why would you work for that people?
Am now getting worried cause kryptobits just extended the campaign date to Nov 4 and No one actually said any thing to support hm

Bounty participation is as important as investing; so is the project ICO research. Some people thought it is less riskier with investment to bounty but the time and effort in the campaign after a long run of effort ending in a scam can be very painful. Allegation on needmoney should be thoroughly investigated before any sanction. I cant say anything about her because have not done any of his campaigns until now, kryptobits
