2341  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 4 Bitcoin Traders Arrested Due To Illegal Trading on: September 08, 2022, 12:52:08 PM
Ok, forget bitcoin and other things there is one more important issue here..
Am I seeing this right, on the right side there are a bunch of phones and on the left side of the picture, are those mice and a keyboard? They actually had nothing to pull on that table and said let's dump a few more pieces of "evidence" of the crime? Cables and keyboards?  Grin

but they are also being arrested because they are doing some kind of money laundering. According to the news, they first use some illegal and banned dating websites, then from other countries' people take dollars, then they convert those dollars into cash through the p2p method.

This is not money laundering, this is an outright dating scam, probably pretending to be some rich sexy asian girl that lures men into investing in some business she knows and runs, we've had tens of those scam reports here with tens of people still falling for it.
You saying that got me thinking of the early days of these cat-fishing scams running rampant. With those emails people receive saying they can get money sent to them from a nigerian price. Atleast those sending the emails wouldn't get caught.
These guys were doing this in a country which completely banned the use of bitcoin a couple of months ago from what I recall reading about Indian banks (Bangledesh specfically) for anyone doing these kind of transactions to and from their bank accounts.

Tonight starts the 2023 NFL season with the Buffalo Bills vs the Los Angeles Rams!

There was an update to this story a month or so ago where the person who lost the hard drive must already be infact rich.
That he has plans to have some sort of robots that are more like drones built so they can scan the garbage field in England for the missing drive.
That to me that is going to cost him as much as the coins are probably worth from where the markets stand right of now. Cheesy

People like to brag about successes, not defeats  Cheesy Before winning I got two big hits from Bayern and City, and by the way my last multi bet of the week (Villarreal, Roma) was a huge shock for me (not so much because of the loss, but because I began to believe in serious prospects Roma for the season, but there was such a crash).
But in total this weekend turned out to be profitable plus I see that I received 25 bonus dollars for roulette (I plan to play later today and write about the result).
Agree with you on that.
What would be the point of posting losing betslips?
If it was then the thread would be full of posts, mostly by me. Kidding aside, Congrats on the roulette bonuses.
I never really liked playing it as it seems 50/50 if you bet on colors for the safer bettors who put bets on the tables.
This is not a problem for me, it seems that I show my losses more often than my wins  Grin Here are the results from yesterday: lol
As for roulette, I don't like it either, but after football it seems even more fair. I see that the chances are really 50/50 and not like in football when Leipzig is a favorite, but in the end they fail the game. Or Chelsea.
In any case, I will take part in the remaining 4 rounds of this promotion, practically free money, you can not miss this.
Yup that's how the new free chips work on Evolution, and I also got around 30 USDT after 2 rounds, placed 10 USDT each red and black on the first round then 5 on black.  Grin
I've been playing more securely start with the 20 cent bet. If you want to "reliably" get at least 25 dollars, then betting 10 at once is very risky - while I was betting, I saw 2 series of 5 identical colors in a row.
Just as you mention about Chelsea I was going over my favorite youtubers who I subscribe too and seen that Tuchel was sacked as Chelsea's coach.

Here is where I saw the news via Thogden's channel:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVkQpeGKjwk

Skysports has reported about it as well for complete confirmation:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOMVFoT9QbA
and from telegraph.co.uk: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2022/09/07/thomas-tuchel-sacked-chelsea-owner-todd-boehly

Was it due to the loss yesterday in the UCL match against GNK dinamo zagreb?

That would be very harsh if it were but they have been lousy for the last few games in the Premier league.
Wonder how people will react to this news on their pick for Saturday's match against Fulham?

Thanks for the insight on those maps @STT!
Very much appreciated and it will help for those who heard while watching ESL Pro league during one of the game play-by-play announcements of these maps.

Talking about the tournament happening right now,
Faze are looking very sharp against FTW and just might make it a 2-0 for this early game on match day in this Fall series.

You can place any bets on the next matches here on the esports gaming hub for more options available on the markets:

The next race is already here and I am certain Ferrari are ready for action!
Just hope their crew and drivers can recover from all that has occurred at the last race and can bounce back with something for this one in at Pirelli Gran Premio d'Italia.

With seeing all those betslips it seems most on here were behind a Manchester United win.
Good on those who took the risk and stuck with them on beating the Gunners who saw their first loss of the season.

Manchester United are now 5th on the table and doing just as good Brighton were last week.
Antony with his first goal for the club were great odds as first goal scorer.
Ten Hag is now looking like the hero instead of the villain.
Surprised to see what just a week can do for a team who were near the bottom of the EPL table the first two games.

2353  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: South Africa Delivers the most Bitcoin-friendly Innovation on: September 05, 2022, 01:59:14 AM
There has been a part of Africa, I believe on the East coast that has accepted bitcoin as legal tender.
I can not recall the name of the city but this would bring them along the lines of El Salvador with being a crypto friendly nation.
2354  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is Saylor sued by Washington (DC) an attack to BTC? on: September 05, 2022, 01:55:44 AM
Saylor's link to bitcoin is a pretty weak one, he has a company that is not even a bitcoin company, he also just owns some bitcoins. What you explained is not even bitcoin related but a tax evasion related issue which is not about taxes related to bitcoin either!
How can this even begin to be about an attack to BTC?!
It is not an attack on bitcoin. Taxes have to be collected no matter how rich you are and where you decide to move to. Sounds alot like what John McAfee had been doing for years until they put out a warrant for his arrest if he ever touch US soil.

This is not new to Saylor. He had been sued by the SEC before.

Good thing to hear about in such troubling times we are in now. This brings two things important so to make bitcoin adoption easier:
1, Gives youth an avenue of knowing how and what to use bitcoin for in their daily lives.
2. Has another country to see bitcoin as a means rather than an end to financial freedom.

You got to start from somewhere and build upon it from there. And this shows how this is being done in this African nation.

ESL pro league is still going strong all month long and ends the first week of October so plenty of cs go to watch for this fall session.

Valve released several maps for the 10th year anniversary update of game adding three:
Tuscan, Breach and Anubis.
Wonder if they will add them to tournament play just like they did with ancient.

It was another disastrous day for Ferrari.

What was that with Sainz's pits, man? First they forgot about one tyre and after that there was an unsafe release resulted in a 5-sec penalty. I really don't know what this team want from their drivers. How can you make this easy mistakes throughout the season? Binotto needs to change his crew completely after this season ends. Neither Ferrari nor a Ferrari driver can become champions in the future otherwise.

It was another great day for Mercedes. Russell had a great race by finishing in 2nd place. He is still the most consistent driver on the grid also. Hamilton could have been on podium also but the team made a big mistake with the tyres in pit. Leclerc couldn't even keep up with Russell in the last laps. Mercedes are really getting ahead of Ferrari slowly these days.
So that's what happened to Sainz in the pits. I was wondering why he was losing spots during the last quarter of the race. I was watching in and out between this and an EPL game that was on so missed this mishap with him.
And knew he wasn't going to finish in the top 3 since they did mention about his 5-sec penalty after release.
Very bad performance on Ferrari yet again with it coming down to their mechanics and staff. It being those telling them to pit last time that cost them the race.
@RealMalatesta Didn't know or hear about a piece of equipment (tire wheel gun) left on the ground and Perez running over it.
Wonder if there was a good shot of this posted up on youtube. Because I would like to see that and if it did infact fly up or indangered anybody around.
That should be a penalty to the team whose fault it was leaving that lying around in the way of the cars.

Wow! What a great UFC fight in Paris to behold last night.
The french fighters did know how to put on a show for their home crowd.
The last main card fight was one of the exciting matches I have seen in a while.

Gane got knocked down in round 1 and it looked to be over for him.
But he came back in the next round to start his annihilation of Tai's mid-section with those lethal kicks and then a few punches and it was over.
