2381  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: how can i send the tokens from myetherwallet to exchange on: January 01, 2018, 01:17:35 PM
i have some tokens in myetherwallet..  i have below queries please suggest me..
1)how can i transfer my tokens from MEW to exchange...?
2)how to fill gas for transaction..?
3)some one suggested me if u have eth in your wallet you can send tokens to exchange..but how can i send eth to my etherwallet because with the asem address i have other tokens..

You need some ethereum to pay the gas as the transaction fees to make the miners will be verifying your transaction and then it gets confirmation by the block itself.
At least 0,01 should be in your wallet.

Just try to tell your friend to send some ethereum into your wallet address or you can try to buy it from the exchange site.
I don't understand what are you talking about in the last question.
2382  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC vs Bittrex on: December 31, 2017, 12:32:37 PM
Can someone please advise which of the two exchanges are better? Volume is better on bittrex but no. of coins is huge on hitbtc. Also, for withdrawal HitBTC seems better as one can take out money through bank transfer.

Kindly advise.
Hitbtc is the worst exchange site at this time. go to this link and then you will see a lot of complaints about the hitbtc team are disabled the withdraw button. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=378827.1060
Maybe bittrex needs a lot of requirement but at least you can still trade in there if you are completing the requirements.
2383  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Binance android app on: December 31, 2017, 12:28:30 PM
If I remember correctly, Galaxy S3's latest android version only goes up to Android 4.4 Kitkat, and you probably need at least Android Lollipop or Marshmallow to run the Binance app. So it's either you install a custom ROM on your S3 device(should be easy if you know how to follow instructions), or you buy a new phone.

Here's a guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTz_09TljUY
DISCLAIMER: I WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE ON WHATEVER HAPPENS TO YOUR DEVICE. PROCEED WITH CAUTION

Thanks for the advice. Might just get a new phone. Is Galaxy S7 compatible with Binance app?
It's compatible in my opinion because the main problem is not about what kind of phone that has been used by you to use binance app. but it's about the Android version that supported the binance app.
I was using galaxy s8+ and then it looks compatible with your gadget just try to download it and then try it.

Please go to the play store and then look at the requirement to run the app.

2384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Waves markets on new exchanges on: December 31, 2017, 11:22:41 AM
You are listing the small exchanges. Waves is already on both bittrex and binance and has it's own DEX so you can trade directly with other coins for a minimal fee. Lots of good things coming to waves in 2018 so a good time to hold some
The roadmap looks good but we will see what will be happening with waves platform. The network improvement will be coming as fast as possible. But remember cardano even surpassed a lot of the platform that has been created to compete with ethereum. It looks difficult for waves to compete with another platform just like cardano or eos if the developer can't release something that makes investors interested.
2385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Where do you trade ripple? on: December 31, 2017, 11:19:09 AM
Where can you find exchanges for Ripple to fiat that doesnt need any of your personal info?
If you are trying to avoid the verification process and binance becomes the best answer for you because that gives a very high limit for the newcomers that was trying to do a trade in the binance exchange site. With high volume trade and that's very reputable site compared with another just like bittrex or even polo right now.
2386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How does a coin raise money? on: December 30, 2017, 11:53:07 PM
I see all the opens are token offerings.  If there is a coin that has a solid idea, do they have to issue a token to raise funds first? then create the coin?
Yes it is because the token will be sent to the crowdsale participant to proves if the team or developers are serious about developing the platform.

The smartcontract, or asset could be the first thing for that.
A good team will have a good code. Then they must try to prove it. The token is the same with a coin in this ground.
2387  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Real World Usages Alts meets the following Criteria:? on: December 30, 2017, 11:48:49 PM
- Real World Usage decentralised
- low market cap
- has a low maximum/total supply in millions
- Genuine no scams

Theres over 1300 Cryptos  Shocked

Out of the 1300 which ones meets the criteria?
The decentralized thing only keep those platforms are using the nodes to secure their network to be still decentralized.  The fact the decentralized thing is not applicable to all of the cryptocurrency which still to be considered as an asset because that's pegged on the main chain.
2388  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Best Exchanger for 2018? on: December 30, 2017, 11:41:28 PM
respect my question. i just want to know more about trading and study it for the most reliable and trusted exchanger.
If you are new in the trade and binance seems to be a very good answer for you. Basically, the majority of exchange sites are using KYC verification. I believe that will make the new users or comers are not feeling convenience by using it. that's why to choose the reliable exchange site becomes a responsibility for you.
2389  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WATCHOUT: A common exchange SCAM on: December 30, 2017, 11:39:09 PM
I did notice that withdraw buttons were sometimes disabled so if I am buying a decent amount or trying to arb I will check first to see if the coin is able to withdraw. You would think they put that on the market page at least to notify you but sadly this is not how this industry operates. Gotta do your due diligence and protect yourself though.
I've been feeling it. I've deposited a lot of amounts of ethereum into the hitbtc exchange site and then i just try to buy a lot of ZRX when it alreayd listed on there and it's at the cheap price. and then after polo already announced zrx to be listed on there and then hitbtc disable the withdraw button and that's very scammy. Because the operation of the exchange site is really centralized.
2390  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Planning to lend on Bitconnect? on: December 30, 2017, 12:22:38 AM
I am thinking about opening a bitconnect account and lend around $4,000 to see how much I can earn from it. Can anyone who is doing this give me any suggestions?
No man, you shouldn't do that. Majority of the crypto users knows about the reputable of the bitconnect itself as the biggest ponzi scheme in this year. Rather than lend your amount and then why are you not trying to buy some neo with your amount and then try to stake it to the network and it much better than put your money in the bitconnect shit ponzi.
2391  Economy / Exchanges / Re: HitBTC: Currency operations not available on: December 30, 2017, 12:20:30 AM
I've read Reddit threads where tons of people are complaining about the same thing. A big red "Currency operations not available" message when trying to withdraw from the exchange. I have even tried exchange my coins to ETH and still cannot withdraw.

After the EtherDelta hack and other reports of HitBTC problems I'm eager to get my assets off of HitBTC and onto a long-standing reputable exchange.

Unfortunately in order to sometimes own an altcoin early we need to temporarily trade on not so well-established exchanges.

Anyone having success withdrawing today?
Hitbtc has been disabling the withdraw feature, as far as i know, that all of the withdraw feature seems automated. the problem is in hitbtc itself. I was moving all of my funds from there. I remember correctly about hitbtc are disabled it from a month ago. No one can withdraw their money from there.
2392  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Beginning of the End? on: December 29, 2017, 11:37:26 PM
I also wonder what will happen with other crypto if Russia or ther countries will issue national crypto. They have much funds to promote it and it can replace some top coins.
I doubt the coins they make can rival the bitcoin. The whole world wears it and this power can not be defeated. Bitcoin is king
rather than think about that national crypto can defeat the bitcoin and it doesn't make sense at all. Honestly how so many people are thinking about it can become the end of the bitcoin. The national currency will not different with the fiat currency but it's in the digital value. That makes the crypto market will be able to make liquidity easily through the national currency.
2393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: CAPPASITY FRAUD? on: December 29, 2017, 02:18:27 AM
Just got this image in PM with a message: Kosta just sold 6.5M CAPP before the delisting.
https://i.imgur.com/FbnbJjX.jpg

Can't believe it was all fake.
Lol how the price of cappassity gets plunged a lot. But that's just a fake hype that has been made by the exchange site that you can't deposit or withdraw from there. But i just feel curious about what do you mean about delisting? It's not even traded in etherdelta and the only place that trades capp is hitbtc as the worst exchange site in this time.
2394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WHICH EXCHANGE IS THE WORST EXCHANGE OF THE YEAR 2017 on: December 29, 2017, 02:16:03 AM
Hi Guys.

I have used quite a number of exchanges this year for holding or trading my asset.
I have had different experience which different exchanges.

So Guys which exchange do you think is the worst exchange of the 2017 ?
Hitbtc is the worst exchange site right now. How so many funds that get frozen and the developers are not giving any response to a lot of the complaints or tickets that have made by the hitbtc users. You can see the announcement thread how so many people are complaining about that right now. That's the worst exchange site.

The antivirus guy got hacked!
How stupid for those are following mcafee's tweet just give an advice to buy and buy more various altcoin without any explanation about that, basically that's just like telling another to buy shitcoin and then pump it for the hackers. Glad to see the McAfee account has back again.

For those are following it just try to do your own research about that rather than follow the hacker.
But a lot of people are spreading it in here.
2396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Automatically re-balance your portfolio. on: December 28, 2017, 11:54:23 PM
I've noticed recently, even as a holder, big price swings are changing my portfolio percentages frequently. I like to keep a substantial portion in the bigger cap coins with smaller percentages dedicated to more risky tokens.

Since its been tedious to manually re-balance my ~20 coins every couple weeks, Ive decided to write some software to automate the process. Basically track and auto trade ratios back or notify the user when your diversification changes from desired parameters.

Just probing for interest and suggestions, as i'd like to share it with the public when finished.
So, i was feeling curious about what was the formula will be used in your software? i meant because to get a better portion of our portfolios and then we must try to look at the various aspects of the altcoin itself.
It looks so difficult but i'd liked to be the early user of your software.

It's just like blockfolio.

2398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in those ICOs? on: December 19, 2017, 09:08:34 AM
I'd probably go for LevelNet. But, it's impossible to know which ICO will succed and which one will fail. Taking investment and giving investment advices is hard and full of uncertainities.
that's why a lot of people are doing deeply research about every ico, but i can give you a clue. you cna try to join in the social grup just like discord, slack or telegram. it will give you a clue about the hype of ico. if there will be a lot of people are interesting about that and it can be considered as the next successful ico.
Another impotant thing you can try to see the code that has been publishing in the github. Or you can try to follow the expert's review about these icos.
2399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you travel with your Ledger Nano? on: December 19, 2017, 09:04:43 AM
I am in the coin game about all day long but my work requires me to to be in three different towns each week, all several hundred miles apart. Also have to go out of state for a couple weeks next month.

Having trouble deciding if I should bring the Nano on the airplane or leave at home. Would hate to miss a trade but would hate to lose the damn thing.

Leave it at home, because that was small goods. You just need to take care of your wallet. The worst thing if you are forgetting your wallet in somewhere.
Because you are travelling, and it may better to keep you amount still safe in your wallet. If you can try to use a paper wallet and I might better rather than bring your wallet with you.
2400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 6 tips to pick the right ICO on: December 03, 2017, 10:37:15 AM
https://www.cio.com/article/3230365/internet/6-tips-to-pick-the-right-ico.html

ICOs are high-risk, high-reward investments. It’s important to know how much one is willing to invest and possibly lose before participating in one.

Ico is speculation but remember there are some good examples about the ico that gets so many hype will worth a lot after that will be listed on the exchange site like just what already happened with bitclave or universa.
