What will you be using to purchase the online iTunes gift card?
2303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Ultimate Bitcoin Stress Test - Monday June 22nd - 13:00 GMT on: June 23, 2015, 01:39:39 AM
just pay another couple pennies to get your transactions confirmed in the next block.

Ahh, yes. If only those 10k unconfirmed transactions had paid higher fees they would be confirmed by now.

Supply and demand would have decided which ones got including by who was willing to pay the most.

Yes, but if we raised the cap slightly, miners "could" fit more transactions within a block, thus clearing this backlog.
Raising your fee just places you at the top of the list. But the line is still increasing.

And in theory, if that line continued for weeks, you'd pay eventually 1btc to be at the front of that line.

That means that there would be 1 thousand other transactions every 10 minutes that were willing to pay 1 btc to have there transactions included as well.

Yeah.. great for miners, but horrible/impossible for the average user. Thus nurturing Bitcoin/bitcoin.

My point is eventually the fees will continue to increase to a point that most users can not afford.
Many new and average users only own way less than 0.10 btc.

What happened to spreading Bitcoin throughout the world?
What are all those poor people in poor states gonna do now?
http://www.coindesk.com/ben-parker-bitcoin-has-potential-in-fragile-states/
Tough shit for them, I guess, eh?
That will lead to a huge decline in bitcoin... as for if it's so hard to spend, why use it at all? :-/
2304  Economy / Gambling / Re: What is the sporting bet site with bitcoins? on: June 23, 2015, 01:32:39 AM
I'm with the people who say directbet.  It's really wonderful not to have to make accounts or sign in or remember passwords.  You just look at the odds, get a bet address, send the money and they pay you if you win.  It's easy and no bullshit.  I don't sports bet a lot, but when I do, it's directbet for me.

I like directbet and nitrogen sports, both do not require an account, so you can get right into the action.  Odds are pretty great on both sites, but I don't bet on sports much so you probably shouldn't take just my word for it.  Try it yourself, look at the list Peeps Place provided.

If you want to bet skins for skins, try:

https://csgojackpot.com/ <- either do a small YOLO bet or bet thousands
http://s1.csgoskins.net/

And there is a pretty complete list on Reddit as well, I just found it: https://www.reddit.com/r/csgobetting/comments/30rmnm/list_of_gambling_cs_go_websites/
2306  Economy / Gambling / Re: sawdice the New Age of Dice - Let's play a game. on: June 23, 2015, 01:22:15 AM
deposits and withdrawals are really fast. good job on that

this is a fucking lie. fucking new sites and their sockpuppets
what is your problem ?

my problem is that you create a site, get sockpuppets to win huge amounts and then get them to pump your site. and with statements that clearly arent true. withdrawals have not worked properly since you went up, and they still dont.

i dont see anything wrong with them wanting to verify a users win if its a large win. lots of cheaters in the btc world. i do agree though that the process could be done faster. 2-4 hours is acceptable but 12+ is a bit ridiculous. especially when the winners have less than 100 rolls to be verified from whet i read

it took us some time to get notified that our hot wallet is empty and to verify the user bets and recharge the hot wallet again most of this time we hadn't been notified that the hot wallet got empty but it's all Ok now.

Deposits are instant, withdrawals of low amounts are instant, big amounts needs to be verified first.
We run a legitimate business and we do not have sock puppets, and if anyone have a proof of something else pls prove it rather than throwing random words.
Cool trailer video, expect there were a couple of typos.. Tongue
Regarding the withdraws, what would you guys classify as "big amounts"?
2307  Economy / Gambling / Re: Lottery Question on: June 23, 2015, 01:17:47 AM
is my math wrong here? youre guaranteeing 2000btc? most lottery ideas havent gone far on here because noone trusts it will be paid out

You are correct that is BTC2000.

The reason for this poll is to see if it's actually feasible.
Feasable yes, but it is quite imporbable that it will happen. 2000 BTC is a pretty large prize money. Most of the lottery sites already shutdown due to lack of interest. Say if the deposit or tickets bought amounted to 200 BTC today and the draw was tomorrow which would be paying out a GTD 2000 BTC, then I am sure most would be interested in buying tickets as long as its provably fair.

2000 BTC is unheard of, I've never seen a bitcoin lottery offer that much in guaranteed winnings.  I would buy 10 tickets just for fun.
Please also note that although this is the biggest bitcoin forum currently out there, you won't get everyone's opinions on one thread.

One question, how would the 2000 BTC be kept prior to the drawing?  In multiple escrows?

Good Luck!

Have Non Reversible Paypal $7 need BTC
The funds coming directly from seoclerks withdrawal which is non reversible.
SEOclerks can still chargeback from their paypal account...  But anyways, I'll give you $6 for the $7 if that is how much I receive on my paypal (after fees)
2309  Economy / Services / Re: Need someone in the US that can buy a large amount of BTC for me. Make $10,000. on: June 23, 2015, 01:11:18 AM
$100,000 is only about 400 btc, you can buy from a few members here at 10% above market price. I think a lot of members will be willing to make a deal.
It seems like an attempt to launder money, and I don't think the traders here want to get mixed up in any of this... I would just stick with a legal exchange. Roll Eyes

This could be a good opportunity for someone to arbitrage by having me enroll in a non scam/spam campaign of their choice with their btc address and they would end up profiting assuming the company does not end up running away with free advertising.

Oh, are we allowed to do this? Are you willing to sign up for bit-x again, or dadice?  If so, i bid 0.15 BTC.

2320  Economy / Auctions / Re: ►►► 2013 Lealana Silver Error coin MS66 - 3 DAY AUCTION on: June 21, 2015, 08:20:06 PM
So my wife has been bashing me pretty hard when I told her I was going to spend over $100 on a coin (CAD).  She already got pretty mad at me last time when i spent ~$450 CAD on the 0.5 brass casacius. If I can't withdraw my bid (because people will think I was sig spamming, but I wasn't, I sincerely wanted this coin VERY MUCH), please trade with the next highest bidder and I will cover the difference between my bid and theirs.  This is only if I cannot withdraw my bid.

Thanks for your understanding...

Want some advice? Done tell her Wink.
Well, I didn't tell her directly!  She knows I browse this forum a lot and asked me what I was looking at... When I was checking this thread.  I was honest and she thought it was a joke at first..
