The Chinese government has capitalized on the violent downturn in the crypto market by warning crypto investors that Bitcoin prices are “heading to zero.” The South China Morning Post reported on June 22 that Chinese national news media agency Economic Daily had issued the warning about the largest cryptocurrency by market cap to further dissuade citizens from adopting the use of crypto. The Economic Daily report says the west is to blame for creating a highly-leveraged market that is “full of manipulation and pseudo-technology concepts” which it said was an “important external factor” which contributes to Bitcoin’s volatility. “Bitcoin is nothing more than a string of digital codes, and its returns mainly come from buying low and selling high,” said the newspaper. I've been there before and did really panicked and it's no use. Everyone who's feeling a panic attack should do panic in buying instead of selling and worrying about the market situation.
I know that it's hard to accept and deal with it but this is the market. The volatility that we've got is really disappointing probably for the new ones but this is also the reason why bitcoin went high.
You only need to be patient and don't sell at losses or if you want to cut losses, I think it's too late so just hold or buy.

Looking back at OP's post, the odds for the title, seems kinda interesting. Of course it is very understandable that team with the best odds not getting the title or team with a low odds getting the title can happen. While it's highly likely that we're going lower like I said, don't try timing bottoms — as you don't really need to catch the literal bottom to perform well in the long term in the first place. Just make that you continue to have enough money for bidding. Its hard to catch the the cheap while the market still bleeding and its early to tell that we are generally buying the dip since as we see the market still on downside and many people still not done with their worries about worst situation that might happen. In my opinion the only way for newbies to stop spamming in this bounty board is to restrict them to this board and allow members and above only, as I observed 95% in bounty board is newbies and spamming everyday joining shitcoin projects without research first, Imagine some newbie managers in that section are also launching fake campaigns.
There are no such rules prohibiting newbies to spam and posting on bounty boards, and perhaps, they are free to do so. Ignoring this board is the best option rather than restricting newbies to visit and spam there. It is soon they realize what they are doing and hopefully, they will change their style or else, they live forever as a spammer and a scammer.
