Now taking glutamine isn't false either of course.
Well bro that's research is about peoples who are doing excercise and taking creatine but he will not be able to do excercise so creatine will not help in that case but yeah it will reduce fatigue and maintain water in your muscles. Don't mind but you need to search more about creatine dude.
