BFL Single, watch out below. What makes you think this cannot similarly be applied to the single ( even after a hardware modification ) Bulanula, Slow down. Please read his post more carefully. He is suggesting that $$$/Mh is in competition with the BFL single and his math is pretty close. I am getting 830 mh/s for $600 or $.072/Mh which is pretty darn close.

just a reminder, you owe me $150, my address : 1B5KoUCsZ2YNic6MxMrwbwPsuQ6Dz6ac1C
I can confirm this. just my 2cents, I lent $500 to shakuru during the summer(August) for the purchase of cables and reselling them, but this never happened. I have only asked him to repay me the amount that I lent him and so far he has only payed me $350 and still owes me $150. It has been a great deal of pain for me to contact shakuru and ask him about paying me back. Everytime he has given me an excuse or delayed it more. Last time I asked him ,he said he would pay within 10 days (~ feb 16), but never got a response from him during this time. Its been like half a year since I lent him the money and I just want my money back. I feel like I have been ignored and put in the back burner. I know he has gone through a lot of unfortunate events, but I dont think it should be an excuse to not pay me given the amount of time he had. I am just really tired of asking him the same question and getting the same response. I just want my money back and get over this. Andrew, This thread has gone from a chance for you to straighten out your reputation to one where we all now see just how big the hole is you are in. How many more people are going to come forward stating that you owe them money? Where is the plan to repay this money? What is the timeline? Regards, gigavps

Well ... actually ... the original faulty estimate was 20W per 1GH/s That, as everyone knows, blew up to 80W for 832Mh/s (if you ignore Inaba's results except the very best one he got)
The web site now says 50.4GH/s @ 2,500w
Doing a simple 50.4/0.832 x 80W gives 4846W so we are talking almost a halving of the power requirements ... and an 18% reduction in price. That's gonna be interesting.
Unless you bought them at 25k/ea.

The good news : it can work in the US. The bad news : it is now 3000 W or needs that big a PSU for stable operation ![Shocked](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/shocked.gif) & still no concrete details about dates or chips etc. No, not necessarily - the extra 500 W could simply be headroom. Yeah. I know how PSU works ( if you have 1200 W PSU it does not pull all the 1200 but only how much you need ) but the sign that a bigger PSU is needed means that the power consumption was AGAIN underestimated and will probably end up being close to 3000 W. balanula, i try to be nice to people on the forums as it is how i want to be treated, but you posts push the limits of my patients. Why are you always trying to find fault and start controversy? Are you unhappy that you didn't buy a single sooner?

Ok folks, I have some good news with regards to the power requirements for the RigBox. According to "People Familiar with the Matter" (TM) - the RigBox will use dual 1500w PSUs, meaning they will be 120v/220v switchable units... also meaning you can plug, (presumably) each PSU into a separate circuit to prevent overloading one circuit with impossible current draw.
This also means, I presume, that each PSU will be field replaceable by the end user without too much hassle and downtime.
This pleases me a great deal.
I'm glad they did this. Saves me a couple grand.

You should stop beating around the bush and explicitly seek investment for your 51% attack. It wull be renumerative for investors and good for bitcoin.
Hmmmm. Let's see here..... Option #1: Secretly try to destroy the bitcoin network with a poly to make it seem like gpumax.com is selling shares. Option #2: Make money with the miners and everybody wins. I think you're right. Pirateat40 should go with option #1. Who likes making money anyway.

I am offering to sell my debt for 35BTC. I will give imsaguy your bitcoin address and all repayments will go directly to you.
i will happily buy your debt for 1.2 BTC. anyone else want to bid higher? perhaps you should start an auction thread for it, bitsinmyhead, if you are serious about on-selling the debt. I'll up the bid to 5 BTC.

Seems like rjk is running his BFL Single under Windows.
Anyone running your BFL Single under Linux and can tell me what you are using (Linux ver, miner...)?
Insight much appreciated!
I am running on BAMT ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=65915.0) with cgminer. You'll need to run the /opt/bamt/fixer utility to get the single working but once you do, cgminer will auto find all of your singles.

I will pay 4 BTC (~$20) per connector and I'll buy 12 of them if someone makes these and ships them to me. So 48 BTC up for grabs.
If you think you can do this, PM me. If you think it will take more that 4 BTC per, PM me.
If you think you know someone who can do this, PM me.

Awesome. Thanks gnar1ta$. We'll consider this feature done. Hopefully conman comes back to btc land soon.

I hate to harp on this, but does anyone know the status of BFL's business registration?
Please take this some where else. Start your own thread if you feel this is an issue. Fuck off, guy. I am asking a relevant question of the people who have done business with BFL. RandyFolds, I am glad to see you have such a strong grasp of the english language that you have nothing better to say to me than "Fuck off". I shows just how mature of an individual you are and how much you respect others. As to your question, it was answered before in the other "Off-Topic" thread and I, along with many others, have no problems sending BFL money. I don't know why you choose to keep harping on these non-issues, but as I said before, please take it elsewhere. The topic of the thread is about forum members proving they have received their singles. If you do not have proof of your single arriving, and don't have any money on the line, I'm not really sure why you should even care.

did I miss something?
I just got payment and its way lower that it should be (or ever has been) whats up?
Chirp chirp! ![Wink](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/wink.gif) Looks like we did not do as much leased work yesterday so you should be receiving more from your offline pool.

Ultimately it does not matter how we got to where we are. We are here.
Andrew needs to come up with a strategy to pay back his debts. At least this thread is started and he is cooperating. There is no reason to kick a man while he is down and I hope this thread is the helping hand Shakaru needs to stop lying and come up with a strategy that ultimately turns into FULL repayment of his debts.

The whole calling home to a remote server which manages the rigs and "directs" them to a pool of user's choice is a deal killer.
+1

It is crucial that once I bought the miner, the miner needs to function even if LargeCoin goes out of business for any reason. In other words, the interface to configure the pools must be on the device itself and not an external website. And if there is a token to unlock the hardware, the unlock must be complete. It shouldn't have to phone home and LargeCoin should not be able to remotely configure or brick the device.
Is this how LargeCoin is supposed to work? Is there a remote kill switch or phone home system? Thanks, gigavps
