Quick question for the group.... My discarded share # seems to be through the roof (2,362,444), is there something wrong with my miner (Antminer S1) or is it simply weak compared to the rest of the pools miners? If I add more of the S1 to this pool will it be pointless? Or do discarded shares simply not matter and its other numbers that do? Still learning about mining here  Thanks, Michael. Da hast du natürlich auch recht, aber das wird ganz schön langwierig.
Sollte es den Miner dann vieleicht geben wird der Preis einfach auf das doppelte erhöht und der Gutschein
auf das (nun) höherwertige Produkt angerechnet. So oder so, wer das kauft kann nur Verlieren!
Bei unseren Staatsanwälten wäre ich mir aber nicht sicher ob die da Überhaupt tätig würden.

I don't got an U3 here yet, but if I get one on Ebay for a low Price I want to look
into it.
Suprisingly some of the U3 seems to work out of the Box verry well.
Mayby the build a Batch with a bad charge of components?

Hi .Anto.
this looks like the PSU is unable to provide the Power (i.e. Shortcut detection).
For saftey it switch down.
The Reason for this behavior can be a non perfect Power Cable to the Miner.
Use your Fluke to Measure the resistans of the inner Pin of the Cable as well as the Ground Line.
If you are able to do it, solder the wire directly to the Miner and connect it to the Meanwell.
I use Meanwell over 10 Years now on Industrial Machines, they are verry good.
I got two problems with the USB Miner in the past, first Zombie (was related to a typical chinese cheap
USB cable and I had to try out 10 Cables to find a good one) and second a PSU Cable wich got intermittet
high resistance and the wire was to thin inside. The outside of that cable was looking quite good.
There is also a chance that one elctrolytic capacitor got a high resistance and need change.
Internaly the miner got a Voltage Regulator (switching type) and they need low RMS capacitor.
