I think the news is from CNBC, they posted a photo grab of Nouriel Roubini's twitter post

I didn't research about the back ground of this guy but I guess he is just one of those who wants to spread FUD, start an argument so that his name will be mentioned somewhere, in other words, wants to be famous.
