Not sure how the nonce or block hash would help. Block hashes are usually very large numbers, and the nonce can be anything between 0 to 2^32-1.
Is there any other way to find a winner? I mean a safe way that cannot be manipulated ? |

I might want to sell something very expensive. But due to the bad financial situation in the world, I might want to try to raffle/lottery it .
So every ticket would'have to pay X btc to Y adress.
I want to use the transaction ID as a ticket example: c4725223e7b0b3b0146f76d5ca9ac51510184b52306fa6f4cc6879aacc808c2c
Imagine I would state that block 245731 decides who is the winner is. Could I use the nonce or the hash of that block to find a match with a lottery ticket(transaction ID)
If so? How? A example would be nice.

Das Kabel bekommst du so nicht, da jeder Netzteil Hersteller am Netzteil leicht veränderte Anschlüsse hat. Ich habe eventuell für dein Netzteil noch Kabel (hab ein kleines NT Kabel Lager  ). Wie viel wärst du denn bereit pro Kabel zu zahlen? |

Es fehlt ein Druckausgleichstank wie im Heizungskeller. So ein Bot-client mit öffentlich zusammengekratzten 100.000,- BTC der den Kurs glättet.
Könnte ja mit Interest auf Einlagen betrieben werden.
Mit einem ruhigeren Kurs dürfte dann auch der Bitcoin-Wahrenhandel anleihern.
Das wäre ein sogenannter Market Maker. Aus meiner Sicht dürfte das eine der wichtigsten Institutionen die fehlt. Beispiel: Auf BTC-E und auch Gox sind oft Buy und Sell Walls unterwegs. Große Nodes mit viel BTC und Geld attackieren den Kurs rein über ihre Markt Power. Ein Market Maker würde so etwas unterbinden, weil der Manipulator wüsste, dass die Wahrscheinlichkeit gross ist, dass er nicht dazu kommen seine Buy oder Sell Wall lange zu bewegen, da der Market Maker massiv einkaufen oder verkaufen würde. Die Kursmanipulation würde nicht zu 30-60 Minuten Kursbewegung führen, sondern dazu, dass der Market Maker mit einem Schlag die Liquidität des Marktes wiederherstellt. Das führt nicht unebdingt zu immer steigenden Preisen, aber reduziert die Volatilität. Es wäre unter Umständen nötig, einen echten Fonds aufzusetzen, der das tut. Und naja, sagen wir einfach, die BTCler sind schon ein wenig Pirate geschädigt  Aber wozu brauchen wir das? Der Markt bestimmt den Preis auch so. Wenn jemand mal eben 500k Coins verkauft, dann macht er das. Dann sind dannach alle anderen weniger Wert. Ist ja auch logisch wenn viel Angebot besteht. you should get in touch with local attorny offices with business experience. Its not that easy. You cant just launch your own atm somewhere. You need licenses and a fairly business form (like a GmbH) for that kind of business.
You should calculate with at least 200-300k Euro investment costs before you can launch the atm.
Well, I imagined there might be some additional paperwork, but dear god 200-300k? Where does all of that go? Why is the gmbh necessary? Does that simply cover you in the event of a legal issue or is there some other rationale? Of course do you need a GmbH. Or do you want to launch the company on your name?! Thats unprofessional. You should calculate with 10-20k € for the lawyer and licenses etc. Another 50-100k for the development of a atm etc. etc.. Insurance, Rent, tax accountant & adviser. You have to write a statement of financial position every year.. Its not like "hey my name is tim, I have 2000$ and iam going to launch my very own ATM today.." |

Naja, Online-Marketing sieht anders aus. Ich warte immer noch auf die erste Firma, bei der ich vorbeifahren kann, mein Geld auf den Tisch lege und einen ASIC Miner inklusive ordentlicher Rechnung mitnehmen kann.
