New wallet 1.9 for Windows!

What's new in 1.9?
(1) latest checkpoints
(2) misc pull requests such as better unlock icons/interfaces etc from skwurp
(3) remove misbehaving peers from keremhd (pull request)

Windows (1.9): https://mega.co.nz/#!MJYQiLaJ!1rfP3Q8lh_wSfFGvfy3QZUSjJmambFZOBtfElV-lfXA

I'll be sticking with Kergekoin's 1.8.1 for now, as it sorts on the date field, which doesn't ANNOYINGLY leave orphan's listed on the main GUI regardless of more recent transactions. Please address this issue in your next release?

This has actually already been merged in source code. But if you stick to my latest link of 1.8 then its pretty much identical build to official 1.9. So theres  no need to upgrade.

Heres that link again.

I downloaded 1.9, fired it up, and saw the orphans from forever ago... that was that.  Undecided

Glad I kept your version in a separate folder.  Wink

New version! If you have installed V1.9, you must install this one!

What's new in 1.9.1?
Quote
(1) fixes a critical bug introduced in V1.9 that prevented PoS block generation
(2) alert key updated for future usage

Windows (1.9.1): https://mega.co.nz/#!gUAUQZqI!tffLeJ1FD3nhnWXpnaDQ5Vxfcr_4EdsSsDXiNHCY4mw

Hi, potentially ignorant question but now that Mintcoin is 100% PoS is the transaction time still 2 minutes?

I see that the mining block time was 30 seconds with 4 required confirmations.

Does this change due to PoS or not? I see you get PoS payment every 20 days.

Transaction time is still 30 seconds (under ideal conditions).... full confirmation in 2 minutes (under ideal conditions).

Well, I made an account on blkroad and deposited some Mintcoin last night. It says it could take up to 10 minutes for the deposit to show up but it has been over 12 hours now and it still hasn't shown up. The transaction went through according to the block chain and the Mintpal withdrawal page. I sent them an email earlier today, I imagine they will get back to me soon..

Which wallet version are you on?
When you open and unlock your wallet to allow for minting, how long are you leaving it open for?

Version 1.7

I do not have any password on my wallet, the "unlock" button is greyed out.

I open it every couple days for a few hours.
