Вообще интересная тема и обсуждаемая. И очень хорошо, что задаются острые вопросы. Но дело в том, что коммерческая недвижимость это не частная квартира, она на виду и с ней особо не смухлюешь. Особенно в евросоюзе, где за каждый проступок огромные штрафы.
А насчет криптовалюты как я понимаю она создавалась для того, чтобы сделать дешевыми платежи по всему миру. И есть энтузиасты которые и сейчас хотят сделать так, чтобы оплата в крипте была дешевой и быстрой.
Я в крипте давно, раньше транзакции вообще копейки были, да и подтведтверждения надо было ждать до 30 минут. Это когда ажиотаж пошел, тогда все это и началось, ждать подтверждения неделями, и сумашедшие комиссии. Сейчас крипта падает и стоимость переводов тоже уменьшается. |
