Abort it and try again?
That is an absolutely disgusting word choice, he could have certainly phrased it better than that

I'm in favor of a $0 minimum wage. Switzerland is doing just fine with one. Industrial automation is going to wipe out the unions in time anyway No human workers, no employment law provisions
Wasn't Karl Marx the guy who predicted that?

Most vendors fear Bitcoin integration because they simply don't understand it. Most of their "arguments" were already discussed in the FAQ of Bitcoin.org

Hello awesome31312, You received a bonus: $100.00 You can check your statistics here: https://www.cryptcominer.comGood luck. The amount was automatically invested in my account for 99 days.
Working just as they said so far. So meaning that you can't request those 100$ before that period? I will make an alert on my phone and check this thread again in 99 days. If I'm not wrong by that time you will receive 1800$. I'm assuming it's 3% of $100 for 99 days Which means $297 at the end of 99 days. Anyways, I'll see what happens and report back to you. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) You are wrong. It is not 3% if you have only a bonus $100. You are not investing but you are selling your sig space. You will get as much as stated in the sig campaign's OP. If you will deposit $100 and invest then you will gain 3% daily. People still don't get how those bonus $100 works Please read the thread this and for campaign. It was explained 1000 times already. I did read their post, but calling it an "investment" confused me and altered my views. Thanks for the clarification.

Actually, he didn't do it for BTC. That was just a rumor.
The guy who put up his BTC address was just trying to raise money, he himself said "I'm not the hacker, I'm a collector"
He wasn't the hacker, he just wanted to leak those pics and put his BTC address at the bottom

My best guess is that you are using a wallet that uses new addresses for change.
Yes; To all who asked, I'm using the Armory client

If their trust rating really dropped on the forums for what you attribute as a "great misunderstanding", I firmly believe that the current rating system needs to be reconsidered.

Yup! I just got paid 5.7 mBTC from my initial investment of 30 mBTC. One down, four more to go! ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif) Looking legit so far, haven't run into any problems. I just hope it stays this way.

Two days ago, I invested 0.03 BTC in DrawBTC
No receipt/confirmation of payment was given, I just hope I won't be needing it

So Armory has a passphrase that protects your wallet by encrypting it in case the wallet.dat file is stolen by someone. Now I had the passphrase written on a sheet of paper on my wallet, and a backup copy of the passphrase at home.
I was walking around town, some guy tried to mug me. "Give me your money!" he fiercely yelled. "I'm sorry, I only got Bitcoin", I replied. The mugger then took my armory passphrase. I went home sobbing, and called the cops.
Five years later, the cops started working on the case. They found out who the mugger was, they went inside his house, there they saw him opening Armory, he had the wallet.dat and was about to open the wallet. Armory was, as usual, stuck on "Synchronizing with network"
The robber then yelled "PIECE OF SHIT KEEPS LAGGING AND CRASHING ON ME!"
The cops said "That's a security feature of the beta version, your Bitcoins will be so safe, nobody will be able to touch them, not even someone who has the passphrase"

Hi guys. I have two laptops. One contains my actual wallet and armory, while the other has only armory. I made a paper backup to use on the computer that doesn't have the wallet, and when I did the backup, it says "restored" and in security it shows "No encryption". So I had a couple of questions:
1) I already had an encryption passphrase on my wallet, why does it then ask to set up a passphrase again when I'm backing up my wallet on the new computer?
2) Will using one wallet on two different machines through paper backup cause me to lose my Bitcoins in any way? I'm having a hard time understanding how this works. Does the paper backup hold my Bitcoins or what? For example, if I use my wallet on the other computer, will the wallet be empty after being recovered?
