If your initial goal is buying and holding until the next bullrun, I think you can keep holding those coins although you already got small profits if you sell them now. However, if you consider getting profits from a short-term holding, you can buy more coins if you still have funds. So, some coins are for long-term holding and some for short-term holding, you can run 2 types of holding and optimize the chance of profits. Honestly, I also use this strategy, applying both short-term and long-term holding.

Saya juga tidak punya schedule khusus untuk post atau aktif di forum. Kapanpun ada waktu luang, saya gunakan untuk posting atau sekedar baca-baca thread/topic yang ada di forum. Tapi yang jelas, saya tidak pernah morum sambil melakukan pekerjaan RL karena saya tipikal orang yang fokus melakukan satu pekerjaan. Menurut saya, untuk bisa optimal mengerjakan suatu hal, sebaiknya tidak disambi. Morum sambil kerja RL sebaiknya dihindari sebab mungkin mengurangi kualitas kerja salah satu atau dua-dua nya. Kecuali dalam keadaan terpaksa seperti OP @blue Snow, dalam hal ini yang bersangkutan memang tidak punya pilihan.

BTW, ketika di rumah pun, sebaiknya morum tidak mengganggu waktu istirahat. Agan bisa atur sendiri kapan waktu istirahat, kapan waktu ibadah, kapan waktu morum, dan kapan waktu bersosialisasi (dengan keluarga + lingkungan).

Sebenarnya tidak perlu sampai begadang karena morum tidak harus berjam-jam. Saya sangat jarang menghabiskan waktu lebih dari 2 jam, jika itu untuk tujuan posting harian. Tidak semua exchange punya program staking untuk semua koin. Kebanyakan exchange hanya menyediakan staking untuk koin-koin top saja. Selain itu, sebelum memutuskan staking, perhatikan durasi waktunya. Kalau niatnya untuk long-term, tidak masalah jika sampe tahunan stakingnya. Tapi kalau targetnya short-term, saya kira tidak perlu distaking, apalagi kalau dapatnya incomenya cuman sedikit.

BTW, untuk koin yang sudah loss banyak, terutama yang loss di atas 75%, memang mau tidak mau hold sampe bullrun selanjutnya. Karena cuman itu satu-satunya solusi supaya dana bisa kembali.
