2381  Other / Archival / Re: Do you believe Crypto Currency is changing the world? on: April 23, 2018, 07:53:56 PM
Have seen ICO in different sectors. Agriculture, health, entertainment, education, banking and finance, cryptocurrency itself, energy, estate management, insurance and many more. If it had done this to these sectors, though not in prominent way yet, it has touch a lot.
2382  Economy / Economics / Re: when you sell out of panic, you are contributing to the dump! on: April 23, 2018, 05:47:48 PM
Yes possibly one of the reasons for the dump. That is why panic selling is not encouraged if you really want to earn from investing in cryptocurrencies. Panic selling is being done by those new in cryptocurrencies because of their immaturity, lack of technical knowledge and experience in investing/trading. Anyway they will realize that in the coming days and will learn from their mistakes when they embark to  buy and invest once again.

Yes, you are right. The big whales bank on these new investors only. New investors come to crypto thinking that it is some magical thing and there is always profit with investments. I do not blame them as we seldom see stories of people losing money with crypto as people like to boast only these days.
The panic is not only from new investors, even old investors that are whales contribute to the dump. I don't believe investors with small portfolio can cause this sort of dump we had lately.
2383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Does it look like cryptos will skyrocket again very soon ? on: April 23, 2018, 05:43:28 PM
It is getting stable at $8000+, the next challenge is to scale  $9000 and get stable. It is still time of the year where everyone engage its assets either in trading, investing or just hodling not taking profit and the regulation are getting their breakthrough.
2384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Top 10 bounty programs available on: April 23, 2018, 02:47:37 PM
With all the list in the thread, there are still some surprising cases that was out of anyone imagina6 that they could be that profitable. Some campaign as at last year never got on bitcointalk and they paid so well for social media campaign. Now scams is everywhere  we can afford to spend time on project and risk the reward. I also follow managers for campaign, some credible managers do genuine projects .
2385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Easy x5 x10 on: April 19, 2018, 07:52:06 PM
most coin around here looks good but I think the tide might have change that the x5 change might take time and will depend on the superior bitcoin and ethereum. The coins are that volatile and can go either way up and down
2386  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][TOKEN] XYO - Decentralized Crypto-Location Oracle Network. Sale 20.03 on: April 19, 2018, 07:30:55 PM
It does not have a soft cap but if the project does not reach the minimum capital, any scenario can happen. Some projects ended after the ICO failed to reach its goal. Hopefully a lot of token will be sold in the coming days.
The team said that the project will develop regardless of the number of tokens sold. That is, 5000 Ethereum will be enough for the development of the project.
It's too early, we still have a month to complete the ICO and as the market is getting better right now, I am pretty
sure there will be big money coming in as long as the team will continue the marketing to attract potential investors, I am a believer.
I hope the team is working hard to get more investors to make up before the end of the ICO date. Very few project who plans to work with such a low price to the ICO softcap enjoy the fulfilling of the roadmap except the value of the token contributed over a short time after the ICO. I dont want to be worried every time I checked the amount raised.
2387  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do you mean by HODL? on: April 19, 2018, 07:21:17 PM
HODL is a typo, misspelling HOLD. When one of the members here in bitcointalk who said he is going to hold on to bitcoin even if the price fell. Since then it has been popular in bitcoin and cryptocurrency world. With the rise of cryptos, a new breed of lingo has also developed.
Is good to know the history of the term but I will advice to get the cryptocurrency glossary online and get used to the terms. You may not have to keep opening threads for every terms you do not understand.
2388  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH TO $ 5000 on: April 19, 2018, 07:13:11 PM
the price is such a high feat that I wont predict for a new investor, in that if it doesnt reach the feat they wont be very disappointed. Is good to work with price prediction with crypto but is good to pick a reasonable price to take profit. the price might not exist for more than a minute is a space of 1 year.
2389  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🌲[BOUNTY] RootProject - Tax-Subsidized Cryptocurrency [JOIN NOW] on: April 19, 2018, 06:34:13 AM
God exist RootProject is over ))

That's the longest campaign have seen , from July 2017- April 2018. The reward must be up to the task irrespective of the type of campaign.
2390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do we really need Bitcoin? on: April 18, 2018, 10:56:12 PM
Bitcoin main advantage is its decentralized nature where no one controls it. The power is shared by every owner either bits or large. Fastest and cheapest form of international currency transaction.

Am still having issue with the recovery of my password to access my token in my account. Am not getting the sms code to my private number and have tried several. Any help?
2392  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] Hdac - Blockchain-based IoT contracts by Hyundai. 600k$ FIX POOL 90BTC on: April 17, 2018, 07:57:03 PM
There is no problem to wait for bounty. The only problem is lack of information. If I know that bounty will be distributed in June I will wait calmly but there is no update. Pleas Hdac let us now when distribution will start and we all will be happy  Wink to wait if we know how long.
This is true. Waiting will not be painful if the dates are known. Even if it's a long time. In this case, we can assume that the team does not know the exact dates. Apparently, they want to do everything as soon as possible.

i am agree, hdac count only on the bounty manager, but the manager manager himself know nothing about delivery.. i hope they are better in conducting their project than communication Smiley

I hope this too! The communication of the team is very bad, the bounty should be payed months ago and there is still no date for withdrawal of our tokens we worked for. This is very frustrating, but I hope that the mainnet is ready soon and we will get our coins!
$

you are right dude, but for now, we have Nothing to do only waiting until team say Something .. keep patience, they have our money Smiley

that is right, all of we waiting the distribution of our bounty, I hope the manager can take this participants issue right now

What is the problem waiting?
it is clear in telegram bounty manager has explained no need to do anything just wait for the latest news from him.
I believe this project entirely and bounty manager is a person we can trust.
let the team work. and look for it other bounty to make your time so valuable.

Yes, but the critical point is, that we have to wait! We got told we will be paid 14 days after ICO and then they told us we have to wait tba. This is not a fair game and not a good point for a serious company who got millions of dollars!
The waiting is getting long overdue , there should be an update on the product development  at least from the  team. The team sound like a respected one but I am not sure if this is part of the plan or road plan
2393  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] COIN LION: RULE THE DIGITAL JUNGLE on: April 17, 2018, 05:39:03 PM
if my math is correct, purchasing LION coin AFTER the ICO means you would have gotten a lot more for your dollar? It’s basically went down significantly since the ICO?
This is all happening because the team is spending its time on the unnecessary. The working product is not yet out and the team is looking at July before they could get on an exchange. The token react to news and we don't have good news around here.
2394  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: [BOUNTY] RootProject - Tax-Subsidized Cryptocurrency [JOIN NOW] on: April 16, 2018, 11:14:58 PM
It is understood that the ICO had already ended, when is the stakes calculation, kyc registration ( if considered necessary) and token distribution. We need something (word) to hold on to
2395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The moment to buy eth? on: April 16, 2018, 08:57:22 PM
The $350 might have gone for a while and $500 may be the least in the next 9 months but the risk of purchasing in cryptocurrency will always be there. It can go the either and the volume of trade is not a factor in ethereum for price value.
2396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: can eth reach over 700 on: April 16, 2018, 08:39:31 PM
$700 is still a low price especially for those that bought at $1450 at the early part of the year.it might take some weeks but $700 is a short huddle  to overcome.
2397  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: why people think that bitcoin is buble coin ? on: April 16, 2018, 08:16:59 PM
The rapid price growth of the bitcoin in this 10 years made the people to think thast it was a bubble and there is a theory says that if something had huge value in short term will explode at one point so that is the reason of bubble story. But people don't understand why the price increases rapidly because of it limited quantity.
Most who had no bitcoin and had watch it grow by negligence are the ones who are mostly found calling it a bubble. The more news go around the more the demand the higher the price, volume of demand is the prime factor to the price
2398  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: 🌲[BOUNTY] RootProject - Tax-Subsidized Cryptocurrency [JOIN NOW] on: April 15, 2018, 05:18:22 AM
The project is not living up to expectations due to ICO. The ICO  was postponed again unannounced and everyone has been worried on how to send the fund to get the token . they still insist on 20th distribution date. I just wonder what will the campaign be like on social media.
Sorry I think the ICO had being concluded and fund raised against my opinion. Congratulations to the team
2399  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: 🌲[ANN]RootProject - First Tax-Subsidized Cryptocurrency on: April 14, 2018, 05:08:21 AM
ICO was cancelled. Sorry everyone.
Again? Probably that's y it was difficult to say it
2400  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is now dying, what do you think? on: April 12, 2018, 03:40:53 PM
Maybe u are not checking the market, I will never think in that respect with any top ten listed cryptocurrency. They will always be as long as cryptocurrency exist. Although it is not posing as a competitor with bitcoin.
