2381  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [POLL] Using AI to predict outcomes on: January 22, 2023, 11:04:54 AM
~
Dont make yourself believe that these things does work because if it does then all of us would really be that filthy rich and make our all bets to be profitable.
So it doesnt really work, it is really just people becomes too desperate on trying out new things.

If all of us knew where to place our bets so that the probability of winning was the highest, we wouldn't be filthy rich, in my opinion, because the odds for those outcomes would drop dramatically. Would you bet on a team that AI predicted should win, but the odds were 1.01? If yes, then you could be betting on dice with 98% win chance with the same success.

You think there's any chance that I won't be in the top 20? Smiley

Everything is possible, who knows that there are many others participants with higher multiplier than yours.
I had an experience in the VIP slot challenge, I had 5,000x at that time and I looked at the previous week result, I thought that I'll be on top 10 but I was wrong since I'm out of the top 10 because there are many others players with more than 5,000x
With this example, there is a chance for you to be out of the top 20 although the chance is small.

The chance was small, that's right. I would be very disappointed if I didn't make it to the top 20 with my personal record on slots. But, yeah, it didn't happen, see? Smiley

What surprised me in a good way was the amount I received in the end:

I did know that those Level 2 verified were getting 100% extra on the basic reward, but I didn't know it applied to such rewards as $25. I mean, in shops you can't get a discount on an already discounted item. Fortunately, Stake's policy is different. Smiley
2383  Economy / Gambling / Re: What else should an established crypto casino add? on: January 21, 2023, 12:55:02 PM
~

I agree with this. ~
The reason is because the vibes are different from one another, the processes, interface, and the community in that particular casino, and like you said, the odds and the return to player percentage the house has set.

To be honest, I would not prefer one casino over the other only because of a bit lower house edge, like 0.5% in stead of 1% on dice, or, if it's 4% instead of 5% on slots, and so on. If you don't make millions of bets, it doesn't really matter much, I mean this small difference in the house edge.

~
Yes its true but having 5-10 is a bit exaggerated ~

Why? On this very forum you can find as many different gambling platforms, and all of them will be legit ones.

2385  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gates of olympus on: January 21, 2023, 11:09:50 AM
Gates of Olympus, also known as Grandpa Zeus slots or Olympus slots, is a slot game released by Pragmatic Play that is the most popular in my country. Grandpa Zeus slots are one of the most popular games released by Pragmatic Play. This game with the theme of Greek gods and goddesses, especially the god Zeus, has very charming graphics.

Gates of Olympus by Pragmatic Play is popular not only in your country. It's like saying, "Coca-Cola is the most popular soft drink in my country". Yeah, it is an amazing soft drink, and it is
sold everywhere, so, that's what happened here, mate. Smiley

If you try the Olympus game as the main online game, there are many things you should know.
1. Symbol: The shape of the symbol that will appear in the Olympus slot Amount
2. Symbol: The number of symbols that must appear in one turn of the duck slot to get a win
3. Multiples of Winning: The number of multiples of the bet used that you will win ~

As for how to play it, it's like with any other slot, you don't need to know anything, just push the button, and anything that follows entirely depends on luck.
2386  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: It's a good idea to just register on casino on: January 21, 2023, 09:43:55 AM
There is this thing about shopping and airlines that when you check and forget, they send you bonus or discount for your possible shopping/trip. Same holds true for casinos, if you just register and leave they will send you some bonus to get you started playing.

It would be a good idea(for casino owners) if all people in the world were honest, but unfortunately this is not the case. A thing like this, sending bonuses or discount to someone who only registered, can't be abused with shopping and airlines because you are basically kinda going through KYC when registering there. But with online gambling it's different. If there's no KYC on your site, your bonus program can be heavily abused.
2387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: QUESTION: For Gambling Enthusiasts ❗❗ on: January 21, 2023, 09:14:44 AM
Is PvP gaming a thing?
~

PvP gaming is definitely a thing, and I know gamblers who would prefer playing dice against others instead of against  the house, and even with slots people organize local tournaments against each other, so, again, I'm sure people are always interested in PvP games.

As of me, I used to love poker tournaments, but I can't play in them these days because of the electricity shortages, so right now I would prefer playing Slot games with my $10–$100, as you asking in the OP. And, actually, I love playing slots. When a poker tournament starts you know exactly what is the maximum amount that you can win. With slots it's different, and it's more thrilling.

don't pay attention, this is a demo

That is an interesting reply. What are we testing then, and why?

I showed you that your Video Poker is full of bugs, and your reply was "don't pay attention"? Strange. Are you going to fix the bugs, or you want to sell it like it is now?

~

At least you make some effort to try it, and it turns out to be full of bugs! Smiley

We have similar threads here from time to time, but I am not sure if there is anyone foolish enough to buy something like this. To be honest, I never even open something like this!

When you see 100% legit just move away... friendly advice!

You are probably right, my friend. Looks like it's time to just move away.
2390  Economy / Gambling / Re: Researching for Upcoming Game on: January 18, 2023, 10:33:04 AM
~

The casino should care for the gamblers and give them bonuses and promotions periodically if the want gamblers to stay at their gambling site and do not look for other casinos. These days there are so many casino's old and new ones and it is hard to retain the gamblers on one gambling site.
So just like other businesses, marketing is very much important in order to retain the gamblers these days.

Good marketing is the must, no doubt about it. Only I don't think that the goal should be getting absolute fans, the ones that will stick to your gambling platform forever. It should be enough for you, as a casino owner, if your place will be one of 10 or 15 gamblers love to visit. I mean, it's important to be determined on what your goal is, because your marketing strategy should be designed in accordance with your goal.
2391  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - The Leading Crypto Casino - 🦉 Drake, UFC, Everton Main Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: January 18, 2023, 09:59:29 AM
It was 934x before, and now it's 1,009x.

And although it's still 2 days left till the end of the Challenge, I think this time I will be in the top 20, and one of these $25 rewards will be mine. Smiley

It's funny that it happened so fast. Just recently in my post in this thread I was talking about knowing that I had zero chances to end up in the top 20 with my 159x, and I now I'm pretty sure I will be there. Smiley

Nice hit and nice profit as well, even if you are not qualified to be the top 20, you are still in good profit I guess.  ~

Thanks, mate! Yeah, I'm more than happy with the result. Also, taking into account that BCH went up significantly since I won those $202 in BCH, my win has become more than $230 now.

It's still unknown whether I'm qualified to be in the top 20, but I'm pretty sure I will be there with my 1,009x multiplier. Look at the results of the previous Stake 3 Slots Challenge:

You think there's any chance that I won't be in the top 20? Smiley

Where we can share those stories?

Again, thank you for this amazing giveaway! Smiley

Share the post to your story for extra chance to win.

I think Bitcasino and Sportsbet are on the same steps in this

Thank you for your explanation! I'm using Instagram so rarely that I had no clue about what "share on stories" meant. I thought it's about sharing your stories about playing on Bitcasino or something. Smiley And now it's too late

so I don't have an extra chance, but I still have a chance because I have followed Bitcasino on Instagram and I did tag 2 friends in the Giveaway Alert ...

Oh, I don't have a chance actually. The winner was announced 20 hours ago:

Congrats, @matejkuzmanoski!

And hopefully I will be more prepared next time. Smiley
2393  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Betting strategy question on: January 17, 2023, 09:58:47 AM
~
~ But that definition and my risk tolerance would change for things like say investment opportunities with lower risk and positive expected returns. In such case I'd be potentially willing to risk any amount that won't cause a massive disruption to my life.

And what amount would you risk having only 17% chance to win?

I mean, since it's only one try, you will most likely lose it, right? I personally would risk "any amount that won't cause a massive disruption to my life", like you said, only if the multiplier was something like around 1,000x. Yes, I would try my luck then, even with an amount painful to lose, but for just potential 12x win, I wouldn't stake much.
2394  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you handle your losses on: January 17, 2023, 09:19:56 AM
~
I avoid greedy friends
Friends play a big role in the character of a person. Someone who is never greedy can become greedy based on a friend's influence. I rather take a small win and walkaway than risk it all to lose even my win.

I like your strategy, and although it can be different for different people, there's always something they can borrow from one another. For example this part about greedy friends, it is so true, but not every gambler understands it. Indeed, often it's not you but your friends who are pushing you to "recover your losses" or to "win more because it's "your day"". Avoiding such friends is a good idea for properly handling your losses.
2395  Economy / Economics / Re: What is your biggest obstacle to achieving financial freedom ? on: January 17, 2023, 08:40:27 AM
It's you. The biggest obstacle to achieve financial freedom is ourselves. We cannot blame someone if we are not living lifestyle that we want, the only thing that we can only blame is ourselves. That's the truth in this cold world. Financial freedom is possible if we have desires and also plan on how we can become like that.

Dreams are just dreams if we will not work and seek opportunities in this world full of abundance. Our mind is limitless, people who don't grow are not thinking outside of the box. That is the reason why we need to think differently from others. There is knowledge that are not publicly available because some of it has price and that kind of knowledge that we should seeking for us to think outside of the box that can helps us to achieve financial freedom.

Sounds a bit cryptic to me, but overall I agree that if you want to achieve financial freedom, the lack of knowledge is the main obstacle. I personally think that all the knowledge you need is publicly available, but it has a price, yes, it is true. The price you pay to get that knowledge is your precious time: instead of hanging out with friends, or whatever, you study hard. And yes it's hard, but it pays off.

It is actually not advisable to depend solely on gambling as a way to make a living, i do not argue about your claim for even in my area here, i do see people who would wake up in the morning, brush their teeth , take their bath and dress up nicely like they are going to work, only to walk into a nearby local bet shop and there they will stay until evening.

In my opinion, when your living solely depends on gambling, you are always on the edge of hell. Not the religious hell, but the hell we all know exists on earth, because some people we know are living there. They can be junkies, alcoholics, or they can be addicted gamblers, like in this case, but it's hell anyway. Yes, you can live from gambling and from gambling only your whole life, but the risk of losing everything in this case is so high that I would advise to never even think of such a scenario.

Yesterday I won 5,000 lottery tickets with the Wheel of Fortune

Something like this is so rare these days, right? With around 5.5k tickets I was hoping to win something in the LOTTERY ROUND 398, but no, I was unlucky yet again

I think we've got some interesting results for the lottery this time. The guy that took the first place with his 24,494,468 tickets kind of deserved it, don't you think?

Can't say the same about these guys though Smiley

Lucky bastards! I wanna be on your place one day. Smiley
