Time out - this is Save and Gain - Staking built into the wallet for possible future use but coin is non-staking at this point - see ann
Dev's stategy at this point is raise prices buy buying back from exchanges with sat income of other coins which he has set aside for this - for more info see ann page 1
Ahhhh......Had to go back and read ann thru. I only did a quick scan before....sorry and thanks. I thought I messed up my .conf file or something.

Why isn't my wallet staking? My coins are confirmed but it says I have 0 (zero) network weight. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

OH dang!! I think I have to reinstall the kano/ck update for the s3s. Besides the rebooting problem...I am also experiencing a problem with not being able to shut-off the temp control, & crazy negative numbers showing up in the web app (ie. -1day4hrs2min runtime when it just started, -89GH for hashrate) It's just gone 'cray-cray' on me. Not quite sure, but it's been corrupted somehow. What the heck did I do???

kano,
Running a script would be great but, like my description says, "I don't know code". No clue how to write a script to keep track of what my miners are doing. Will you plz PM me with some help? Also, another question for you; my 'worker.6' consists of 5 (five) RedFury 2.1Gh USB sticks, which have been pencil modded to give me ~12.5GH total. Small (I know), but I like to run my miners separate so I can see what is going on /w them, well after seeing an earlier post by MikeStang concerning 'DUST', I'd like to know if I should run those '5 sticks' in conjunction with one of the r-Box110s I have going or does it really matter /w such a low hashrate? Or, should I take them out of the pool and put them to work on something else?
Thanks very much!
You could use ckpoolmonitor.zachmonroe.comIt runs a script every 5 minutes and records your hashrate with an easy to view graph. You can see your workers separately on the graph (as long as you have less than 25 workers). I've started your app, but do I have to keep it open for it to give me a full graph? Also, missing the S3+, is there something I need to add for it to be listed on the graph? Not sure how it works. Thanks No need to keep it open. It will continue to run. Tried out your app...nice, but it doesn't show me the info I need to trouble-shoot why this S3 is restarting. Not sure if it's cgminer or an actual reboot (whether it's power or something else). But thanks...I'll use it. Sooo...it's back to my questions to kano...can you help?

Soooo, I've converted most of my coins to GE, but kept a couple k in my Greed wallet for staking. However, I'm confused by the 'exchange rate' (seemed like I got a LOT less coin in the trade), and what is the advantage to making the trade? I've tried to read all the posts & info about all this, but just got even more confused. Would you please, in plain English, help me understand? Thank you kindly!

Damn it...thought I had this issue fixed. My S3+ just did another restart. Now, I am really confused. Will look @ it later- Need a break!! Well the term 'restart' would be the first thing to check. i.e. cgminer restart or S3+ power restart. Also, may be of interest to run a script that polls the API every minute. I do that at home for every miner and log all of summary+version+config+devs+pools+stats (forever) so I can see what a miner was doing just before anything happened. Of course in my case when I'm changing code it helps to see a history of certain stats also and I know I'll have that history without having to do anything extra while coding/testing. kano, Running a script would be great but, like my description says, "I don't know code". ... Would it be possible display the last 100 blocks on the Blocks page? right now onl the last 42 are displayed. Maybe there is a reason 42 are displayed.
Thanks,
Because 6x7 And 10x10 is 100. Not sure I get the 6x7 reference Isn't 42 a reference to Hitchhikers guide to the Galaxy? 42 is the answer. What's the question Well... since the Earth's computations were completely screwed up when the Golgafrinchans arrived, the question became "What do you get when you multiply six by nine?"... but you don't find this out until the end of the Restaurant at the End of the Universe. Of course, when Deep Thought first told the answer to the pan-dimensional beings after 7.5 million years of calculations, the receivers of the answer decided to form their own question. They went through a few options like, "How many Vogons does it take to change a lightbulb?" and "What's yellow and dangerous?" Ultimately they ended up going with "How many roads must a man walk down?" Upon diving into the bush(es), I have concluded that '69' is the only supreme answer to "Lifes' Biggest Question"; "Google...where the heck am I?"

Any reason why the invalid share count went up by 10x?
Hmmm ... good spot. My guess is a rejected block (I'll check and see if it was one of my rigs ...) EDIT: Nope ... best share on of all my rigs is 828,477,642 and biggest cum rejected share 279,149 It's one user who sends "hi" shares after setting a very large diff on his worker. He's been playing with his worker diff settings for a while ... Maybe he's trying to game the diff by changing it ... it wont work ... but I'll ban his account if he keeps doing it. Well if it has a negative effect on the pool, why procrastinate ... just ban them (drought is nearly 3 days ....)! Wait! wait! If it is me...I can explain!! Don't taze me Bro! I just installed a new power supply for my S3+, which also powers a couple of Zeus1.3 scrypt miners. In my haste to get back on-line, I realized that I used one of the PCIe cables from the old PSU. It was one of the 2in1s vs. 1in1 and I had 1 of them attached to opposite cards in my S3+. So, I had 3 PCIe's hooked to the miner but wasn't supplying enough power to one card. Damn thing kept restarting, and I didn't know why. It may have been Me causing the havoc. I just got it fixed and seems all is well /w the world, ..except, that we still haven't busted this block!! Sorry for any issues I may have caused, but "Don't taze me Bro." I'm doing my best. Also, question for Kano; my worker.6 is 5 (five) RedFury USB sticks, which have been pencil modded to give me ~12.5GH. Should I just take them out of the pool and put them to use elsewhere mining a diff sha? Thanks and sorry if I am the guilty party that is screwing things up. NOW...Bust a Block!! Much appreciated!

I've got a fix for this problem now. I'll try to get it out within the next 6 hours, but more realistically it will be about 12 hours because I didn't plan on this today. I discovered it very late yesterday even though it started effecting some users over 24 hours ago.
This problem surfaced because network weight is skyrocketing because more coins are being used for staking. It blew up the network when network weight hit a critical point for the current work calculation. The fix has been simply to account for the possibility of higher weight in this calculation.
Looking forward to the fix...Thanks for the update.

hey I added the 262.50 setting inside cgminer.lua, set voltage under advanced to 0750 - I am getting - shares and really low hash rates... any ideas? tried several different firmwares, all same issue - am I missing something? and chips are going x
thanks for your help
First, from what I could gather in your post, your voltage setting is too low for that freq. You can try 0755 or 0760. Don't forget to 'reboot' after making the changes. Second, you say your chips are 'x'ing out. It may very well be your S3+ doesn't like that freq. Nature of the beast. Your options would be to go to the next highest/lowest 'freq', step the 'voltage' accordingly, 'reboot', and see how it runs. FYI: my S3+ doesn't like to function beyond the 250 freq. /w a voltage of 0755, and runs >500Gh. However, the fans run higher too. (noise) Most of the time I just run it at factory spec. I did my share of experimenting tho. You just have to experiment until you find what runs best for your machine. NOTE: Making adjustments above recommended settings may damage your miner. Do this at your own risk!! I will not be held responsible for any and all damage caused by my comment. Good Luck

Can't be....I just saw a block found!! Is it true, this little r-Box110 found one.
edit: must have been a mistake or something...the pool doesn't say it found one.
If you were mining on a *Hash proxy, it would have been an alt-coin block. A proxy means they control where you are mining and it could be anywhere ... That perticular r-Box said found a block for pool1. That's here. It is mining another sha256coin as well, but that would be pool0. Oh...it was cool to see anyway. I got a bit excited...sorry. Well it would be either they have a buggy fork of cgminer, or as cgminer says in the README, mining different coins causes problems Yeah...could be either or.....first time I've mined this thing doing 2 coins. Who knows...it was pretty cool to see tho. Rarely does anyone get to see it. Really had my fingers crossed for the pool. Oh well...maybe another time. Putting back on my lucky undies while I go hunt for another chicken to sacrifice. Rain dance done & won.

AHHHHH...thank you for taking over a pool idea that I have really enjoying mining at. It's great being able to 'pick' your payout coin. Stay with it & I'll stick around.

No problems at all /w the latest s3 update. My little workhorse s3+ is purrin' like a kitten. Thank you kano!!

The biggest issue I had /w turbo-staking and the intro to this coin; I'm not a big time miner /w a ton of hash & came on board just 3 days of start, yet I was still too far behind. I'm still holding, because I choose to believe. I may be way off base...who knows. Our dev is brilliant, and I hope he comes back...again, who knows? The BIGGEST thing this coin has going for it: the Community that has supported it. I'll say it again, I'm still holding my coins. I believe that it will be worthwhile. It's NOT a short-time investment.
