Thanks for mentioning the giveaway thread, i'll place my entry later.

For the first game of the NFL i'll go with the Rams @2.09 since it's a close matchup i'd go with the value pick here even though the Rams are missing a few players I still think they have the better edge due to the home advantage.

Rams played horribly since the very start. They even won the coin toss but decided to defer so the Bills received the ball first.
You can see this happening the way it did because Stafford was recovering from an injury the announcers were stating during the 2nd half of the ball game. As they got word that he had something wrong with his throwing arm.
No wonder the oddsmakers had them as the underdogs at over 2.17x on some sportsbooks while the Bills were 1.77x.
He had alot of interceptions from what I watched of the game and actually ended up turning it off during the last td by buffalo when it got to 31-10.
It was an absolute thrashing at the hands of the Bills.
Josh Allen played like a maniac and scored a td himself like he always does.
Running it in like a running back.

Can't wait to see what Brady will be bringing to the table when the Buccs face off against the Cowboys this Football Sunday.

What do you mean by "I bought a point in their handicaps" precisely? Well they are maybe favorites initially but with such handicaps I wouldn't say that anymore, @1.94 for Baltimore Ravens (-6.5) I wouldn't call that odds of a favorite outcome. You may have 50% chances to lose this leg IMO. I hope you have taken the 5 legs insurance at least but I wish you good luck for your parlay anyway.

It means I went with the handicap of the favored teams but I shaved a point or two instead of going for the actual handicap since there are situations where teams would struggle to convert touchdowns but still get points through field goals. The handicaps on the Ravens are pretty generous IMO knowing the Jets are one of the worst teams in the league and the Ravens are still one of the top teams in the league. I do get your point though, for me I think there's some value to get with the handicaps in the first few weeks as the bookies will still take a bit of time adjusting their odds between each team.

Also, my parlay is most likely dead but i'm hoping for the Colts to at least win and save my survivor pick.

Brady somehow managed to pull out a win against the cowboys with a dismal performance of the season opener.
First half were all field goals and ended 12-3. Yeah that's right, not one touchdown by either Brady nor Dak Prescott, who left the game with a fracture in his hand. He will having surgery and will miss 6-8 weeks for the start of their season.
What a horrible game for Dallas as they were losing and it was near the end of the game anyways when he got took off the field.

So tonights MNF match up is the Broncos against Seahawks.
With Russell Wilson making his return to the team he left at Seattle so expect alot of boos from the crowd.
I went safe and put in a prop bet on my acca with him getting atleast 2 touchdowns.

With how the odds are leaning heavily over the Broncos they'll probably win but it might not be enough to cover the spread after so many underdogs put up a surprise and covered yesterday i'll stay away and go with the under 45.5 as i'm expecting a slow pace game similar to the Cowboys game and I think the defense of both teams is good enough to hold the total within 40pts or less. I just hope there won't be any unnecessary turnovers that could easily kill the under.

Thanks, I thought my bet was a goner at first since the game was on pace to go over as there's so much scoring happening in the first half then it became more defensive in the second half with both sides getting an interception and still couldn't convert them to points.

I also like that under play on the Chiefs vs Chargers but I already have a bet on the Chiefs -4.5 since they looked great against the Cards. Hopefully, we both hit our bet today.

Pretty good game last night as it didn't disappoint, expect for those who didn't see Herbert coming back from those two big hits to lay him out in the 4th.
With the Chiefs hanging on, I managed to get the last match in my acca correct.

Missed some of the NFL action earlier but still there's SNF later and i've gone with the over 41.5 as I think the Packers will come out hungry for a win after losing and scoring only 7 points against the Vikings and hoping for the Bears to keep up as well.

Also annoyed at how the Bengals killed my entry in the survivor pool, I was expecting them to take care of the Cowboys without Dak but they're so inconsistent, on one drive they look alive then on the next drive they couldn't convert anything.

Yeah, I got slaughtered for Sunday's matches too. Had Saints to beat Buccs as Brady never had won at the Superdome before going 0-4 but got his first win there now. And a few others like the Ravens losing late by 4 points.

Have bet on the Bills game tonight and went with props instead so don't get a big disappointment on the favorites losing again.

TNF game between the Browns and Steelers starts in a few minutes. After my brutal loss few days ago on the Bears over I decided to switch back and roll with the under 38.5 since the Steelers haven't been scoring much and hoping for both defenses to kill a lot of time just like the Bears game which had a lot of opportunity to hit the over but each team only kicked a field goal in the second half.



Edit : The bet is slowly dying now that both teams are picking up the pace and put up 27 points in the first half.

I'll be focusing on the Chiefs vs Colts game since I don't think the Colts are that good for the Chiefs to have this close of a handicap as the bookies have set the handicap to Chiefs -4.5 @1.89. Colts should've been on a 0-2 record right now and I think they're on their way to get a third loss from the Chiefs and I doubt their defense would be good enough to stop the Chiefs unless Mahomes would have a bad game and turn the ball over a few times.

I took the same with an under on points.
Now I was right about the points but not on the result.
Mahomes could not produce at the very end and I think gave up an interception to keep them from scoring atleast a field goal to tie it up at 20.
Matt Ryan looked like the younger version of himself with that last effort drive in the 4th quarter to give them the lead.

It's also impressive how the Dolphins are currently up 3-0 and now they have another game later against the Bengals. With how the Bengals are performing I think the odds should be swapped and the Dolphins should win given their tough matchups these past few weeks but with their limited rest, the bookies probably expect the other way around. I'll go with the Dolphins +3.5 and gladly take the extra points as I think they can easily cover given their performance against the Ravens and Bills.

Monday night football for tonight has the L.A Rams vs San francisco 49ers battling it out.
I haven't been keeping up with these two teams but from what I remember Trey Lance was out from the beginning of the season so San Fran has been struggling.
