2342  Economy / Speculation / Re: Panic sellers are once again hating themselves on: February 16, 2018, 12:36:11 AM
Too many reasons why BTC dropped to 4 digits and those panic sellers, noobs and whales are part to blame for this. They are reading too much negative news and take them as a fact to decide if they will sell or not. I too takes a look at the price of BTC and Altcoins from time to time but when times like this when fake news are everywhere and fud are being feed to scare the noobs, I just look the other way and wait. Nice to see BTC at 5 digits again.
2343  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you even read whitepaper bro? on: February 16, 2018, 12:30:38 AM
Yes I, and I read it from 1st page o the last page. I have a folder for all the white papers that I finished reading and I have another one that is pending for review. Instead of reading novels I find it interesting to read those white papers and I even try to check if there's any sentence o portion of it that has been copied from an article, book or another white paper. If you are a serious investor, better take time to read those.
2344  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Starting trade with small amount on: February 16, 2018, 12:20:21 AM
It's simple if you just by some potential altcoin, or bitcoin actually.
Its not as simple as it seems. You need to know about the background of the Altcoin, know the price history, current market condition, learn how to read those charts and a lot more to learn so its not as easy as picking a number in the lottery, pay and wait for for the draw. This the reason why there's a lot of people who fails in trading, because of bad advise from other who says its easy.

-snip-
Cheesy You really made an effort to write that long story of your to make it look legit that. The only guys who can help with any issues with Bittrex is the support people and no else. They have access to the system. No such loop whole or work around. Anyone who would fall for this kind of trick is a sucker. Bring your business elsewhere man and please find a new way to earn a living without scamming people.
2346  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Market to ath again on: February 15, 2018, 05:11:16 PM
Traps and more traps that's what I feel will happen in next couple of weeks but Bitcoin will remain over $7k USD. I dont want to sound like a Crypto Nostradamus but whales are playing a big part on this continued sideways movement of Bitcoin. We are at $9,500 +++ at this moment but it might take time before BTC to hit ATH again.
2347  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it just a Coincidence on why bitcoin reached $20k and will never happen ag??? on: February 15, 2018, 05:04:21 PM
I see one reason why Bitcoin reached $20k USD last year is because after all those years, Bitcoin finally made it to the media and famous personalities made comments about Bitcoin and some even made a dire prediction making non-Bitcoin investors try Bitcoin. And now that the market went down, those who recently joined and invested in Bitcoin dump in fear for losing more money. $20K USD will happen again just hodl.
2348  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: February 15, 2018, 04:46:04 PM
What do you think are the effects of btc in your country? Because in my country it thus not affect the economy of ours. Share yours.
No effect in the economy in my Country and as a matter of fact, the Government even made a strong warning against Bitcoin users of possible fraud. Furthermore, there are commercial banks that closes the account of a depositor if the depositor mentioned to the bank that part of their earnings are from Bitcoins.
2349  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How can one trade without losing?? on: February 15, 2018, 09:27:33 AM
I looked at my pc screen 247, 20 hours out of the 24 hours in a day. I am familiar with all the trading signs like hammer,  inverted hammer, doji. But even with these I still lost while trading. Most times, I decided not to trade without news from a particular project but even with a huge news like partnership, burning folks, I end up still losing.
What's really the cause? And how can I trade without losing much?
If you want to trade, better surround your self with people who trade as well if you can do it literally much better but following another trader who makes a lot of money in trading will not hurt you. I follow a lot of traders in twitter, traders that posts technical analysis, graphs, charts with explanation. However, it doesn't give you a guarantee that when you trade you will not lose. It gives you insight of how they think. At the end of the day, its still you who will decide when to buy and sell.
2350  Other / Meta / Re: How to change avatar ? THEYMOS please help ! on: February 15, 2018, 08:28:20 AM
in my case how do I change my avatar? #consider the profile I have and how can avatars get installed on my profile but my rank in member  Cry
There was a time before when the admin was trying to adjust the forum settings and allowed even newbies to add avatars but it was turned off by the admin and that made those avatars permanent until such time that the rank reached a level that allows the member to avatars. So in your case, you need to wait until you reach full member rank then a link will appear in your settings that will allow you to upload pics to be used for avatars.

But off course there's an exception if admin will remove that for you.

While the suggested way to communicate with the support team of Bittrex is through their site or email. I suggest that you also send a direct message through twitter. They are responsive in twitter specially if you post your concern and tag their usernames. Here is their twitter usernames in-case you need it

2352  Economy / Economics / Re: It's Not Over Yet on: February 15, 2018, 05:42:04 AM

Everyone has his own needs and wants and because of that they go for selling of their bitcoins. Other than this, panic selling is also one of the reason behind this much of selling of the bitcoins in the international market.

The thing is bitcoin will never lose its reputation and that time is not very much far when the market value of the bitcoin will start to rise in a very similar fashion as it was increasing in the past.

Bitcoin is starting to recover now, maybe we will see a reverse of trend, instead of panic selling we might see panic buying again. This correction and panic selling plus dumping is healthy if you ask me, this will challenge those who jumped into Bitcoin because they see it as a good investment and then they bailed out quickly when ship is about to sink (that's what they think).
2353  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Neo & Chinese New Year 2018 on: February 15, 2018, 05:34:08 AM
I thought Chinese new year is supposed to REKT $BTC. Guess I was wrong.
Reason why they think Chinese New Year will BTC down further is because they thought Chinese BTC holder will dump or at least convert a portion of their BTC so that they have something to spend for celebrating Chinese New Year, but it may have a little affect, look at where it is few days ago and look at how much is BTC now that its almost Chinese New Year.
2354  Economy / Lending / Re: 1 eth short term loan needed on: February 15, 2018, 04:27:34 AM
in need of 1 eth loan for 15 days ,no collateral, except i have 5 $100 gift cards for twin peaks restaurant and i have some utn-p but not wanting to move unless  i have too.so will be willing to sign a what if clause, needed for a big payout  will explain, thank you for consideration
I cringe when I read that word "no collateral". So you think people around will will just send you 1 ETH without any assurance that the 1 ETH borrowed will be returned? Read this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.msg6311902#msg6311902 and hopefully you learn then comeback when you have any collateral to offer.
2355  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Neo & Chinese New Year 2018 on: February 14, 2018, 09:35:09 AM
Last year when the ghost month started, price of NEO started to drop, they claim that it is because of Asians specially Chinese follow the ritual of not to buy or invest in any new business during the ghost month, but after the ghost month the price of NEO did not recover and it took quite some time before price went up to where it is today. But now that there are Chinese sanctions and heavy regulation about Crypto, I don't think there will be an impact on NEO. If there will be an impact after the Chinese Lunar New Year, it will not be on NEO alone but on all Altcoins.
2356  Local / Pilipinas / Re: I lose some of my money. on: February 14, 2018, 03:52:10 AM
I bought my bitcoins at the height of 15k dollars and I keep on losing money. Is there still a chance that it will go up more that 15k dollars?

im a newbie to this crypto stuff.
First of all I am sorry to hear that you lost your money because of trading, but remember you are not alone, there are more traders out there who might have lost more. I hope you learned your lesson and its an expensive way of learning but you'll get the hang of it. How to recover, it depends on how much you want to risk. When you invested 15k USD you already placed it on risk of losing your money. Remember when investing in Crypto, invest only what you can afford to lose. You may try to sell a portion of what you bought, mga 30% then the remaining 70% hold muna para lang may pang paikot ka habang nag wait ka na tumaas ulit.
2357  Economy / Economics / Re: Still Trading When Red? on: February 13, 2018, 03:35:17 PM
It is said that we can make money in trading when the market is up as well as when the market is down. Right now, the cryptocurrency market is experiencing a big bloodbath (though there might have been bigger ones before) where some are estimating that we lost around 40% of the market value so far. Though I personally believe that this is just temporary and very historical (it happened in the past on the same period), it is still sad to see what we have already gained just wipe out in some hours and days. This is just the way with cryptocurrency market...

Under this dire situation, are you still trading or you are pausing for a while just waiting for the right timing when to buy coins and tokens again?
I don't know if you call it trading but, I bought some ETH when the price when down to 0.0579BTC and that was last January 3 of this year when blood is all over the place but look at the price of ETH now, it even wen't up to 0.125BTC but I didn't sell, I just held on to it until it reached the price that satisfies me. Buy when there's blood on the streets.
2358  Other / Meta / Re: Merit & new rank requirements on: February 13, 2018, 03:23:57 PM
Hi people!
I have enough activity to change my rank.
But now we need to have 500 Merit.

I have no idea where to get it. Where I write the answers in the topics, there are many beginners.
Now and for 10 years you can not get this amount.
Very disappointing.
Why do you need to rank up? Because of the campaigns? Is that the only reason why you are here? Instead of being disappointed you should be happy because when this merit system was implemented you are already at Sr rank unlike those who are stuck at lower rank and they have no choice but work with the system.
2359  Local / Pilipinas / Re: [SMX Convention Center]Fintech and Blockchain Innovation Summit. on: February 13, 2018, 09:38:16 AM
Attending this kind of activity is a huge advantage especially to the newbie like me because it will widen my know how of bitcoin industry, kaso maharlika lang ng registration fee hay...
Before you jump into this kind of conference or summit I suggest that you familiarize yourself first with the terminologies or words that will be used related to Blockchain or else you might be overwhelmed with new words that you cant even understand or grasp. Masasayang lang ang punta mo, but if you are confident then go ahead, meet people and socialize. For me, the conference itself is just the add-on, meeting new people who supports Blockchain technology is the best part of the event.
2360  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has the correction ended? on: February 13, 2018, 04:50:15 AM
I see correction and panic that caused the price of BTC to drop to 8K. Too many new investors in cryptos last year and they were attracted to cryptos because of the possible huge return. They are not in for the long term, they are just in for the profits then run so there you have it, pumped to almost $20k then dropped to $8k.
