Q. Do you accept PayPal or Credit Cards?
A. No. These methods were available earlier, unfortunatly we don’t accept PayPal or Credit Cards anymore due to frequently occurring fraud practices.
But they haven't physically sold any products yet.
Q. Can I pay cash in your office?
A. Due to security policies and our confidentiality policy we cannot accept this method of payment.
A company that doesn't want to take your money?
Q. Can I visit your office, data center or manufacturing facilities?
A. Earlier visits were possible by preliminary coordination for some of our wholesale customers. However after several cases of industrial espionage we decided to prohibit personal visits.
So they don't keep confidential data locked up from visitors?
Q. Can you mark my order as “gift” at shipping or lower the price in documents, enclosed with the miner?
A. No, we cannot send the shipment as “gift”. But we can mark it as “spare parts” and lower the price or the order.
Jokes on you, it was spare parts.
