1901  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why do you have to take risks. on: March 12, 2019, 03:44:12 PM
Yes. I absolutely agree with you. You must take risk in everything you do to help you achieve greater and better results in life. The same applies in businesses. You need to take risk to get what you want in life. This also shows how persistent and brave you are.
every work really need to take risk.without risk we will not gain reward.in real business, stock market or even  in cryptocurrency risk was unseparated part.but we have to able to manage this risk.
I wanna take the profit and i have a chance to get the risk and that's a usual thing in the speculation. That's indeed and what should we did about how to manage the risk and avoid the possibility to take the risk.
1902  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Somebody paid $310,000 in transaction fee to send 0.1eth on: March 12, 2019, 03:40:26 PM
There is a transaction receipt before sending the eth right? Why didn't he saw that before he sent the money? Sometimes it's the users' problem. And also, why are you putting your bag of eth in one wallet. It should be diversed.
No need to diverse our funds if our wallet is secured, all we need to do is little bit extra care while making transaction by double check the entered values.
These a human error and basically when we have been putting the decimal and the fees will be automatically generated by the system and that's it. We must try to do double check for that. There was a lot of these cases in the past.
1903  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is better STO or ICO? on: March 12, 2019, 03:38:47 PM
Initial Coin Offering (ICO) has become a very popular method of crowdfunding recently. During a few years, a great number of funds were raised by means of ICO. It helped many startups, their teams and investors gained success and realized amazing ideas. But also participants of ICOs faced the risks connected with investments in scam projects. That’s why the new instrument such as the Security Token Offering (STO) appeared.

During the ICO the utility tokens are issued. By buying the utility tokens the investors acquire access to the products or services in the future and teams attract the funds for the finance of their blockchain developments. Utility tokens are purchased exclusively for internal calculations, the exchange between users, fees for the provided functions of the software, and so on. Investment is required to simplify the use of the service.

So what is Security Token Offering? STO means the emission of digital assets in accordance with requirements on securities legislation. In 2017 the SEC stated that security tokens fell under the regulation applicable to standard shares, i.e. the release of tokens must be registered mandatory. For one side, the security tokens provide a higher level of protection for investors and reduction of regulative risks for emitents. The holders of security tokens have the right on dividends or voting power. From the other side, security tokens require higher costs for the issuer, as STO is a type of private placement of securities, while ICO is only one type of crowdfunding.

The issuing of security tokens consider the range of requirements that should be met. First of all, the emitent must understand the legislation of the chosen jurisdiction. There are a set of documents issued by SEC regarding the STO. The only high professional lawyer can understand the difference between Regulation A or Regulation S and so on. The emitent should be ready for the higher costs on legal services, as well as compliance. The KYC / AML procedure with such type of placement will consist of several stages. All accredited exchanges strictly require these procedures during the placement of security tokens. Also, the SEC requires that every investor should be checked and has the status of the accredited investor. These aspects make the fundraising much more difficult compared with a similar process during ICO. STOs and ICOs target a different audience, as only professional investors can participate in such placements. So, STO and ICO are two different investment attraction mechanisms aimed for different situations.

One more fact is that the STO requires a different marketing strategy compared with the ICO. The marketing during the ICO is based on attracting and building the community in social media. While the participants of STO are a professional investor, that’s why the marketing should be more complicated as well as more expensive.

The infrastructure for listing the security tokens are not formed yet. There are few licensed trading platforms where the security tokens can be placed. That’ why the utility tokens issued during ICO are more liquid than security tokens.

STO guarantees a higher level of security for investors as such tokens must be registered in the SEC, so it avoids the possibility of scam projects. ICO can’t provide such guarantees for investors, but they have a low level of entry allowing investors with a different range of incomes take part in the projects. STO considers a higher level of entry that’s why the range of investors is less.

STO consider an opportunity for companies in the real sector of the economy, which are not connected with blockchain technology. Esspecialy STO can be attractive to the medium business that can not incur expenses on traditional bond issuing.

To sum up, ICO and STO have their advantages and disadvantages. The most sufficient differences between ICO and STO are:

  • STO provides a higher level of security for investors than ICO;
  • ICO allows attracting a wider range of investors as they have a lower level of entry;
  • STO requires much more expenses for legal services. KYC/AML as well expenses on tokens issuing;
  • The expenses for marketing are less during ICO than STO. Also, marketing strategy during STO is much more complicated.

STO can be an effective way of project development in the future as it is very reliable and needs the implementation of serious instruments. But nowadays it is very hard for teams to meet the SEC requirements and run the STO itself. The market of STO should form all necessary conditions for projects. ICO instruments are clearer and easier now, that’s why more teams still choose this way of crowdfunding for project development.

I should remind you that there was a lot of exchange sites have launched IOE for ICO and you can see that and try to create a comparison between ico like bittorrent, fet, zilliqa with overrated STO that always use shillers to create a bunch of shilling thread in here like NTS and Polymath
1904  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is ICO regulation good or bad? on: March 09, 2019, 11:07:47 PM
If regulation is carried out out of good intentions, and the project develops and benefits all participants and the economy of the country, then this is correct and promising. That will also help to more effectively deal with fraud.
KYC verification should be applied to the creator of ico and that must become an optional choice for the bounty hunters to complete the KYC verification but the opposite thing was happening. we need verification to avoid the fraud dude.
1905  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: EOS or ETH on: March 09, 2019, 11:05:20 PM
I have 3 ETH. I am determined to buy EOS. Should I hodl my ETH or buy EOS. Which one will be the best choice?
Do not use 3ETH to buy EOS. If you do not have cash to buy EOS, then you should not invest and hold ETH. Because in the future ETH prices will rise very high and don't sell them cheaply at present
I guess that should be a correct statement, EOS is an overrated coin and I was having the same thought with you too, in this case, holding ETH will much better rather than EOS. EOS only hyped coin and no more adoption for that.
1906  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICOs false marketing is destructive. ICOs must provide real & honest values on: March 09, 2019, 08:39:05 AM
I think that with STOs we are moving towards the right direction. Such a fundraising method allows more security to the investors and can assure that a project won't end like a scam. This market will be improved within the next couple of years.
Security for what? that's just a marketing gimmick and no more. have you seen an STO that has already proven their documents that already approved by the regulators? I never saw that before, use the name of sto just another kind of marketing.
1907  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Publish0x - The next Steemit? on: March 09, 2019, 08:36:02 AM
I joined up a week ago and so far I'm really impressed with the platform.

It's going to get big, they seem to focus more on the content than the number of writers. The writers will naturally come to a good working platform.
But did you know that about how steemit gets loose a lot of its demand? I thought that i ever heard this before. I guess is this platform a part of bounty0x? or is it creating by the same guy?
Someone has created a complaint about the platform above you.
1908  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ether or altcoins? on: March 07, 2019, 08:36:18 AM
Ether has a solid foundation, supporters and product which is better compare to altcoins that are currently developing and as you say it's more risky to put your money on altcoins. Just buy ETH hold then wait for bullrun sell then take your profit.
Everything is very logical, indeed ETH has huge priorities for development in the market is cryptocrypted. I will invest in ETH.  Cool
To diversify our amount will be much better and remember this dude never try to put all in one basket. That's too risky to do that. I just try to remind you about that. Eth has a lot of potential but it has started from small cap of altcoin too.
1909  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why crypto market is volatile on: March 07, 2019, 08:23:18 AM
Hey, I have some moderate experience over this crypto world. Why the market is extensively volatile. Alike traditional market does crypto too impacted of many major changes.
Because most of altcoins can be moved up or down with a small funds, so price in one day can make a large volatile moves and such thing is attracts many of  speculators.
It's not the main reason but that should be the volatility of crypto caused by there was a lot of demand to buy and sell. This will create a speculative ecosystem which can be called as volatility since each coin is not backed even by commodity and that creates pump and dump.
1910  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BNB to the moon analysis on: March 05, 2019, 11:20:33 PM
Today Binance make a great increase, BNB Coin price touch $13.08 and i think it will be countinues to increase. This made me interested in investing in BNB Coin.
The market is currently pumping and hope that it will continue to rise. The recent pump with BNB is normal as there is hype as usual but I think it will also dumped later on which is I’m waiting for. As the top exchange, BNB should continue to develop their technology so investors will find the reason to buy more.
there was a lot of reasons to buy BNB coin. A lot of products are working predectly and that should be the main reason why there was a huge gradual increase for binance exchange site.
BNB was actively creating a new platform that can give them all a big revenue.
1911  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ripple Gains Acclaim as One of Silicon Valley’s Best Places to Work, But Roblox on: March 05, 2019, 11:10:21 PM
Ripple Work Environment Now List-Worthy

If anyone was still living under the illusion that working in blockchain or cryptocurrency meant sacrificing the quality of your work life,  you might have finally been convinced otherwise. “Great Place to Work” named payment system Ripple as the 17th best place to work in Silicon Valley among small to medium-sized business. Shout out to Roblox at number 16.  Now, I’m aware that Ripple is a controversial project and XRP is not technically a cryptocurrency in many people’s eyes, but this is an impressive achievement given how competitive the Bay area is. In a bid to lure the best talent and cater to highly-qualified millennials, firms in Silicon Valley will offer everything from a bus to pick you up from your house, to free lunches and all manner of games and fun activities to pursue. Ripple certainly has an eloquent CEO at the helm.

Supported by bankers and it has a lot of premined token and it's so stupid for this company can't even build a good place to work. I can do that i have multi billions of money. more money will come soon as the company will dump all of premined coin.
1912  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency many coin - v1.10.0 on: March 05, 2019, 11:08:10 PM
It might take months to see Dogecoin rise to higher than 80 satoshis.
It might only happen in early of 2020, nearly one year from now.
however, I strongly believe in Dogecoin and I have not planned to sell my Dogecoin below 80 satoshis.  Tongue

Hopefully once it reaches 80 satoshi those satoshis are still worth something. Cheesy
It's impossible when bitcoin still not yet show the bullish trend. But dogecoin will alive again and that will give us a little clue about the future of this coin. it's a bit difficult and i wanna put 70 satoshi as the best rate for doge right now.
1913  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Ethereum: Welcome to the Beginning on: March 05, 2019, 11:03:43 PM
Switzerland's primary stock exchange, SIX Swiss Exchange, has launched trading of an Ethereum (ETH)-based exchange-traded product (ETP) on March 5, according to SIX Group’s website.

Crypto wealth management and lending company BlockFi has launched new cryptocurrency accounts supporting Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) bearing 6 percent annual interest paid monthly in crypto. The company announced the launch through a post published on its website on March 4.

But where do they take the 6% from if they can offer it as a fixed rate on all deposits? It's quite a lot.
That's a little bit complicated to understand, i agree with you too it's a lot. It's not clear about what will be the main income from blockFI. Just waiting for another news to clarify that.
It looks a bit interesting for me.
1914  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Holding multiple altcoins on: February 28, 2019, 11:12:17 PM
The present market place is such a system is insufficient. It is currently dangerous to take altcoins, in light of the fact that Bitcoin still has not felt the base in spite of the fact that we are close by. On the off chance that we take altcoins it is just to work off a bounce back from the dimension of their base.
Altcoin has the same potential as Bitcoin, it's just that Bitcoin has the largest community backing up it's price. But it is still preferable to hold different kind of coins. Diversification also could lessen the potential loss from your investment, just be sure you have picked a better coin to have. There is a big hope that every coin could regain it's value sooner or later.
Or even more. Remember altcoin can give a lot of profit because it has a lot of possibility to be pumped more than 100% in over night. Bitcoin looks so stable and we can't expect a lot of profit and volatility from there. Diversification is a really important thing to us.
1915  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Now is the time to buy! on: February 28, 2019, 11:05:22 PM
I am sure that the cryptocurrency market has not yet seen the bottom and therefore it is not worth buying now. Now a lot of people are talking about growth, but because the past mistakes we realized that when it comes to growth, then most likely the market will go down.

I think indeed now is not the right time to buy a coin. because the situation is getting here more and more impossible. so I think that all of course requires a long process to make the market recover, and after the market increases, of course we can do something better.
It will need at least a few years for crypto to recover from the bottom price. This cycle always happen with crypto when it gets a year of bullrun and it needs a few years to do a correction. Long term run of crypto will always happen and that's is. That's should be the main point that everyone must uunderstand about that.
1916  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: There is a lot of good news for TRX, What do you think? on: February 27, 2019, 10:38:54 PM
There is a lot of good news for TRX holder, BitMax announced the new listing TRX on their trading pair and TRON will launch 3.5 hard fork upgrade on 2/28.we see a bull run what do you think?
News sources links:
https://twitter.com/BitMax_Official/status/1100233144530362370
https://twitter.com/justinsuntron/status/1099565568481349632
The hardfork will not give a lot of important thing that can affect the price of tron. Bitmax may give a little impact to the price of tron but this is a speculation consider bitmax is not so big as another major exchange site.
1917  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I think a lot of people just missed their chance on: February 27, 2019, 10:34:35 PM
Not yet! But probably in a few days you can come back here and say it again. Every day we have new opportunities to do differently, but people act sadly late. The important thing is you do your part and make sure you are in the train car called Bitcoin.
Not sure about that, we are getting another lightly bearish trend again dude. look at the market and you will see that. Crypto still has an opportunities and it can be used by a lot of people but there will be a lot of limitation to take the chance in the barish market.
1918  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: are ICOs really dead? on: February 27, 2019, 03:52:13 PM
almost everyone has been caught up in ICO fraud, but don't stop there, we have to keep trying again, not all ICO projects are scam, so we must be very careful in choosing projects, which is very important before investing in ICO is to communicate first with with ICO developers, digging up their information such as asking for office addresses, bases and really being verified.
I totally agree with you. if you choose the right projects, you will earn well even in a market like this.
it seems like choosing the ico project and the bounty campaign is like gambling now. because we ourselves are now having difficulty seeing the project scam and the original. there are people who are smart behind the project scam, that makes them look genuine.
Everything just like gambling right now, even if you are doing trading in the market and i just like you are putting to get something from the market and that's called money dude. That's difficult to determine without doin legal verification.
1919  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hardworking pays not luck on: February 27, 2019, 03:45:20 PM
And what happens if the project you joined as a bounty hunter is scam? After months of hard working to earn some buck and in the end its just a waste ? In life luck plays a major role, sometimes what you need is really luck
Bounty hunters need lots of luck to receive tokens nowadays. No hard work, only luck. I would recommend every bounty hunter to wear rabbit foot and all other lucky charms.
If I don't receive reward from this campaign, can I say my hard work(above) didn't pay off?
Lol i can say if you are not so lucky at this moment because you don't receive your payment from your hardwork, it has the same mean. Not only luck but needs a lot of analyzation and consideration before try to determine any platform.
1920  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance DEX is decentralized or not? BNB token will go up or down? on: February 22, 2019, 03:42:18 PM
Binance DEX is decentralized or not?

I dont believe right now any exchange is fully decentralized. There are many exchanges trying to become decentralized one day. But to achieve that there is need a lot of developing. One of first exchanges that tried that was https://bisq.network/ at that time named Bitsquare. They started developing before 2013. I believe they are most decentralized of all exchanges at this point of time.
Binance still has a fully control over its exchange site and it means if that was not truly decentralized exchange site. I have heard bitsquare but there was a possibility if that could be centralized too.
Some people said there was no true dex.
