Dude, I just looked at the price of LISK on Yobit and it's skyrocketed. What's up with that? I don't follow every little thing that goes on with the hundreds of altcoins--is it even the coin that's trading, or that stupid IOU that they devised? I'm also not tech-savvy, so I don't understand what DAPPS are and all of those things. I do understand the potential for them to be world-changing, but not the nuts and bolts of it.
Lisk Launch in 3 days.

If Lisk software launch on the 24 then how can they offer 85 000 000 lisk to people without even mining or forging or whatever they do?
what is lisk genesis address? how do we know they havn't premined billions of them?
do some reading before coming to ask questions. You obviously do not even know the basics of this project. https://lisk.io/documentation?i=lisk-handbooks/DelegateHandbook can you point me to the sections answering my question please or just answer my question in simple terms, im not really tech sawy so reading through a long technical doc is really not my cup of tea, just wondering how they are going to give lisk without pre mining/firging them? This was an ICO. All the coins were pre-mined and sold off. 100,000,000 coins. 85,000,000 sold. Rest to devs and project funds. Mining for Lisk is called Forging, instead of having it a free for all like bitcoin, Lisk does a DPOS where delegates who are running nodes (101 main ones) will Forge new coins for each block. There can be more than 101 node but only the top 101 will get to forge. To get to the top 101 place, you need to get votes from other people who have lisk in their wallets. That amount of lisk is equal to an amount of voting rank pushing a delegate higher in the list. Thanks for the answer. Is there a way to be sure that the devs havn't premined more than that for themselves? honest question here, i am interested in investing in lisk , i also invested in thedao recently, i am an investor just want to make sure they won't dump millions of them The genesis block has been confirmed to obtain a total of 100M LSK. The project is open source, the best way to find out is to have a dev friend audit the code for you. I dont have a dev friend but im sure there will be many eyes on the code, anyway thanks for the answer, will they be for sale on poloniex at launch? thats the exchange i use. eventually but poloniex has a good record of making sure they can inspect the code themselves before they launch any coin so it most likely will not be exactly right after launch. And if poloniex adds it then you will know there is no scam pre-mine in the code. Is there any reputable exchange that will have them at launch? I dont want to buy from bloombit/yobit because i read that they were probably scamming people with fake lisk. unfortunately no. I think the bigger boys are waiting on the official launch and they can get their hands on the code so they can add it to their exchanges. Most likely Bittrex will add it on day one. Bittrex has a pretty good reputation. The devs I think stated earlier that they have an NDA and cannot disclose so the community thinks there are already exchanges who have pre-access to the code for a quicker launch but don't want word to get out.

Look, Vitalik sold off 25% of his ETH coins at the bottom of the market before it turned around. Sometimes devs dumping works out in your favor.

The coin hasn't even launched and we got almost 900 pages. Most projects at this time in their lifespan usually has around 40 pages. STFU buy Lisk and Lambo time. Vroom Vroom.

Is it normal that I do not see my accounts on this list? Did you sign up for an account there? It only shows the name of your delegate if it is registered at that site. I guess I did not sign up. So we were able to purchase without signing up? Lisk website is http://ico.lisk.iolisktools.io is a website made by a community member for delegates to view node/voting information clearly. you cannot purchase now, the sale ended more than a month ago. Lisk will officially launch in 3 days.

I would only buy this caca with a trusted escrow.
Anyone want to hold this mans poop until I can get my bitcoin out of cold storage?
I would need confirmation of your possession of said poop before I send my bitcoin.
