2361  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading by follow signals. Is it good? on: February 13, 2018, 04:40:01 AM
Regardless if you are using a premium (paid) or free signal, this is not a sure way to earn money in trading. There might be a few who we're able to earn from signals but how many are they and how fast are they able to place the order as soon as the signal was sent to every member. The best way to earn in trading is by own research and expand your network. talk to those who are in trading too and get tips and you can share yours as well. Signals will only make the owners rich not those who are paying a monthly fee. No offense to those who owns or a member of a signal group.
2362  Economy / Gambling / Re: ▂▃▅▆█ BITSLER █▆▅▃▂🎁3 NEW COINS★★★22nd BILLION BETS PROMO★★★🎁 on: February 12, 2018, 04:01:28 PM
I think you may understand wrongly. Gambling sites need to verify if a player wins huge amount to check whether user used any wrong practices to win that money. But in this case, the user just withdraw his money after placing just one bet.
There might be a missing piece of the story here, because its very unusual that a gambling site will require such legal document. I do understand that there are measures that a site needs to take to avoid the site being used for laundering. If it is indeed true, there must be a good reason why he was asked.
2363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Lost money Transferring from Bittrex to Gemini on: February 12, 2018, 03:55:32 PM
A couple months ago i sent a couple hundred dollars of value from one exchange to the other. The money/coin was lost during the transfer.

I did not know anything about crypto at the time so I did not realize what i was doing.

Anyways what i believe i did was send about $200 of DGB to my Gemini BTC address from Bittrex. The money never showed up in the gemini account and both sides were telling me to check with the other side.

The transaction is complete and shows nearly 600 confirmations.

Does anyone know what i would do to get this back? I do have all of the hash tags and confirmation information.

Thank you.

Can you clarify if what you posted is true because looks like you did a big mistake by transferring $200 worth of DGB from Bittrex to you BTC address in Gemini. That's not going to work and I don't think both Bittrex and Gemini can help you with your issue because its your mistake, consider it gone.
2364  Economy / Exchanges / Poloniex Deposits & Withdrawals Down on: February 07, 2018, 01:33:15 AM
Just in case you missed it so there's no need to create a ticket as it will just add to the congestion of tickets to be resolved by the support team.

I have't made any deposits or withdrawals lately in Poloniex as this exchange site already have issues with pending withdrawals, what more when they made an announcement that deposits or withdrawals are down. Hope it will be back up again not to create panic on Poloniex users.
2365  Economy / Economics / It's Not Over Yet on: February 06, 2018, 04:10:47 PM
FUD spreading like wild fire and news agencies and all form of media are buying it for the sake of site visits and traffic. There's also a lot of instant crypto experts who gives unsolicited advise to holders that the end is near. Who cares and who needs their advise. As far as I know, what we are experiencing now is nothing new to the market and if you are not used to it, definitely you are new to crypto. HODL!

BTW: As I type this post, BTC-USD is back to $7,350
2366  Economy / Lending / Re: 🌟 MICROLOANS 🌟 LOANING SERVICES on: February 06, 2018, 03:26:33 PM
No offense bud, but since you are relatively new in this kind of business and also in this forum, I suggest that you look for an escrow that will agree to act as the 3rd party to hold the collateral and post the link of the profile of that escrow so any borrower ca easily contact the escrow if needed, unless the borrower is willing to let you hold the collateral. Good luck to your business.

how do i acquire the loan

Fill it up if you qualify

2367  Economy / Speculation / Re: This worries me big time :( on: February 06, 2018, 03:19:55 PM
don't know why it says suspicious link, but basically it's an article with the headline ''Bitcoin price will crash to zero, Nouriel Roubini says''.
I think the news is from CNBC, they posted a photo grab of Nouriel Roubini's twitter post

"Bitcoin crashing now to $6,100. And the US Hearing on cryptoscams is only a day away. So a $5K handle looks highly likely unless the crypto-manipulation gangs starts pumping and dumping or wash trading again. So HODL nuts: be ready for a 75% loss from recent peaks."

"As expected Bitcoin now crashes below $6000. Now the $5K handle is reached.  And the US Congressional Hearing on Crypto-Scams is still a day away.  HODL nuts will hold their melting Bitcoins all the way down to ZERO while scammers and whales dump and run..."

Look like this is one of those celebrating that price of Crypto's are dropping. I didn't research about the back ground of this guy but I guess he is just one of those who wants to spread FUD, start an argument so that his name will be mentioned somewhere, in other words, wants to be famous.
2368  Economy / Speculation / Re: The perfect entry point - do not get weak hands on: February 06, 2018, 03:51:13 AM
Now that China has spoken, expect the price to drop further and since we are still days away from Chinese Lunar New Year expect the price to continue to drop until maybe around third week of February. there's FUD followed by another FUD and more FUD but I am looking at it on a different way since we are seeing weak hands letting go of their BTC at below their bought price that means BTC will be left with those who only believe in Bitcoin not as a way to earn fast money.
2369  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC FN 125: Machida vs Anders Prediction and Info Thread on: February 05, 2018, 04:23:17 PM
Here are the results of the event.  I didn't watch it live (but will watch the replay if I'm in the mood.  Lol) but it seems Dana White is angry at an 'incompetent' Mario Namasaki.  The Shev vs Crack Head fight turned too bloody due to late stoppage from the ref.

And here's Dana White's rant:  https://www.instagram.com/p/Bew4_FBHJJ2/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=embed_ufi_control
This is not the first time that UFCs Dana White called on the attention of Mario Yamasaki for bad officiating. Fight Night 112 that was held last June 25 2017, the fight between Kevin Lee and Michael Chiesa was controversial as well as Michael Chiesa claims that he did not tap out on Kevin Lee's rear naked choke, but Mario Yamasaki stopped the fight.
2370  Economy / Lending / Re: Question about fees - Lending on: February 05, 2018, 04:13:54 PM
Hi all.

Say I want to provide micro lendings, how exactly does it work with the fees?
In electrum I can choose how much fee I want to pay, but if I put it on low it will take a lot before it confirms, if it ever confirms.
When i put the default fees it can be like half of the borrowed amount.

Who pays the fees in general and how can it be worth it to take/give a micro loan if the fees are so high ?

Aside from the fee's you also have to worry if there's anyone who will trust you with their collateral, unless you will give loans without collateral which adds mo risk in your lending business. If you are serious about it, contact an escrow so that collaterals will be held by a trusted escrow until such time that you earned your trust here. Cheers!
2371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIs and Bittrex on: February 05, 2018, 04:04:03 PM
IGNIS = in my humble opinion should go up to $2-$5 in mid-to-late 2018, once all the weak hands have dumped. There are still the Polo people that could "panic dump", so another downmove would be not unexpected. But I doubt it will go to less than $0.20 (only in a major cryptocurrency capitulation it could fall below that).
I agree with this, to those who dumped IGNIS as fast as when they see it showing in Bittrex might regret for not holding on to their IGNIS a little longer. The timing of Bittrex to list IGNIS is bad, just in time when BTC and Alt prices are going down. IGNIS is not yet full blown, theres still room for further development. Just like other token, it took them some time before it went to the moon.
2372  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] ArcBlock - BORN FOR BLOCKCHAIN 3.0 on: February 04, 2018, 10:59:55 AM
Hi, When will this bounty campaign end?

Here is the answer to your question, posted in page 1, unless the campaign is extended.

1.   The Bounty program starts on the January 6, 2018 and ends at the same time the Arcblock token contribution event finishes on February 3, 2018.
2373  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounty or Airdrop? on: February 04, 2018, 10:18:52 AM
Bounty or Airdrop? what is the most easiest way to earn tokens?
After my experience with IGNIS, I say bounty is better than an Airdrop. Airdrop will require you to hold a certain coin for you to receive an airdrop. There are airdrops that requires you with ETH address only and you'll receive an airdrop but I dont think that token is worth something after the airdrop. Better just work on the token through bounties at least there's no purchase needed.
2374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: which exchanges are good for trading on: February 04, 2018, 10:15:21 AM
hello. i know bittrex, pononiex, binance, kucoin, etherdelta are good exchanges. but we see many ICO coins are register other exchanges so which exchanges are good for trading.please suggest. thanks
If you are familiar with Nebulas (NAS) this was offered at Gate.io but after it was picked by Ian Balina, it was listed in several exchanges. Same with IGNIS, before it was airdropped few days ago, HitBtc have it listed at futures but now its listed in several exchanges too. Just be careful at new exchange sites as some sites just rename their business after being caught with scamming their members.
2375  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: NO down trend more, new update coming soon! 9540 coming! BReaking news!! on: February 03, 2018, 04:48:23 PM
NO down trend more, new update coming soon! 9540 coming! BReaking news!!

I add this, beacase this are also imporant for Altcoins. when btc go up, altcoins go also up, so it depens on BTC.

As  exepect we wil go breakout 9540 +

i wil add no update more ,until we are over 9540.

Best altcoins you can buy.

Ah isn't it that when BTC starts climbing up, holders will start dumping Alts so that BTC holders can ride the wave until BTC reach all time high again? Last time when BTC reached all time high last December 18 when it reached $19,205 USD, Alts are down, Alts started to pick up when BTC started to drop.
2376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: RISE | DPOS | APPS & DAPPS | Mobile App Store | Blockchain Incubator | Rewards on: February 03, 2018, 03:57:11 PM
I think Bittrex should announce Rise's deslist earlier. Only a week is too short time. And at the moment there is no other exchange with English interface to transfer it. I can not even register on upbit.
I just checked Coinmarketcap and it looks like Yobit have RISE listed there. Maybe you can transfer your RISE there but the volume in that exchange site is very low. Announcing the plan to delist a token or coin with just one week notice is acceptable and I think it goes to your advantage too. If they announced it 2 weeks prior to delisting, the price of RISE may have dropped further than what we have now.
2377  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long time HODLer wants to trade- BEST hot wallet? on: February 03, 2018, 03:40:15 PM
Hi everyone,

Consider this my hello to the community. Smiley I've been invested in BTC and ETH long-term and picked up some others along the way but I haven't been actively trading and I want to get started. So far, everything's been safely stored in a cold wallet.

What are the best wallets for trading?

I've heard mixed things about Jaxx - that it's safe enough for mobile but makes your private key vulnerable to hackers if you use it on a laptop. And I've heard Exodus Eden stands to be a good choice. I'm not planning to store a lot of money on here, but still, I want high security and easy liquidity for trades.

Thoughts? Experiences? Thank you.
I think that at this point you should not keep anymore but cut the hole and wait for the bottom to buy. It can be seen that the past four weeks have seen a lot of bad news from countries such as China, Korea and most recently India when the country has issued a ban on all activities related to bitcoin in this country. The bad news has dramatically reduced bitcoin prices and I think the bitcoin price will continue to fall further and at $ 7400.
Selective reading or you didn't read the entire post? OP is not asking for an advice on trading, he is not asking if its a good time to Buy, Sell or Hodl. He is asking what is the best wallet to use and he even mentioned some examples.

OP, if you plan to trade and use a separate wallet to store your funds, you might end up paying a lot of fees whenever you transfer your funds from your hot wallet to the exchange site. While it is not advisable to store funds in an exchange site, just store enough funds for trading purposes. I heard about Ledger nano and Trezor that they are good, but I haven't used or tried it since its expensive to buy that here from my country.
2378  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIS price +300% on: February 02, 2018, 02:35:45 AM
Hi...I missed to sell this at 2$ and own 100 + and the current price :/ do you think that was it or will this coin have any value and recover?
Don't sell it if I were you, HOLD on to it until February 28 and you'll receive an airdrop of LELE here is the link in case you missed it https://medium.com/@lele.coinx/rechedule-receiver-lele-airdrop-d46118de27be airdrop will be by March 1-3 and its 10 IGNIS to 1 LELE
2379  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency or ICO Ban in Facebook? on: February 01, 2018, 04:51:52 PM
There are many ways to advertise and ICO and Facebook is just one of them. This forum alone is already a good venue to advertise an ICO since the target market is already here, unlike social media, they have crawlers that detects what kind of sites you frequently visit so they can adjust the advertisement the show. Word of mouth is also a good idea to influence others to keep and hold those tokens.
2380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: IGNIs and Bittrex on: February 01, 2018, 04:25:57 PM
Thank you for sharing this information and this is a good reason to keep on holding your IGNIS or buy some more while it is cheap. However, if you guys are holding it at Bittrex, I don't think they will support such airdrop as Bittrex already made a pronouncement that they will not support any fork or airdrop anymore. Now I wonder who will support this airdrop? What exchange site?
