I am hoping that I will never experience this same problem in my entire lifetime or in my involvement with Bitcoin or any cryptocurrency for that matter. What I experienced was losing my Bitcoin to scammers which appealed to my greed that I would be earning more Bitcoin if I joined their schemes...but at the end I was crying and holding an empty bag. What this unlucky man lost is a substantial amount of money and I am sure he is very devastated by it and he can only blame himself and nobody else. With the vision that nobody can touch your coin but you it also means that it would be so difficult if not impossible to recover one's private keys when lost...and since keys could not memorized by anybody except maybe a genius like The Rain Man then we can be in quandary under the same situation.

I am also confused with these two important opportunities especially in many DeFi platforms. Good to be clarified with the difference in them - staking and farming. I am not yet involved in them both because I am afraid of the possible risks involved. I once lost my BNB to a scam site that's why there is that part of me that is always hesitate to join especially with newer projects that have still to prove their worth. I understand that there can be good money to be made in both strategies...it can be a matter of finding a platform that is really trustworthy which is a big "drought" here in this industry.

People already heard about staking and this is already a popular way of getting passive income out of your crypto funds. And I guess there are really many who are making good money in here. However, there are also risks...most importantly the platform that you are doing the staking because if that platform can be gone or will be hacked then it can be end game for the assets deposited. So we can categorized staking as high rewards high risks kind of investing...always remember to do it with a credible and reliable DeFi platform and mostly likely one can experience profits rather than cry a river later.

While stricter regulations can mean that it will never be business as usual, there is actually no choice but to embrace the new reality. Japanese people are known to be good followers of their laws so I think this issue will not be a big problem with them. As long as regulations in placed can be fair and are not designed to kill the golden goose, so to speak, I think we should not worry about this. The Japanese government and leaders are very supportive of cryptocurrency and unlike China they don't have any inclination nor a plan to ban them.

What makes Bitcoin secured and decentralized is the fact that it is using Proof-of-Work and going away from that can make the coin not anymore Bitcoin but something different. I understand that some people is concerned with the power consumption involved with POW and many can be praising the POS but years from now we can see why POW remains to be the best option. I am not against any other coin who can be going away from POW but that is their own decision and it is good thing to have many options.

OP actually make me laugh reading his post...and I thought that by "baby" he can be referring to meme coins. Rightly so, there is actually a meme token project that is using the word BABY. And somewhere I also found another one using the word MOTHER or Mother Doge. Should we expect that days from now there can be Father Doge or maybe Brother/Sister Doge...what is happening here...a FAMILY reunion or a revolution? Our cryptocurrency industry is getting weirder everyday!

Unfortunately, nobody can be elected in the big political landscape of the USA on the basis of making Bitcoin a legal tender. There was a "'known" Democratic presidential hopeful in the name of Andrew Yang who is a fan and supporter of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency but he never made it beyond the party nomination. Of course, as a Bitcoin enthusiast myself I would be excited if in the next presidential election in 2024 the cryptocurrency community can be able to make a big rally and show its voting power...but I think that will just be another pipe dream for now or maybe 20 years from now this can be possible.
