Is the American Eagles a legal tender in U.S.? I mean, can you go to 7/11 and pay with them according to the face value?
(of cause I would not do that, since the silver value is higher than the face-value)

1 block: 10.1 minutes
Diff just changed but this is the first time I have ever seen block generation north of the magic ten minute mark. Maybe good news for miners??
I saw a +50 min block last week - it do happen.

Great job, very much appreciated. The icon showing the mint status is absolutely mandatory in PoS (imo). Glad to see it implemented!

But u did made a profit with others didn't u, and now with that profit u'll buy mintcoin :-), i bet in the end u felt good doing that, but stressful with all those ups and downs right. Like David Latapie said slow and stady, but not staying at the deadlock.
I have a background in mining. I have been mining since December 2012, I build an FPGA miner rigs out of a bunch Xilinx ML605 and got my first bitcoins. I took it offline when the ASIC hit the marked and took a break from bitcoin (since I was busy with other things). In the fall I got back in and was part of some ASIC miner GB. I build a scrypt miner in December (still running). But bottom line, I am almost out of all my mining projects (expect my scrypt miner which I think I will take offline within a month or two and one Titan GB). Therefore I invested in PoS, since the margin in mining are getting too narrow for armatures. PoS is a bit like mining, you slowly see your miner harvesting coins, I realized long time ago that I am not a daytrader and will never be good at that. Edit: I am still consider myself a miner

Following a discussion with zmija on IRC (#mintcoin on freenode) and also following several previous posters talking about this, I got an idea for marketing:
"Are you getting tired of adrenaline rushes when prices go up and down? You don't find this exciting, you find this stressful? You prefer to participate to a cause instead of being glued to your screen for some satoshi? Today it is EarthDay. Today it is MintcoinDay. Slow, steady, sustainable"
Opinions?
I like that. I sold all of my "other PoS alt" 5 days ago, got out with a profit and bought MINT for them. Well, honestly it was affecting my sleep with all the ups and downs. I really don't mind having MINT staying at 14-17 sat, since I can get my gain by minting new coins.

Ok Full Memeber, if my rep is not good enough for u guys, what will u do for mintcoint jump start? My guess is nothing, just waiting for miracle to happen!
Yes, I am doing something, I am in dialog with the mintcointeam, and received my first task yesterday. I did not say your plan is bad, just wondering how mint's will help, you need btc to remove a sell wall. Please share more details about your plan.

Seriously, you need to have a little better rep. in order for people to trust you. Posts: 10 Activity: 9 Position: Newbie Date Registered: April 09, 2014, 07:07:40 PM If you have a good cause and I believe in it - sure I will donate. But like I said you need bitcoins to remove a sell wall, not mint.

Mintcoin donation address MouGyJfGihttTfSvj4BmT2cvkE42xsgPBs You need bitcoins to make a buy wall, so getting mints will not help in other way than dumping the price. Sounds a bit shady to me... If people want to buy up the sell wall, then go and do it.

How much have you been harvesting per day per MHash?

Bumping the thread and wishing BitPhotos and the supporters a happy Easter!

Also let's keep mining a the mint multipool!
I have a scrypt miner I can point at the mint multipool, what is the adr. ? I am mining LTC, I must admit I love LTC, but if it can help MINT takeoff, then why not )

I would definite be interested to be part of a GB if Mike decide (is allowed) to produce funded coins again.
Thanks for the bump, If Mike is allowed to continue producing Cas coins, I will definately do a group buy or two. I've also still got the 1 BTC All Silver Cas Coin pictured for sale at 2.35 BTC. I would be in for 2-3 if a GB will happen Yes I saw your 1 BTC .999 Ag, I must say its very-very nice. I have seriously considered buying it. However I have bought 4 coins this week (Cas and Lealana), so I am trying hold back a little I am sure you will get it sold eventually (I will follow the auction with interest)
