It is perhaps a little disturbing, but even as an animal lover, I consider  bears to be somewhere between rats, seagulls and cockroaches... disgusting filthy vermin who feed in garbage dumps.

Stray dogs and cats also feed from garbage dumps , so do racoons , coyotes , jackals and even wolves.
Put a garbage dump in the middle of a safari park and you'll see even lions hanging around.
It's free food , and in the animal kingdom you'll be stupid to waste this.
don't forget stray humans  Smiley
Well , from the point of an "animal lover" , I would also hate stray humans.
Speaking of garbage , I just realized something funny.
If bitcoin is going to replace sometime cash , the days of hoping to find 10 dollars on the street are gone , right?
For a professed animal lover, you seem to harbour an unusual amount of hate.
Maybe it'll change to finding an old hdd with a wallet.dat on it  Cheesy

I heard there is one with quite a few bitcoins on a lost HDD ,  in some garbage dump in UK.
I have to start recruiting an army of racoons for this Smiley

ahahah, where can we find a racoon trainer? If that works you will be on the news around the world.

might as well train em to pick pockets.... that's where the real money is  Wink

You're telling me 7500btc isnt real money? Are you stupid or stoned?

Btw, how many pocket pickings you have to do to get $7.5 millions?

I would love to debate this guy about bitcoins... If anyone can point him to this post.

I would love to have a 1 on 1 google hangout and I will gladly explain to him about bitcoins.

Well if you can make him understand bitcoin, you can train my dogs to hack computers.... seriously.

Going down ladies - can't make it past the 980 barrier. It was being pushed up anyway by a BTC580 bid wall.
oh so want it to be higher? Ok .... lets see you sell to it.

Is the wall high enough for you now ?

I assume the huge amounts of hardware coming out will help transaction times, anything less than half an hour isn't bad at all. But I see people making businesses that accept transactions with 2 confirmations for instance and treat it as confirmed earlier but also charge their users a percentage for the instant transaction.

Transaction time has nothing to do with confirmation time. Also the " amount of hardware" doesnt matter as a block is found in 10mins on avg.... by design

CC transaction is instant but takes 60 days to confirm.
2333  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: 2 BFL 60gh in cold weather on: December 10, 2013, 01:50:16 AM
The only thing I would worry about is moisture, might not be a bad idea to put some plastic wrap as a sort of tent around them, but otherwise if your WiFi reaches out there you should be good to go.  I wouldn't worry about them getting "too cold"

what does moisture have anything to do with this?

please dont make me laugh.... seriously.

condensation aka moisture is water which is bad for most electrical devices.
LOL

see i told you dont make me laugh....

Do you know how condensation is formed?
