Mastercoin, Ripple, NXT, Counterparty etc. do not have graphs that follow that. Also remember that ETH launched at 30x ICO, so that would be $5 or so for LISK. $2.10 but close. Yeah Lisk could very well launch between 20x-30x. Let's just wait and see.  At any rate, people who did all the bounties since ICO launch will make a pretty good amount of free bitcoin for sure. maybe the most profitable free bounty in crypto history? maybe very much so yes ; tho for "most btc out of a giveaway" my personal best is still decred. 1.5btc from just a free airdrop  Yeah, I only did the newsletter bounty for lisk and missed the decred drop but I bet someone out there made more than your personal best on 1st day bonuses with Lisk. |

I have 1 btc in LISK. At the end of the ICO and adding the 10% bonus due that would have been 6,519.20....from that final figure.
They just gave the bonus. It is not 10% it is 7.3 %. I asked others it is more or less all getting 7% from end of ICO...amounts they were given.
So did they have some new money come in after the ICO ended or something. Seems fishy as hell.
Whatever only 1 BTC we will see. But I talked to guys with 15 BTC in Lisk an it was the same ratio (at the 10% bonus mark anyway)
so anyway price speculation wise...it is kinda like i'm off to the races with more then 1/4 of the 'bonus' going poof.... not the kinda news

I doubt you really did look into this very much. I remember this was a big legal issue. People would not be shareholders in a legal sense. It's just a bonus beyond the core Rise project which some people are having difficulty grasping. But a % would be converted back to btc and distributed among coin holders. Not a bad deal for doing nothing while the Rise team goes out and does all the heavy lifting. How will funds be dispersed fairly and openly.There will be some trust on this. But costs will be documented and transparent. But the fact they are providing something above the coin itself is great. Most people invest in a coin with nothing else as a bonus. Just relying on the value of the coin itself. Who will own the contracts to these houses? (Deeds)Legally it would be Rise or Acre or whatever they decide to use for the name. Again, coin holders aren't shareholders. Who will maintain and deliver these things accordingly.

I was gonna trade on yobit to make a quick profit but it seems a bit sketchy so I probably won't. I will be picking up LISK at launch as I presume it will be around $2 area due to massive dumps. Or should I buy a few weeks/days after launch?
It's pretty hard to tell, i do not advise to buy it at current moment from yobit. Price on launch will be somewhere between 0.3 to 2$, it highly depends on how smooth launch will be and which exchanges will be involved. In my opinion i think main pump phase will come after lisk hit poloniex, which may take some time. After that it can reach pretty skyrocket price (around 5to10$), it again higly depens on bubble phase. After bubble phase we can see price settle around 1to3$, and after that, it depends on various factors fe: how will be developers active, what they will accomplish and how community react to lisk (if they take it only as one time ride or they are really ready to involve some way) By my guess, most profitable choice is to buy some lisk coins until lauch day from somebody with (valid) escort or buy at launch day from somebody who oversell price. (There will be pretty insane volume and i guess it wont be so hard to catch some dumpers), but same as always, do not buy too high I'll probably buy on launch day. Where will most sell their lisk? and how much do you consider too high? I would say $3 max first round is usually Bittrex or CCEX who will add it first. Then the big players like Poloniex will add Lisk and the second round of price rises will come and usually the poloniex one is very big pump indeed. Price? who knows, those who missed the ICO want 20 cents and ICO holders want $50. Somewhere between there is a good bet. |

I think your best bet would be to buy OTC from someone here on bitcointalk through a trusted escrow after launch but before it hits poloniex. GL, hope you get a good price. I know some are looking to offload some lisk to pay bills earlier. |
