I am wondering if any of you experience this problem? i try to use chrome to open nitrogensport and almost all the time, the website will freeze within 15-30sec. and i try to refresh and even go to the url part to click and hit enter again. half of the time, it will refresh and update. the other half of the time, it will stuck there and it showed that it is already refresh but nothing can be done. Even hitting enter on the url to go back to the home page of nitrogensport, the page is still stuck there at the match page.
And also how do i search for certain match? I cant find the search function and even if i go to live/upcoming matches to search for the matches, it does not display matches that are 3hr in advance.

Please email our support team ( support@nitrogensports.eu) or PM us and include as much detail as possible regarding the issue, browser extensions, and type of device you're using to access the site. We'd be happy to help you troubleshoot. Also, the best way to find a match is to use the search bar in the "starting-soon" section under the specific sport you're looking for. You can also use the search bars under the specific leagues as well. Hope that helps! Calvin i also no idea what really happen. it is like it just stuck there but i still can change tab and other tabs are working fine. so it is not about the chrome hang due to over load of things. i also first time encounter when i try to go back to the main page (even by entering the main page url and hit enter) it never go back at all EVEN when i can see the brief moment that circle is rotating (meaning that the page is loading) but the page is still freeze there and not go to the main page.) never encoutner this before. end up i so angry at the website that i withdraw all the fund already. even withdraw also quite tricky for me. Hey Hua, Sometimes chrome can hang after we've made an update to the site, if you clear your browser's cache this should fix the issue for you. When i do more deposits into nitrogen, basically i just send it to the same bitcoin address shown in my account? Or should i generate a new one each time? Or can i send to that same bitcoin address many times without an issue.You are more than welcome to send to the same bitcoin address every time. The option to change addresses is there for additional anonymity and security.When i make a withdraw, could i use the same bitcoin address that i want the bitcoins sent to? Or should i request a different one each time with my wallet?When you make a withdrawal you enter the address of your personal wallet, or the wallet on the site you're withdrawing the funds to. If you would like to change wallets each time, you certainly can, that is totally up to you. While the transaction may be pending, you are still able to bet on the sportsbook. It is only if you want to play poker that you need to await confrimation.

I created a nitrogen account and made a very small test deposit with my electrum wallet. I did not send a miner's/sender fee. It was for less than 1 bitcoin.
It still shows as unconfirmed on my electrum wallet and also in my nitrogen sportsbook account. Does that mean i cannot wager my deposit until it shows confirmed in my nitrogen sports account?
