I believe he saying so because he is claiming to have problems with poker on Stake. He seemingly trying to test the percentage claimed by the casino and is not satisfied with his own percentages.  So for a while he has been trying to contact important people who works together as partner of Stake, which to me, it does not make much sense since he is having an alleged probability problem and not a marketing/public relation problem.

I have not tried it yet, I used to try to complete the Stake vs Eddie challenge in the last few days especially after I claim the weekly bonus.
