2301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EBay and Bitcoin on: November 16, 2016, 01:59:19 PM
the first thing is there are more paypal and usd dollar user compare to bitcoin users, ebay amazon or any big shop still haven't see the potential of bitcoin, and i think they are afraid of the negative reputation of bitcoin which will affected their reputation, but i believe one day ebay will be accepted bitcoin, if bitcoin got a good reputation and there are already a lot of people use bitcoin
2302  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Do you think EOBOT will closing down? on: November 16, 2016, 12:36:35 PM
the answer is yes, cloud mining is design to be scammed one day, no matter how big and how profitable the site claims, it just the matter of time, and eobot is one of the oldest cloud mining, let say if the really owned a mining equipment, I don't think they will be able to use their profit to cover the expenses after the halving events, but as far as i know its seldom a cloud mining own a mining equipment, usually they just use the investor money to pay another investor
2303  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin woke up the Giants on: November 16, 2016, 12:09:10 PM
Bitcoin has not just brought us a decentralized P2P payment system or a alternative for the banks. It woke the Giants in the Fintech world. Before Bitcoin, clients at banks were treated as the scum of the earth, even more so, when you are middle class or poor.

Bitcoin came in and they threatened to disrupt the Banking and Remittance services. What happen? These financial services realized that they will lose money, and they suddenly dumped Billions of dollars into Blockchain based technologies and also user-friendly banking services with 24 hour access via Social media platforms like Facebook Messenger and WeChat and some of their own in-house apps.

We have not seen this level of attention given to clients for many years. Why, because the Giants were comfortable with their foot on our neck. They had the monopoly, backed by governments.

We should support Bitcoin to keep these Giants on their toes. If Bitcoin fails, these Giants will go back to sleep and we will be stuck with high fees and poor service.

I don`t think that the banks improved their service because of bitcoin.

They improved their services because they compete against each other and want to get more customers.

I don`t think that most of the banks see bitcoin as a major competitor.

I agree that with your statement banks are competing each other to have more clients, without clients a bank cannot survive. Another example, now bank offer a new option that you can deposit a check simply taking a picture from your smartphone. Every bank will copy this idea and offer them to their clients in order to have advantage over they competition.

Right now they don't see it like a big threat, but if the bitcoin continue to rise and get more attention, the perception will change.

Yes indeed because they know whatever crypto currency come out, it won't cause the bank to collapse, however they realized after bitcoin made it's name into public, more or less there will be decreasing transaction, and the bank also compete to attract customer to use their services, maybe that is one of the main reason why bank increase their customer service performance
2304  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Any good Bitcoin games around? on: November 15, 2016, 11:45:33 PM
I can't find a good bitcoin games nowadays, most of the game developer is focusing on how they earn traffic and earn from advertisement, and most of the player is not enjoying the game they just look for ways to earn more money, but if you want to try you can find in micro earning section

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1586784.0 (I played pokebit for a while it is quite good but a bit boring)

I used to play a lot of bitcoin game but i don't play anymore because the reward is small and contain a lot of ads

2305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to play gambling in a smart way? on: November 15, 2016, 01:42:52 PM
Almost all strategy that we know are not consistent and most of the time fails.
No, I have a profitable experience with my own personal gambling strategy with that I was able to grow from 0.01 bitcoins to 0.2 bitcoins within one day of gambling.

But, unfortunately that same strategy had never worked after that. My conclusion on this experience is, I must need a new strategy for a new day in gambling and also expecting consistency from gambling must be a madness.

Yeah there's no stable strategy in gambling that will make you win constantly.. you have to change you ways or methods every time you play. It's a game of trial and error.. but you are always getting the error part..LOL!!!
actually there are no strategy that can make you win in gambling, most of the gamble games is depend on your luck, strategy is going to prevent you from losing further, so matter how many times you try and change your strategy, you will end up in the losing place, so the smart way to gamble is either play for fun or don't play at all
2306  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Idea's needed for skill based gambling site. on: November 15, 2016, 12:33:49 PM
the most important when created based skill game is it need to be free from cheat, chess is not a good idea because it takes too long and the player can use bot to play, i suggest something a bit more random, if you want a small scale game you can implemented big 2 card games or mahjong, if you want to create a big scale game you can create something like clash royale or maybe card games like yu gi oh
2307  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: People who are successful, experienced traders - how did you get into it? on: November 15, 2016, 12:08:23 PM
usually to start trading i will suggest the person to read and learn from book and internet, eventhough it's not help much in the real trading but at least the person need to know what is the factor that can cause the price to go up and the person need to know some general term about trading, the real lesson is from the real trading if the person still not sure he can start to trade with small amount or opening a demo account in forex because basically trading in bitcoin and in forex is the same, in real time trading you can learn how to avoid panic sell and panic buy and how to control your emotion
2308  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Should i Trust Genesis Mining on: November 14, 2016, 11:43:09 PM
No you shouldn't trust any cloud mining, no matter how famous and how many profit the site had paid, most of the time the owner is going to run away with your money, you better invest it into another investment, cloud mining ROI is quite long and the risk is too big so stay away from it
2309  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would be nice crypto portfolio for the future? on: November 14, 2016, 02:02:46 PM
I do believe bitcoin is great for future investment, and i myself will save some for the future, but 21 BTC is too little, and investing ethereum is a risky things, ethereum had a bad security which resulted a hard-fork, and i do agree don't put all of your investment in one basket, but alt coin seems a bit unstable for investment, i think you better hold on to bitcoin and gold
2310  Economy / Economics / Re: panic selling on: November 14, 2016, 12:38:23 PM
What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin, and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?

yes it will impact bitcoin price, because bitcoin is decentralized then the price is based on pump and dump, recently there was a huge raise in bitcoin but not until 4 hours the price already go down to the state, so when someone dump big portion of bitcoin it will impact the market, but some people play bitcoin to earn profit so it's not their fault when they see the opportunity to earn profit
2311  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day Trading Crypto- Currencies Is Dead... on: November 14, 2016, 12:04:13 PM
it's really hard to set target on trading especially when you trade bitcoin with alt coin, the price of the coin is really unstable, but if you really want to make profit then you need to see the price movement every hours because sometimes the movement is really fast, but an experience trader know when to sell the coin, he doesn't need to stay 24 hours in front of the computer
2312  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin 20 Years From Now on: November 14, 2016, 11:26:58 AM
seeing from the growth usage and the growth transaction, in 20 more years maybe 30 % of world population is going to use bitcoin and there will be large companies adapting bitcoin, i think it will be difficult for any crypto currency to try to beat down bitcoin, bitcoin already been adapted in many places compare to alt coins
2313  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is there to do with bitcoins these days ? on: November 13, 2016, 11:39:26 PM
there is still a lot of way and opportunities to make money from bitcoin, you can work freelance for bitcoin, trading bitcoin with alt coin can be very profitable if you are patience and know how to trade properly, there is no easy way to earn bitcoin, you need to work hard to earn your coin, after you got some coin you can used it to open a site or a shop that can make profit
2314  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Any tips im new in trading on: November 13, 2016, 02:15:20 PM
don't trade altcoins, trade bitcoin to fiat and sell when it is expensive and buy when cheap

i think for beginner it is better to trade bitcoin with alt coins, because you can learn more by trading alt coin and you have more option to trade and beside of that, it is cheaper to trade alt coin rather than exchange to fiat, when i was start trading, i trade bitcoin with alt coin, one thing that i learned is you need to be patience to earn from trading and you really need to see the news everyday, most of the time i lost money from trading is because panic selling when i see the price is dropping, so in order to start trading you need patience, knowledge and self control
2315  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Is Bitcoin Trading and Why It's risky? on: November 13, 2016, 01:41:11 PM
Hello folks!

I'm thinking about starting to trade with Bitcoin, but I see people saying that It's risky & almost like gambling.

I think that I mis-understand the meaning of trading.

For me trading Is for EXAMPLE, buying Bitcoin when It's at 550$ and selling It when It's at 670$. This Isn't risky because If Its value doesn't Increase, you'll just have to keep It until It gets higher enough, Is this trading?

I would really appreciate If people clarified more! Thankx Wink
Yes trading is a risky things and almost like like gambling but it is better than gambling, you have no idea when the coin is going collapse or when the price is going to up, so you kind of guessing, but in trading you have news and chart to help you to decide whether the price is going up or down

technically to earn profit you need to buy low and sell when it is high, but it is not that simple, to know whether when is the right time to do either of that need time and experience, keeping the coin until is high enough and then sell it can be called trading but how long are you going to wait until the price is right? how if the price stuck and never go up again, so every action to earn has it's risk, trading also got it's own risk
2316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What do you spend your gambling winnings on ? on: November 13, 2016, 10:45:17 AM
well if i win small then i will save it and then used it for gamble again, but if i win big i will withdraw it and change it to fiat and used it for food, clothes and other stuff, but unfortunately up until now i never win big so the money i used for gamble is all gone
2317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: do you use analysis when play gambling? on: November 13, 2016, 06:50:26 AM
Yes i do used analysis when i gamble, however not all gambling games can used analysis to win, when you play blackjack or poker you can use your analysis to determine whether to continue the game or to fold, but if you are playing dice game or mine sweeper you don't need to analyze anything at all because it is all random
2318  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: How cryptocurrency can be killed & people money lost? on: November 13, 2016, 03:18:24 AM
In one point storing crypto currencies or investing crypto currencies for the next 10 years will be very profitable, we can see the people that use crypto currencies is keep on growing and the price is also keep on growing, if everything works fine then you will gained profit in the future, however if something goes wrong, like the coin being banned or the security is not good then your coin can lost it's value, for me personally i don't dare to risk to invest for 10 years, but for shorter term like 5 years maybe i will
2319  Economy / Gambling / Re: New Popular Dice sites similar to PrimeDice? on: November 12, 2016, 01:14:39 PM

2320  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Llew Claasen: Why the Rest of 2016 Will Bring Even More Growth to Bitcoin on: November 12, 2016, 11:07:46 AM
We need to consider Bitcoins growth not just by it's price, but mainly by it's widespread acceptance and capacity to handle it. Llew Claasen is considering the capacity increase factor into picture by bringing into discussion about SegWits inclusion in Bitcoin Core, but at the same time I feel there shouldn't be too much emphasis given to the price by checking it's price growth in a short span of time, cause there's possibility of it falling faster as well. I'm sure there's a lot of involvement by Chinese investors, the yuan falling, the Bitcoin halving, the capacity increase for blocks using SegWit's soft fork and devaluation of currencies of Mexico, venezuela's investment in Bitcoins and other factors all leading to Bitcoins current price rise, but let us also consider presidential elections and regulations and hope that Bitcoin is not regulated or restricted from purchase or sale. Primary focus should be on mass acceptance and decentralization of mining power and nodes.

i do feel agree, the bitcoin price is important and most of the user is looking for profit, but i think the most important now is bitcoin be able to be implemented in various business and how to attract big company to join into bitcoin world, i believe within the influence of big company, automatically it will bring more user to bitcoin and it will bring bitcoin to be more valuable, but i do have a high expectation and optimistic that bitcoin will become better and better in the future
